THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I booked my appointment 2 days in advanced. I booked them via Amazon home services. My appointment was at 10am so when they never showed up at 10, I called their salon to check my appointment. They said that theyve called me several times which is a complete lie. My phone is on my hand at all times and I dont live underground, which means I do have excellent signal. They said they will call me again and they will come but they never did. I called them TWICE IN A SPAN OF 3 HOURS. HOWEVER, THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM HAS PREVAILED. Upon reading other reviews here, apparently this is not the first time they flaked on a BOOKED AND PAID appointment. They wasted my time waiting for them to arrive at my doorstep. I had to cancel my appointment via Amazon because they never called and they never showed up. And they have the audacity to lie to me.My message to Hania beauty salon: PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SERVICES ONLINE IF YOURE JUST GONNA WASTE OUR TIME AND NEVER SHOW UP! I HOPE NO ONE USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN.

It was my first time to book with this home service salon and certainly will be my last. I invited my sisters and mother over to my house for mani pedis and had booked a day ahead of time according to everyone’s time for 2pm. I got a call from the salon at 1:30 saying there’s been a car accident and they can only come at 3:30 which made no sense since that was two hours away from the time she called. I told her it won’t work and agreed that they will come before 3pm. No one showed up!!!! No one answered the phone till 3:15 and I was then told that the team got held up at another customers’ house who asked for additional massages!!!I then got a call from the manager who said she will call me back in 5 min and will arrange something for me. I never got a call back and had to chase them again! They then told me they would send someone at 5pm without even asking me if that is suitable! I had to cancel it all since my family had other appointments!Very very disappointed with this service and really hate that such places assume people’s time is not valuable and that they can afford to waste their day waiting around. I would advise anyone contemplating to book with them to look for another salon that understand the concept of time and does not lie to their customers. What a waste!

I just did a home service manicure and pedicure with them ordering through Swan app. Ladies were lovely! Felt bad now for not asking their name but they were amazing!!! I will not go anywhere else now! Kudos to the ladies that came on 22nd May 7pm xxxx

Not keeping the scheduled appointments as agreed and choose to charge extra, when their services on justmop is on discount price. I paid the whole amount without any discount and struggled to get my services done..after multiple follow up the staffs arrived for giving services..very disappointed..

I booked them through Urban clap and they didnt turn up till half an hour of the given time. Not professional at all and then finally I cancelled my appointment with them.

I wish I can give you - 1000000 stars!!!! So so so unprofessional!!! My service supposed to be at 4! And you was keep saying “ after half h, after half h! We will come”. And guess what, you called me at 22.18 and told me we are here!!!!! 22:18?!!! Are u serious! Was so rude on the phone! The level of service and quality your are providing the worst I ever saw and experienced!

I booked through Urban Company, the team didnt come on the appointment as agreed more than 2 hours delay, very unprofessional staff. I dont recommend using them at all.

They are very professional.I booked appointment from Swan app and they were on time.The lady Sarita who came at my place to give me relaxation massage was very good.I would like to recommend Sarita for body massage.

Worst service and very unprofessional staff. I have booked them through urbanclap, they didnt even come on the chosen appointment time and the gelish manicure took off after only 3 days of applying.

U r really professional, amid covid situation really worried about going parlour my friend suggest and booked via Justmob, team came with all disposable items, good facial, really smoothing, hereafter i will contact Hania Beauty Saloon only for sure.....

Booked them via justmop,, they didnt show up with no respect to the time of the customers,, they are not relaiable at all ,, I stopped dealing with JM and you are the reason.

Awful salon! They are rude, not punctual at all, they do not come without warning. I do not advise anyone to contact this salon!
