Amazing nails 💅 that literally lasted 8 weeks . I had a rubber base applied followed by biab travelled home for the whole summer and just got back and had the colour changed today !!

Hannah has been my go to nail technician for the last 3 years or more now. And I always get compliments for my nails. she is good with adding designs and making your nails look superb! I recommend her!

Please be aware that there is an additional charge for cuticle removal, which is not included in the price listed online. I was recently charged an extra AED 30 for this service, despite having been a regular customer for months without any prior charges for cuticle removal. Today, I was informed of this new charge only at the time of payment, which was not communicated previously.Please also note that if you decide to provide constructive feedback to the salon, they will block you on instagram and WhatsApp.Kindly note that I was not verbally told about the additional charge for cuticle removal and my nail polish was not on for 6 weeks. Even if my nail polish was on for 6 weeks, that is not a valid reason to charge someone extra.I have attached additional screenshots of my WhatsApp message and email which I sent and did not receive a response.I was also informed that if you book through their online system then they also charge you additional for that. I have attached the screenshot.When I asked why I did not get the holiday promotion discount for Gel manicure for AED 89 instead of AED 120 (normal price) which is not even the service I booked for. I was informed that I could not get the discount because I booked online instead of texting them on WhatsApp/instagram.I have been going to Hanna Bella for about 8-10 months now and by far the most unfair situation I have faced.Hope this helps!

Amazing experience with Hanna. She has a great knowledge of her services and was able to recommend what’s best for my nail health.The salon is in a great location and is clean and tidy. All staff were welcoming and helpful.The manicure service itself was quick yet still detailed. High quality products used and there are many different gel polish colours available - something for everyone.Thank you so much, I look forward to returning.

Got my nails done here, initially they fell off within 2 days but i went back and bella redid them for me free of charge !! i love the new nails, bella is definitely a perfectionist with her work

I tried waxing here as recommended by my friend.All I can say is it is an amazing experience. The therapist is friendly and I only feel very less pain almost nothing. I also saw on the room they are using Lycon which in my experience of many years of waxing is a great product too.Thank you and I will come back again for my next session.
