I have to say never did a threading nor a waxing feel painless until I visited this salon. The service that they provid is excellent. I visited yesterday this salon. I liked the work of Nazish but the owner of the salon was giving importance to only one Sri Lankan lady . She was giving her priority, the lady named Ayesha almost spent more than 2 hours for her hair treatment & owner was not asking her to finish fast but she didnt even ask me about my feedback which I found quite weird. Nazish was doing my pedi & meni but the owner- Sara was continuously asking her to finish fast & do others service. I had taken a package & as an owner she should give priority to people who are already having the services. Its not good at all to disturb someone. Owner is not at all good . I can give 5 * to Nazish for her dedication & service. Its not her mistake but due to frequent interference of the owner, Nazish forgot to put nail paint after the meni pedi . Never ever think to visit again this salon.

I had visited the salon for hair colour and showed the kind of colour and highlight I wanted to do. She didnt understand or know how to to it. I dont know what colour she used, after every hair wash since then the hair colour is coming off my hair. And now after 1 month of taking the service noone would even notice if I had done any hair colour with highlights. Wasted the entire day in the salon only for this service. She took 6 hours only for hair colour with highlights. God knows what she did.Feeling highly disappointed and scammed. Never going to take their services again. Not recommending to anyone either.

The worst home service ever. Let me start in details: I had booked in two packages one for myself & other sister for woman day. My package & my sister package had almost similar items1. My services were booked for 5.30- 6pm. The team arrived at 7.452. Once they arrived they were forcing me stating both the packages are for yourself as there is 150 limit per individual. Why on earth would I book 2x packages for myself with same services in both.3. I have been 5 years in Dubai and clearly understand whats package service includes express service for few items as discounted because I usually take package service but this service was extremely shocking something that i could myself do at home. Such a joke this salon servicesLet me explain Example*foot spa*.- soak legs in hot water1 min cream application2 min rub gel massage- doneThat i can do myself at home-*Manicure* scraping the nail bedRemove the dust from the nail bed, instead of cuticleClean it put nail polish done. They didnt even know to apply nail polish properly*Gold Facial* just two creams 2 mins massage n steam and black head remover 2 mins - I did advise the female saying usually removal of black head takes 10 mins or more atleast because i have alot she said no. Face pack application done*Pedicure* soak,clean the nail bed, remove the dirt of the nail bed washing done.*Blow dry*- drying the hairThe only decent service was eyebrows, hand waxing (that as well under arms was not fully done well)The team of 2 girls were there for 2 hours for 15 total service which included boiling kettle multiple time setting the place with items, washing their items...talking removing the items cleaningI raised an alarm with Farah the owner of the salon at the same time of the services who was just explaining to me this is how its done in package. I also told her the team is 2 hours plus late i hope my services wont be rushed, she promised everything will be good but it was by far the worstIf this is how its done in this package. Ladies I really recommend not to waste your money on this salon specially for home service I am not sure of how their parlour services are but home services was a nightmare. In packages there are better salons almost charging similar pricing for packages with proper services at home. I sent pictures next day to the owner showing the visible white heads no response. I am not sure what products they use as my face is gone worse.Worse womans day gift to myself and my sister. Should have stuck with my normal home service lady.

Not good. Please dont waste your money in this parlour. Worst facial and hair services.The management of this parlour will disguise you. I went there reading reviews and would never thumbs down anyone for no reason at all. We do not have so much time doing reviews but this was needed. They have put all fake positive reviews. For me, the experience has been really really bad.
