Opening at 8am but no barber or any therapist until 9am, why mentioning you open 8am on goggle ? Just mention you open at 9am it’s better for the customer.Service is ok in general, good value for money

I have been visiting Hava Gents salon every month for a very long time, cutting my hair and getting a beard shave.I recently visited them, and heard that my barber (Wassim) was on vacation, and that another barber would attend me. I say okay, we sit down and he starts cutting. The haircut was OK, and then we proceeded to the beard. I showed him a clear picture of me with my preferred beard style, I explained everything to him for a good 2-4 minutes, showing details on pictures. It was a simple trim and shave, nothing complicated. He proceed to do the TOTAL opposite of what I asked him to, and completely messes it up. I tell him that this is not even close to what I showed him, and nothing really happens. I tell him lets try to fix it and he continues messing it up even more.I proceed to the counter and tell them about it, perhaps let me not pay for the beard as the guy TOTALLY messed me up? No, I pay full.I usually pay 80 AED for haircut and beard, and just out of nowhere I have to pay 95. So they simply gave me a higher price when I told them I was not happy with the service provided.A professional business informs the customer upon booking on phone about any price changes, as I have always booked my cuts via phone and they have me saved.I have been visiting this barbershop for many months, and this is the absolute last time I every step my foot here. By poor service they lost a lifetime customer, but I do hope the extra 40 AED was worth it!

It was a great experience, staff are very nice and kind.

Massage was great! However, the environment was Very uncomfortable and not relaxing at all.Rooms are situated at the corner of the building so all traffic could be heard from al wasl road and the side road and theres no music being played to help with that.There are 2 massage rooms and all walls are frosted glass. None of the rooms have doors which is fine but also does not even have a curtain. You can walk from one room to the next as the wall inbetween them are only like 3/4 leaving like a door way to go from one room to the next. What is worst, there is a camera right outside the door.The lights for the room are the same for the entire floor controlled probably by 1 switch.In the middle of the massage, someone put on the lights (bright) and went into he room at the back of the one I was in and started to tumble a whole lot of things. I had to ask the therapist to deal with that.Recommendation for the salon is to have enclosed massage room for some sort of privacy and comfort. Can either use a shear fabric for curtain or use a door that has a huge patch of clear glass in it.Play some relaxing music that may help with the noise level coming from the streets.

Everything about this salon is amazing…. The location, the staff, the service….I’ve recently started going to this salon … and I’ve had a haircut by Wasim and Wariz … both are great barbers and I totally recommend them .
