Me and my friend did hair extensions at this salon. Hair stylist said this will stay up to 2 months and nothing will happen. My extensions started coming off from the same night. Unfortunately I couldn’t go back as I was leaving Dubai the next day. They have charged us very high price and it was not worth it. Today it’s been 4 days and almost all of them came off. They are not professional. I don’t recommend their hair extensions services.

I came once last year and the beautiful Jenny did my nails, couldn’t express how clean and tidy her work is. She works on your nails as if she’s working on her own! I came back today and she nailed it again, was very unhappy with a very popular nail salon in the UK, also worked wide, had to take them off and I only knew one lady could restore the beauty in the nails again, thanks Jenny

If you go: go for nails, threading, haircut.Don’t go for; eyelash perm, eyelash extensions, hair dye.The nail lady did an amazing job, very proper and good quality- also extremely professional. Iram did my mom and my eyebrows amazingly well, and the upper lip waxing without pain. The haircut itself was also done well and professionally.However, eyelash perm was a waste of money, barely noticeable. Eyelash extensions (Habibi) fell out in the span of 2 days. I asked to dye my hair lighter brown, and ended leaving with dark black hair.

Amazing service, Teresa did my nails and I really enjoyed the conversation, she took time to clean my nails and paint them extremely well. Shes super gentle and made the overall experience a 10/10. Highly recommend. Ask for Teresa and you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely horrendous experience given the prices they charge. I showed them a clear photo of what I wanted - a chrome ombré gel. They did not tell me they didn’t have the chrome in silver. If they had I would have advised them to do another design. They spent TWO hours attempting to do the design and when I tried to tell them something, the lady with the glasses told me to stop talking and to let her do her job. I also paid extra for a leg massage and the lady doing the massage had no idea what to do - is there any training at this salon? The nail lady then continued to talk about me in Vietnamese to her colleague. I had to stay in the mall over thirty minutes past the shut time. To make it worse, she started blowing on my hands to dry them which is so unhygienic! Zero stars

I have just been got my second appointment with Nhuan and I am extremely happy! Full manicure with gelish polish and Nhuan is perfect every time! I’ve been to several salons and the polish never lasts for more than 2 weeks before it starts to chip, but my last polish lasted a whopping 5 weeks before I came to have them redone.Would highly recommend 🙂

My friend and I went to this salon for hair extensions. We were told the extensions would last at least 2 months and after that we just needed to change the glue and we could use them for as long as we wanted. Her extensions came off completely from day 1 to day 3-4 one by one. Mine didn’t come off but I feel they aren’t well placed as they are hurting my head. Also I asked the hairdresser (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) to fix it in a way that they wouldn’t be seen when I do a ponytail, which she didn’t follow.We were charged a very high price for a poor service/product quality.I don’t recommend this service, haven’t tried any other.

When Ameera took scissors on her hand, I was sitting in that chair perplexed to see the outcome. Because I reached to her hands after got rejected by several hair stylists as they were not confident enough to cut my long hair short. But when I showed my model picture to Ameera she just smiled and invited me to the chair confidently. Almost 45 minutes of artwork she made a new poem on my hair. She made the detail layers from the model i had given exactly on my hair and made me really happy and confident.Apart from this I did pedicure and fixed my eye brows also there. All services are excellent. From the smiley receptionist to the kind therapists all staff are professional and reccomendable.Looking forward to visit them again.Love you allJeena

My experience is one of disappointment at this salon. There is no correlation between charges listed on their website, the charges quoted verbally or the final charge. They would not share printed pricelist and only verbally mention prices, subsequently chance inflating charges by stating these things were not included. Same goes for hydra facial price quoted, which apparently does not include creams either. I will not be returning to this salon for the lack of transparency.

I had gel nail (ombre) last week when I was at this salon in Dubai. I am now back home in Australia and just want to say what a great job the lady did. Just had a manicure and pedicure at the Happy Nails salon in Dubai Mall. Lovely experience and honestly the most beautiful French polish by Marilia. She took so much pride and care in her work. And the patient Sara who made my feet as smooth as a babies bottom. Thank you lovely ladies.

Better to burn your money but dont spend your money in this salon , i will tell you why!i payed more than 500for a nail refill , the third day my nail broke for no reason, they said come we will fix, now after second day again 2of my nails broke becouse of the bad quality of their products or becouse of their nail technicians that they are not proffessional .not recomended at all 👎🏻

I came in and got a manicure on the 27th of July (I’m so sorry I don’t remember the name of the lady who did them) it’s the 16th of August and they still look AMAZING. Hasn’t chipped, nothing. Yesterday I went for a manicure with extension and pedicure.. I was followed by 3 girls at the same time, 10 stars for the feet. About my nails, the left hand is perfect and was done by a very good Asian girl, well prepare and professional the right hand unfortunately is horrible, the nails are obscene and I strongly advise the Indian lady (who took care of that hand) to consider another job.

I was passing by and i went in to check about Brazilian blowout for my hair , then they offer me a good deal and in my mined i though i will get a good service , but they suggested for me a products range called (Moremo ) to use so my hair get hydrated cause its dry , and they swear by it , and naively I accept to buy it as we planed for a hair make over , until i used the products and oh my after one week ( itching , dandruff , hair fall in bunches ) i went to doctor to check if i have a problem as i never had a hair fall issue sever as that , after i return to okd hair products hair fall stopped , Now question is if your client never ask for products by promoting products to them you will be responsible for any side effect or dissatisfaction! Your cline’s money is not something you would like to wast on low quality products !!! 0 credibility no trust to go and do any service there … fly bye

Really unhappy with the service I recieved. Actually, the staff seemed pleasant however the lady who removed my acrylics, broke my real nail down the middle as she was so rough with the nail cutter. When I asked how this will be fixed she said il put the strong gel on and it’ll heal, but you have to pay more. I explained I wouldn’t not be paying more due to it being too expensive and if she was a little less rough then my nails wouldn’t have broke off. She then said she will do it within my budget and not make me pay more however two days later and the whole BIAB has lifted itself and my nails remain broken.Furious is an understatement, as a UK citizen who visits Dubai often, this is deemed to be totally unacceptable in a lot of business. A lot of money and time wasted !!!

I don’t recommend you go here as a man. I went here because my wife and her friend wanted to go here. They do not take men in the same salon. They walked me down to a children’s barber shop with screaming children and attempted to start the pedicure there. I declined and they moved me across the mall to the back of a men’s barber shop. The pedicure itself was not terrible but the facility is severely lacking. Especially for somewhere in Dubai where luxury is the standard. The woman who did the service did a great job with the resources she was provided but overall the experience was terrible. I do not recommend.

This place is an absolute disaster! Stay away!Ive been getting gel nails for years, but never have they been this horrendous. The length and thickness are all over the place, not to mention they completely disregarded the color I requested. Oh, and to top it off, its only been 2-3 days and one of the nails straight-up fell off!During the process, the technician was so rough that I ended up bleeding on four separate occasions across different fingers. I shelled out over 300 AED for this nightmare, only to realize I have to spend more to get them fixed somewhere else.Believe me, this is beyond the worst manicure experience Ive ever had.

I found out about the nail shop through a referral from a friend. The service is excellent. Nhuan, in particular, created a lovely manicure for me; she is responsive and polite. She was really careful and precise with my nails. Its been three weeks, but the nails are still as lovely as the day they were done. I will surely return here the next time.

Probably one of the worst blow dry I had . Very rude and harsh lady. She was washing my scalp like I’m a dog. Drying my hair so close to the scalp I thought my hair will burn. I’m sorry but this is not the way to treat the customers. Especially my hair is light Scandinavian hair which you should treat carefully!! Never again.

Worst experience ever. Staff seemed shady.. covered prices with their hands when we tried to take pictures. Hair stylist arrived half an hour late and we were four girls in total. The makeup artist was very bad and we had to wipe it off and paid despite the horrendous work. Terrible experience I won’t recommend even stepping foot in that salon.

Worst place i have ever fixed my nails. I can’t even wear shoes because my two fingers are bleeding and the color of my toes disappeared after only one day. Now after 3/4 days one other nail is changing color.Never had this bad experience in my life.

Fantastic experience with the manicure. Technician was pleasant and detail oriented. 👌Unfortunately the hair cut was not the best. Everything is calculated separately. From trimming, actual hair cut, blow drying. It was not the experience that I was looking for. It felt like it was done without much care.I would be happy to come back for any nail services.

Since I met Tereza my life has changed. I used to change my manicure every now and then. When I came across my first nails done by her I was so addicted to her professionalism and I could understand why they call this salon “Happy Nails”.

If you come here I recommend you try having Nhuan do your nails. Im sure you will be very satisfied with the service she provides. My nails were very weak at first, but after a period of care by Nhuan, they recovered quickly and I can confidently show off my nails to anyone. Trust me, you wont regret your decision if you let Nhuan take care of your nails

Absolute joke of a place, went to get a pedicure done. They suggested that I also get a manicure and foot massage as well. In the end they told me that their water machine is not working so they cannot do my pedicure which was the main and only reason Id gone there in the first place. Ended up leaving with a manicure which I did not want in the first place. I was drawn in to an unwanted service, charged full price . They knew very well if they had said that they cannot offer me a pedicure I would have walk right back out! DISGUSTED! To make is worse, they do not have a clear pricing policy! The blonde lady is a scammer!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now. I swear by their eyebrow threading, hair styling, and facial. They are really friendly staff. I did facial and my skin felt really nice afterwards, kind of got rid of my whiteheads. I also did a massage, i’m a weight lifter so that massage untied every knot in my body. Lastly, sangria is the best of eye brow threading, she never thins the eyebrows. I let them play with my hair as they want because it always turns out nice. Anyways, i really recommend this place for the best results for eyebrow threading, manicure & padicure, as well as gel nail polish and gem extenstion, and hair makeover!

Iram is the best! I will never let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She’s always so friendly and attentive - I only come to this salon for her. The staff at the reception aren’t polite, they don’t greet you as you walk in, they don’t give you eye contact or thank you, which is very disappointing. I come only for Iram 🙏🏽

I went there with my 10 year old daughter to give her a surprise pampering experience. She wanted to put nail polish, we paid Aed 85 and I told her and them in case if she likes some more glitter or anything on nails that costs a little extra then to go ahead and I’ll pay the extra.I left to finish some work but had to swing back with my son as he wanted to see the shoe that she had bought and I had left it at there reception. When we entered a lady either the manager or owner said that they had offered some treatment to THE 10 YEAR OLD CHILD and she agreed so they started, when I asked them what was it, they said a paraffin treatment for a 10 YEAR OLD , since she felt itchy in her hair so a dandruff treatment and a blow dry and I was to pay an extra Aed 685 for the same. I told them to stop it instantly, they said the hand treatment had started, I paid an extra Aed 85 and stopped the hair treatment and blow dry which was another Aed 600.We are partially to be blamed as my daughter did not understand what she was going for and should have asked them to speak to me before signing up for such treatments but neither did the saloon feel they should call me to find out if they should do this considering it’s a 10 year old and an additional Aed 685 is a substantial amount. Had I not come back early, they would have done it and I would have to pay or argue. I felt cheated and it’s a shame that they used innocence of a child to increase billing.They would have had us as a client forever as my daughter really liked the girl who did here nails but the manager / owner lost this client for life. Will never go there even in a free invite…. There is no substitute for trust lost.

HORRIBLE WORST experience of my life. We had to change 2 nail “EXPERTS” neither of whom knew what to do…I had a simple pedicure: first they didn’t have hot water, then they had double booked 2 customers, thirdly it’s very DIRTY, and fourthly, they charge a LOT for a simple service. They wasted 2.5 hours of my time for a simple and OVERCHARGED pedicure! Please don’t ever come here - they’re best suited for a 1-star location not the Dubai mall…

I had an amazing experience in the salon especially with the service of Randa she is very professional,talented, helpful and friendly she did for me every thing I want and even she understood me without talking.

I did a wash and blow dry & Sara did an amazing job. She gave me the best curls & was very efficient. I also did Gelish Manicure & Manali was so gentle with my nails and so hospitable. I went back to get hair treatment done and the lady doing my hair burnt my ears with the dryer. The manager was also not interested in knowing how my experience was.

Iram is absolutely the best in the game. She works the eyebrows with thread without any pain and is a super perfectionist. A true professional.

The ladies who done my nails were fighting each other in front of me. One of them she is new to the job and she was blonde and the other one is Indian they were unprofessional and i end up with uneven gel extensions ( one nail is longer than the other) VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I went in to do eye brow threading (simple clean up and no shaping) and the lady doing the job mistakingly shaved off a part of my right eye brow. What bothered me was that no one including the ‘manager’ at least bothered to acknowledge the issue and apologise - instead the manager sarcastically says ‘well- it’l grow in a week and it isn’t really obvious’. It doesn’t take more than ‘we’re very sorry’ to make a customer walk away feeling at least respected. Unfortunate that I didn’t read all the reviews and complaints before going.

They woman who did my nails was amazing which is why im disappointed in having to write this 1 star review.I came in needing gel removal, ONLY three nails to be fixed with hard gel and my nails painted with gel. The total cost was 625aed (55aed just for the removal- another review on here said they were charged 35aed....). On top of this when I went to pay the receptionist said they do not accept cards, only cash.I rang later that day and spoke to the receptionist asking for the exact same treatment and enquired how much this service would cost. Although still high they quoted a significantly lower price. They also said that they do accept card- they lied and took advantage, a total scam.Avoid this place! If you do decide to go, get the fixed price of your treatment before you start as they seem to charge what they please.

Came here to get acrylic nails done whilst on holiday from the Uk. The girl who done my nails was lovely, they weren’t the best acrylics I’d ever had but they were still nice, however I stupidly didn’t ask a price beforehand and when I went to pay the girl at reception said it was 500aed! (£100). On top of this she said their card machine conveniently wasn’t working and they could only take cash.I asked to see a price list and she said they didn’t have one however this was how much it was. On reading reviews afterwards it seems they just make up different prices and rip people off. I tried arguing with her to get the price down and when I said I should have looked at your reviews beforehand she just laughed.So unprofessional- avoid at all costs!

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST!I went here for a simple blowout, but they talked me into a collageen treatment worth of 1000 aed according to the lady. It was too expensive so they gave me a special discount for 800 aed. Throughout the treatment they kept pressuring me to purchase shampoo(150 aed each) and skincare treatments, which I declined. When I went to pay they started pressuring me again to buy the shampoos or book a skincare treatment(only if I pay them the full price, beforehand), at this point it became really frustrating.When I got home I checked the price list on their website and I noticed the price on the website is 250 aed. I went back the day after, to get this straight. The manager was also in the store, I told them the whole story and they only had excuses. The manager is not helpful at all and neither are the employees. At one point the manager started to threat to call the police, they are dishonest and in my opinion this is no different then stealing from people(especially tourists). I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this scam place, apparently it happens all the time at this salon...

Highly unhygienic place, not particularly welcoming nor attentive towards clients.Manicure tools have not been sterilised before being used on next customers. Employee was sending voice messages on WhatsApp whilst performing my manicure and placed her mobile phone on the already filthy towel where my hand was sitting during the service! DONT GO TO THIS SALON! THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF MANY PEOPLE, INCLUDING US!Hello ladies,Once again, please dont go to this salon! My sister went to the salon and got ripped off terribly! They charged 800 AED of a collegaen treatment which is actually 250 AED. In the evening we saw the price difference on the website so we went back to the salon the next day. They told us that we had agreed upon the 800 AED and said that the 250 AED treatment was something different but thats not. So they just made up a price and came with lame excuse! We explained the issue to the manager, but he was super rude. He wanted to talk with my dad as a gentleman, but once my dad did not agree upon what he said he wanted to call the security. Never met such a ignorant man! As a customer you would expect to receive a little more compassion or thoughtfullnes, but they didnt even wanted to listen and started to ignore you after some time. Shows that they only care about the money. So, please dont go there. Also, during the treatments they constantly try to sell you stuff, super annoying and unprofessional. Save the money and invest it into a business who has more morals, is truthfull and has more integrity.

NEVER AGAIN experience. Worst nails I have done in many years living in Dubai, which means I have been to handful of salons but this one is just horrible. Lady who did my manicure was unskilled, not only she hurt my nails but also it didn’t even last few days. If you are looking for somewhere to sit in Dubai mall instead of spending that money having nice cup of coffee and dessert, this is place you want to go.
