One of the best salons for makeup, hair style and nails. I am always overwhelmed by the make over they provide to me. Especially the best services by Bijita, always smiling and understands what style you want and creative.

This is my first time I am giving a review. It is really a good salon with friendly staff and they make so comfortable feel. Facial one of best I can tell.Not much expensive and call do most of the services also.😍😍

I have been a regular customer of Hana point and they have never let me down. They work from their heart and make sure Im satisfied until I leave. They are affordable and are good at what they do, in fact amazing at what they do. In karama they are one of the best saloons. And I cant think of trying any other saloon.All the staff are friendly and welcoming.They have great deals from time to time and never let the quality of the service be affected even if its a deal and that what I like about them.

Hana salon Karama treats customers like queens. Tara, one of the key staffs and a hair dresser swears by customer satisfaction and walks an extra mile to ensure her customers walk out of the salon satisfied and happy. The place is total value for money and offers a pleasant ambience. Additionally, Sushmita gives a personal touch in everything she does whether it is a facial or a massage. In fact, every other staff that I have interacted with gives their best in the service they provide. Must try it out. My best wishes to them for acquiring more and more customers.

Very bad service! They dont know what theyre doing. Staff is not trained at all, screaming in the back all the time. Went for saree draping, they didnt even have pins. Such bad drape that my petticoat was being seen throughout the event. And the lady didnt know what she was doing and eventually other staff was helping so it took 4 ppl to drape a basic saree plus they took 45 mins to do that. The person on their WhatsApp didnt even have the decency to apologize. Cleanliness was also not good.

My sister did blow-dry from the Hana salon, karama which she can do better at her home, it was worst. It doesnt look like she has done blow-dry from a parlor. Then while doing her pedicure a new customer comes in and they ask some other staff to continue for her pedicure, which was also not at all acceptable. We pay for the services and they do asked her to pay vat while using card but provide no tax invoice.this illegal to charge vat without providing tax invoice.

I have been using their services for over two years and have always been satisfied with all their beauty services. Shout out to Tara for her super haircuts& Sana for her make up..Also do check out their gorgeous manicures!

I always had a nice experience i did highlights full hair color protein and the results were really nice nothing happened to my hair its was more and more smooth.I always recommend my friends for this saloon as it is good in price and quality...

Not so satisfied with their services. This was the first salon that I visited in Dubai.Services and its cost: I went for face bleach, clean up, hands and legs waxing, eyebrow and upper lip threading, all at AED 120.End Result: I believe that bleach helps the facial hair change its color but I still have all the black hair on my forehead and side locks. White/black heads are removed in cleanup but I can still see a lot of white heads on my face after doing the cleanup. Also it was not done gently. Waxing was okay but not great as some patches of hair were overlooked. Eyebrows and upper lips were done nicely.

I have been coming to Hana point for 13years they have been always amazing specially Tara with hair, rishma with massage, Riya and bune with waxing facial Mani and pedicure, mehndi, customer service and considerate staff. Best of all value for money

Best services at very reasonable price. They dont make money from customers instead build good relation so that we are forced to visit them again to get their good service and friendly atmosphere. All staff and owners are too good.

Very poor customer service. They do not treat their customers equally and not at all gentle with haircuts, will literally pull your hair out.

They are cheaters, they don’t have price list and take charges whatever they want.do not go this salon, dirty no cleanliness, charges are like professional salon🥺🥺.. ask price before u get service otherwise they will cheat you
