First time customer 🙋‍♀️ I am soooo happy and amazed with the services and the quality of the products used. My eyelashes were done in perfection and still good after a week unlike others. Same for my gel french manicure, it’s not the usual way of cleaning your nails, and it was soo good. Will probably be my go to salon now, being new here in Dubai. Well done!

I had a very good experience today with Halo. I went for microblading top up and the Brow Master was very honest to tell me that what I wanted was not possible. They were after giving excellent service, not just making money from you. So instead I had a pedi and foot spa. Very professional young lady, she was meticulous and she made sure her work is something she can be proud of. She worked in a very pleasant quiet and calm. So relaxing! I needed that! 5 star for your massage chair too!!!

When i walk in in their they are very welcoming and before you do the procedure they will explain everything nicely and they will make you choose which treatment would you like to get.The lady whove done my eyebrows was nice.❤️

First, i was hesitating to do my eyebrows, but after i visited Halo Beauty, i did not regret my decision to have my eyebrows, and nails done. Also my daughter was so happy with her eyebrows and eyelashes enhancement. Definitely, we will come back to Halo beauty to do more beauty enhancements. The place is clean and huge, staffs were accommodating and nice.

Yesterday, I had a disappointing experience here. I only asked for hair cut and highlights that were on special price because I am on a budget. And explain every detail that suits me, and does not suit me.They asked to put hair color first, which was not really needed. Even though I said I dont need it multiple times, they insist. I simply follow along to finish the conversation that had been going on for approximately 30 minutes.They asked me to sign a contract, which includes the total package and the estimated time it will take.They let me know that it will take 5 hours or sooner. Which only last 2 hours? I had the impression that it would take about 3.5 hours if it’s sooner.They put the same color as my current hair color, and bleached highlights at the same time, which is not good.Salons understand that highlighting should be one shade lighter than your hair color, or it may vary based on your request.The highlight that they stated, that it was only a trial. But when I ask them to tone down my highlights. They let me know that they will have to work extra and suffer because of my request due to my dissatisfaction with the outcome.Haircut 88 they said with massage but I don’t experience any massage.Let them know right away that lighter highlights dont work for me. But still, my highlight is lighter than the sun. In the end they toned it down.This is my first time here and I wont be returning.

Been wanting to upgrade to an effortless eyebrow. Planning to go for the reasonable prices. But was advised by my cousin to go for quality rather than regret. And so I came up to Halo Beauty for Microblading. And I even invited my friend to do the same for a meet-up/catch up. I usually go to Halo for my brows. During my last appointment i decided to let them do my hair. I only asked for haircut but they gave me a head massage- it felt so relaxing! Ive been to plenty of salon in dubai for haircut- most of them just spray or wash my hair, wrap it in a towel, blowdry and cut but in Halo, I felt so pampered. It was like i had a haircut appointment in a spa... (but the price is only for the haircut which is quite affordable considering the time they spent massaging my head, neck and shoulders 😄). The staffs are very friendly and professional. The environment is clean and not very crowded.

I had Hair protein/olaplex treatment. They are very knowledgeable to hair and hair needs. I didnt hesitate to accept their suggestion to add Olaplex as my hair is very dry (effect of years of hair straightening).I felt that they are genuinely helpful to fix my hair and not just to take more money (unlike other salons). They are very friendly, accommodating and very very professional. You can see that the teams dynamic works very well. When one is busy, another staff is quick to fill in her role so theres no delay at all. I love that they have a full bed on the hair rinse area and not just a reclining chair. My neck doesnt hurt anymore! And i love the complimentary hair and scalp massage too. The products they use are of quality material. There is no strong burnt or chemical smell at all. No sting on the scalp, eyes nor nose. I went on a Sunday so theres plenty of parking in the back side. I parked behind Monaco hotel and entered from there as well. I would love to go back and check their other services too. I have heard many good reviews and im keen to try them.
