Always am doing my nails with irene in Al Warqa mall branch her work is so good and her finishing is super nice, but I have concern that they increased their prices after new year I wish they return it back as it was.

I really loved IRENE’S work on my nails! She was very careful and very clean. Irene paid attention to every little detail, making sure everything looked perfect. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants beautiful and well-done nails!

I did Moroccan bath and they dry the hair as a complimentary service. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes first then the manager asked the lady who does eyebrows (her name is Ana) to ONLY DRY my hair as the rest are busy (telling her please 3 times) and she loudly refused because sis was watching her series. Then the mani padi girls came and dried my soft hair that doesn’t even need a brush. This is not my first time facing issues in this saloon but unfortunately i keep coming back to them only because of Hanan (the Moroccan bath specialist). Instead of having 50 saloons with this low service, have 2 but let your customers be happy.

I had an amazing experience with Anam, the eyebrow technician at Hala Alsham Salon. She is incredibly talented, precise, and has an exceptional eye for detail. I tried this salon for the first time and I was actually very impressed by the Moroccan bath service. The room design is stunning and Hanan was so kind and her service was exceptional.. I really felt it was a spa day for real and after I finished she served me juice and water without even asking… they have excellent offers from time to time and I will definitely go to this place for this service again

This place is more than just a salon, let’s highlight that it is a great spa as well!! The massage service is better than most well known spas. I walked in yesterday at the salon to blow dry hair for my four year old kid.Have never ever had to face such degraded service in dubai salon before.If they were busy or had no intention to serve me well, all they had to do was let me know.I paid 80 dirhams for the washing and blow drying my kids medium length hair.They assigned Nita to blow dry my kids hair, who didnt want to do it. She was biting her nails and touched my childs hair before washing her hands. No use of heat protectant. For the said price point, more clean and better service has to be given.

The best salon, Frankly and Ereh, is the branch. All the employees are in Shushin, and those in charge of the branch are very cooperative with the customs and nail work, no mistake, henna, and hair. The best unit to straighten my hair, God willing, is the same. My hair is soft and the styles do not control it unless someone is willing to straighten it. Once I came to the salon and another lady hairstylist did my hair, once I reached the wedding my hair was plain like I never been to the salon plus I found a chunck on plastic in a bunch of my hair, I told the salon and they gave me a free hair treatment with Safa. Anytime before I go to Salon I call and ask about her if she is there or busy. Last time she had another customer with another kind of hair so Safa was shifting and doing our hairstyles both at the same time, and when I was at the bathroom I saw her other customer and we both talked about how perfect is Safa besides of her spirit and lovely soul. I wish everyone could learn from her, cause I brought her many videos or pics and she does it for me if it suits my final look and make up for sure. Regarding the treatment, the worst treatment, frankly, there is no respect for the customer. We call, make an appointment and arrive. We need to arrange the service. They say we cannot do it from the beginning. Why did you let us deliver to the salon, especially the Ethiopian woman? She is never disrespectful and shouts and charms us as if she is the owner of the place. She is not classy at all.

Firstly, they seemed to know them before regarding the services, and when we discussed with them, they said that the hairstyles are scheduled, even though they called the day before and asked us if they would take an appointment for the hairstyles. They said no. Secondly, they did not inform me that the price of the hairdo with the consultation, in addition to adding the extensions, is the same as the price of the hairstyle. They are supposed to inform me before possible. I decide to do a hairstyle as long as it is for the same amount.

The place is nice and the employees dont have anything to say, but the one in charge, I feel, has no style, with all due respect. In general, your prices are not fixed, and every time you have a price.
