The ladies are super nice, sadly the outcome is not good. First time all nails were lifted, when they redid it( for free) only 8/ 10.The tools weren’t working the first time and the second time the lady was in a rush.During the second time, it was so painful I had to scream a lot. Very painful.They said that they have compiled a training program for more than 3 months, which is already something. 👍I think there is potential if they would get good tools and a proper training.1 picture after around 8 days , 2 picture directly after the service.I wish all the best.

Don’t book them, they always confirm the time and then 2-3 hours before that just cancel and create million reasons why the won’t come. No alternatives, the client is nothing, no one will even try to understand that you planned everything accordingly, they simply won’t come.

Made a massage booking on WhatsApp for this evening which they confirmed. They didn’t show and said they booked the wrong day in their system. We’re pretty unbothered in their response and didn’t try to schedule an alternative time.

I had an at home full body massage booked with Ruth and honestly I cannot wait to book again. After weeks of being hunched over my desk working and studying I woke up with severe pains in my back and shoulders - Ruth is magic, not only was the pressure absolutely perfect but all the stress and tension has been released in all the needed areas. I feel extremely relaxed and can’t wait to book again - I definitely won’t be waiting until I’m in pain until next time!

Very disappointing customer service and experience. Shame. Bit of a birthday let down really. Very underwhelming staff, oil stains on new sofa that won’t come out, made to feel like an a** for not paying when I had paid in advance. Staff didn’t acknowledge tip. Management responded and offered a complimentary treatment and then never got back to me. Just a real let down.

I have had massages and nails done at Hawaiian hush for a long time and is a really good company. They do the best massages like, I dont even know when the last time I had a good massage from someone else! Hawaiian hush plays relaxing music whilst getting the massage and I basically fell asleep having it in under five minutes. Five stars. keep going!

I never write reviews but felt I should for Hawaiian Hush... I have used their home massage service regularly for a few years now. They have always been very professional and accommodating with last minute bookings. I have gone through using different therapists and they have all been decent with different experience (deep tissue, relaxation etc)... Mercy would have to be the stand as I have used her most in recent time... Sheryl is also good... Jerry was good too... I cant remember the other names unfortunately but Ive never had any negative or bad experience which is most important...The lady with whom I communicate with via WhatsApp has always been on the ball. I think her name is Brenda.Thanks to everyone at Hawaiian Hush for looking after me. Much appreciated.

The masseuse I had, Rhona, was exceptional. Good pressure but not painful. Cracked my back (after asking if I want that as part of my service) and relieved some of the tension. The massage oil seemed to be of good quality and smelt nice. She set up the spa music and bed and got started. The bed is pretty comfortable for a home service, but could be better (more sturdy, and more padded).

I can’t recommend the skills of the massage therapists at Hawaiian Hush enough - they are all soooo good!Excellent service and super professional: punctual, friendly, and equipped with a comfy massage bed and divine oils.And a special shout out to Liza, she is extremely skilled and well trained. I was recommended Hawaiian Hush by a friend and I am so glad I used them! I booked a same day massage for my husband and the service was outstanding. Mercy the therapist was on time and I am told, she helped my husband find a new sense of relaxation even during a deep tissue massage! I would highly recommend Hawaiian Hush for home services.

Awful manicure. My fingers are so sore after2 of my fingers are now infected after manicure service and others have cuts on. Actually having sleepless nights.from the pain. I also have 2 nails that have torn off from catching. Do not recommend for manicure or pedicure

I have been using Hawaiian Hush for over a year now - they are simply amazing! Ive had over 20 massages with them - the therapists are always on time, well prepared, and most importantly, give great massages.My two personal favorite therapists are Gina and Yanessa, who went to the same massage school.

After reading the amazing reviews, I was keen to try them out. Unfortunately, the quality of service was terrible. I booked them for Facial and massage, facial was just so bad. My face has a lot of breakouts which speaking of the quality of products used.Never going back to them again. Worst 350 AED spent!!!!

Used to be a good service. Whoever is in charge of the whats app today has no clue what they are doing. Lost a customer probably 2, and I ve hired another service today instead
