My experience today was fantastic; the salon appeared immaculate and organized! I was greeted by the owner, hanan , who had a lovely smile. The entire team was professional and friendly, but Koshy was exceptionally kind and wonderful. I had a facial treatment with her, and I truly enjoyed it! I will definitely return to experience a massage with her.

Ive been a loyal client of my favorite salon in Dubai for the past two years, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The personalized service, flawless nail treatments, and relaxing Tunisian baths (kind of marrocan bath) have kept me coming back for more. It truly feels like my home away from home.

HORRIBLE! They burnt the skin on my face!!I went to wax my side locks and the staff who did that did not even bother to check the temperature of the wax she was using and just applied extremely hot wax on my face! She never apologized and kept justifying that she has done the right thing.Even when I went to complain at the reception, the salon owner was there and even she tried to justify her staff.I now have burnt skin on my face and I am going to make a complaint with Dubai municipality about their negligence and untrained staff!DO NOT GO TO THEM!

After visiting a couple of times for nails and liking it I brought my friend for the Tunisian bath. Everything was good until I came out of the spa room to see myself in the mirror and they had DYED my hairline,eyebrows and face pink. Even after scrubbing and using a mild acid peel the colour did not fade. My hair and eyebrows stayed super pink I had no option but to BLEACH the stain out. Reception understood how upset I was as I left. I requested for the manager to get back to me. But she did not. I liked the salon the first few visits but after this wouldn’t recommend

The Owner was very rude.The workers are great, great work.But very rude owner.The owner called me again a very rude manner, telling me not to go to her saloon for telling my opinion.As well speaking with me in a very bad manner ,scolding me.It shows what kind an owner she is.I dont recommend going there at all .The incident was not about social distance unfortunately, my friend was sitting in the opposite side to me she asked her to move while her polish is still wet for an other lady to sit I her place she pushed her shoes with her feet and didnt even say sorry.

I will give the accreditation only to the lady who was doing my Moroccan bath for the past 2 years but unfortunately last time my friends we booked for 3 of us for 4 services and once we reached there they told us that we are fully booked and we didnt have any idea about the other services @!!!!! First of all we re talking about the rude owner or the horrible service of the receptionist! Yeah before the owner was too nice I used always bring my friends with me and come al the way the pumper my self in your far away salon but never again !!!!!!!
