Trust me, it’s the best in Dubai Hills. I’ve tried 2 other salon but cant compare them to Havie & Moon. Yes they cost just a bit more but worth it. The gel they use is so perfect. Will not ruin your nails. The staffs are great! They give amazing quality i also enjoy the positive energy in this salon. Feels so light there. Liz is my favorite nail tech there and Meca has always been so accommodating. Not only they are experts in Nails but Their energy will brighten your mood. ✨

The best place I have been to in Dubai for BIAB. Im a full time PT & athlete and these nails last me 4+ weeks every time. I get them done by Liz and she is amazing! She knows my nails better than I do and gets the shape / length spot on every time. She’s also willing to try any nail art and is amazing at it

I have been getting a BIAB mani and pedi here for over a year now. I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are and the salon is so relaxing; even when busy it’s got such a nice atmosphere like no other salon I’ve been to. The most amazing salon with the most amazing team! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, the girls make the salon feel like one big family and their attention to detail with every treatment is incredible. I came into Havie and Moon after seeing some of their hair work on Instagram and I knew straight away I wanted to see Meghann. I’d done a botched dye job at home (black of course) and she had her work cut out lightening me to something more human. I was blown away by the result, gorgeous medium brown locks with golden caramel weaved in. It’s the best my hair has looked in years. A couple of weeks later Meghann refreshed my toner and she went out of her way to make space for me in her schedule. Super personable and very talented at what she does!Although the hair services brought me here I’ve also been so happy with the other services I’ve had here as well, namely LVL lashes. The service was quick, comfortable and professional and the results have been amazing and long lasting. I’ve had so many compliments since.To top it off all of the lovely ladies in this salon make you feel right at home. It feels a real treat to come to Havie & Moon for a service complete with pampering in chair massages and great oat lattes! I’ll be coming to this salon as long as they will have me!

Absolutely amazing! I had Giessel for my pedicure and Khusie for my BIAB manicure. The girls were amazing and so friendly. Attention to detail in everything they did and I couldn’t believe I was in and out within an hour - perfect for busy mums. Such a beautiful salon and cannot wait to go back in 3 weeks.

Genuinely one of the best salons I’ve been to in Dubai - I always leave extremely satisfied. They are extremely professional, really friendly, and the overall environment is very nice. Melanie does my nails and she is amazing - and so is the rest of the staff. Super high quality nails and service. The best part is their loyalty card so you get a lot of benefits as you continue to book appointments. My recommendation would to be book in advance because they are always busy since the salon is so good. 10/10!

Love this salon. All the team are super friendly and lovely. After poor gel manicures that always felt rushed and didn’t last from other places, I am so glad I found H&M and tried a BIAB manicure, thanks to Annalyn my nails are in great shape and the manicure lasts. It was my first time at Havie and Moon and certainly not my last! I went in for a blow dry and a massage and both exceeded my expectations. My blow dry was done really well and held on all night for my party. And as for the massage, it was probably one of the best I’ve done in the city. Also, the staff is so lovely and friendly. Overall, It’s just such a beautiful space to be in.

This place is one of the cutest salons in dubai, I frequent a lot of spas and salons and this one always has me going back!I get my massages, pedicures and manicures there and they never disappoint!Annalyn, Khushi, Melanie, Leigh , & the rest of the team are simply amazing & so so sweet.They remember exactly what you like so there’s no need to explain every-time you go back which is something I find myself doing in a lot of other salons. I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare as I think I know what I want and really believe this is the look im after, but then end up contradicting myself. AMAZING!! First visit to Havie & Moon today for the most incredible body massage with hot stones. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the salon is a beautiful place to be. The massage ….. wow!! Head to toe relaxation with an expert masseuse and a choice of gorgeous essential oils to choose from. Amazing salon and amazing staff! This was my 2nd visit for a bow dry with the fantastic Melanie who is so lovely and really listened to the way I liked my hair. I feel like some salons ask you questions but don’t actually listen to your answers, this is definitely not the case here and you can tell that customer satisfaction is priority. There is such a lovely vibe, it feels like a slice of home, so relaxing! I honestly can’t recommend enough 🤩

Meghan does my hair for a while and her work is always amazing. The color is perfect, the highlights are nicely covering my grey hair. The cut is absolutely gorgeous, neat and sharp, just as I like it. The products are great, my hair is healthy and shiny.She’s also a very lovely girl, she turns my “hair trip” into morning therapy. Highly recommend Meghan, you won’t be disappointed.

I wanted a haircut for my daughter. They had an appointment available almost half an hour later. I arrived at 1:25 and the appointment was at 2pm. When I asked if we can wait for her appointment they said no, even though they only had two customers. I found this to be quite unfriendly.

The reception is incompetent, I have been charged a different amount and I had to wait 40 min for the reason that they have accepted a walk in even tho I had an appointment booked ahead.

Love this salon! Have been going here for a while and am super happy with the mani/pedis, its a very calm and serene environment with loads of crystals (and they have delicious coffee and vegan snacks!). I also get my hair bleached here by the amazing Meghann, super happy! Highly recommend.

I visited the salon today for my first ever facial, and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff were so lovely and complimentary as well as offering advice showing they are clearly knowledgable of their area of expertise. I also had a full body massage and the price was great. Would definitely recommend the salon it’s also got fantastic decor and feels so calm and peaceful. I can’t wait to go back again soon!

My biab mani lasts more than 4 weeks, after which we just refill and gellish pedi 4-6 weeks, which is great! I have been struggling for the past 3 years in Dubai to find the right person who can fix my hair color and get to do the right color again that suits me. I would like to thank Meghan for doing my hair color and I was soo happy with the result so much. It was a bit challenging for her and she accepted the challenge to try and it was a big success.

I gave a lot of importance to reviews and stars till I used the services at Havie and Moon.Reviews can be misleading.It was the worst experience I have had in Dubai in salons.Getting an appointment was a harrowing task.After I did manage this (took multiple tries, just because I was keen to try a 5 * place), I came back extremely disappointed.The hair colour was done in a hurry, with whites popping out from all sides . Hair cut was done in 5 min (you have to believe this).After I showed my displeasure, I was given a discount and offered to come back again for roots touch up.

I found Meghann from spirals salon JVC!! I used to go to spirals because she was so good with my hair- took the time to listen to my hair routine, understood how it grew, what I wanted, basically everything you think a hairdresser should do but generally dont. I was crushed when she left her job but after a bit of sleuthing I found her at a great new place, Havie & Moon. And of course, I got a great haircut!! I had been wanting something drastic for a while but didnt trust anyone to doit until now. I feel younger, quirkier yet still pretty. Thanks Meghan! You are the best!
