Worst Experience of my life , i regret going to this salon. They could not even do a simple blow dry my hair is dry and simply tangledAnd they charged me full price for this which is amazing. Imagine a salon who could not do a simple blow dry.Whoever is the owner they need to hire people who knows how to do there job.I would request people to never ever visit this salon. If you don’t want to spoil your mood and your hair. Absolutely Ridiculous Service. My review won’t matter to these people.Putting it to out there so people can see and just think before going.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Hatan Ladies Salon in DSO. The service was impeccable, and my nails turned out exactly as I wanted. The attention to detail and overall experience made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend! Kudos to Sara and the whole staff 😊👍🏻

Bad Experience with the services . They spoil my hair color and also not happy with other services.They will charge you a lot and will try to finish in very less product.They will tell you different charges on phone and charge more .No use of appointment ,you have to wait for long time. Very disappointed with service and staff NOT RECOMMENDED

Best gelish manicure pedicure in all silicon oasisI like Hatan salon especially on nails.Naila, Koushy and Indira and Bina all good on nails I’ve tried all.They also use high brand gel Polish Orly I like it..They have lot of colors choices and price so cheap. I pay half price as I’ve paid before in other salons.. I really recommend it

Not one of the biggest salons in Dubai yet despite that, all services are provided. The staff are the gems of the place as they are courteous, patient and always smiling 😊I went there today and benefited from their package of 4 services for 200 AED and did not leave disappointed as the price did not mean compromise on the quality. The place has officially become the go to place for me and the ladies in my family.

I tried this salon yesterday for the first time only because it is slightly economically priced compared to other salons in the area. And faced similar issues like a few other customers.As it was evening time and just 2 hrs prior to closing of 8pm, they were in a rush to do everything. One of the staff boasted at the start of their good services for the price I am getting but owing to the hurry they were doing things in, most services were not up to standards.One can do other parallel services while keeping the face pack on longer but instead face pack was removed in 5 mins and I was rushed out. One of the staff literally tore my nose removing blackheads, another had my cuticles bleeding by the time I was done.I would not recommend unless one plans to go well before 8pm to accommodate their staffs schedule so they dont do a half baked job with the services.

Availed their protein treatment and paid a hefty amount and it didn’t even lasted for a week. made complaint to the manager only to be told that im booking services which i don’t understand. instead of fixing the situation they make you feel that its all your fault and they don’t care at all even if you are a regular customer. never will i go and avail any kind of services from this salon ever.

Extremely bad experience. Zero client relationship skills. I went for a hair curl blowdry .The decided amount was 100 AED with jewellery fix . However the price on the pricing card is 65 AED for blowdry and offcourse it includes little setting . The worker started her work in the middle of work Their manager started yelling at worker why are you doing this hair style.We, charged for this 150 AED.The situation was very embarrassing so I asked to take 150 and let her complete the work . Unfortunately even paying 150 that curl didnt stay for half an hour because they are doing with straightener. Terrible spoil my all event.I didnt recommend anyone to visit them because their prices change every second.

Ive been coming to this salon since they opened in 1022, it has been a year now that u have used most of their services. Bina the team leader is very accommodating and ensure clients satisfaction. They are experts in hair care, and nail extensions in particular. The prices in the salon are reasonable enough comparing to the other salons surrounding them. Maleha Bina and team know What they are doing.And what I love the most is they suggest on what suits you best.Try coming here ladies.Thank you ladies ❤️❤️❤️

The technician was very rough while removing cuticles and despite REPEATEDLY telling her to calm down, she wouldn’t. Moreover, she KEPT arguing when we were requesting and explaining to her. If you’re not willing to take criticism and adjust as per your clients requirements you SHOULD NOT be in the Personal Grooming and Services industry. 😐. Also, from the minute we stepped in, they seemed to be in a rush to finish and had a tone while speaking to PAYING CUSTOMERS. No thank you, I will find a more service oriented salon. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Do not suggest this salon for any service. The lady working on hair cut was in so much rush she cut my hair to half the length.I had gone only for a hair trim and she cut 6-7 inches of my hair and no direction followed.The same lady spoiled my eyebrows prior to this a month ago, kept one wider and left the other one too thin

I had gone for waxing, the lady who did it, I had painful experience. I also did my upper lip, I literally had to tell her please do it carefully, she said its the sound of the thread. Infact I had small cuts on my upper lip. I posting this a bit late, I had been to this salon mid of last month.

Went there for waxing and it was a good Experience. Maliha did my waxing such a sweet lady and her work is also good it was less painful . Happy with the service 🥰

The staff is always in rush to finish of the service, extremely unprofessional and they use very cheap quality products, their gellish nail paints come off in 2 days, and their hair spa is so not worth it, they faltten your hair and leave you with damp hair, the staff not polished at all, try Streak salon in DSO they are so much better with the same pricing

I recently tried this beauty salon and let me tell you, the prices were super affordable! The staff was really nice and they did an awesome job on my nails. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by an Indian employee who I think was super talented, she did an incredible job on my nails and was really attentive to my preferences. I really had fun there. I highly recommend it! 💅😄
