I’ve been coming to HeadKase for so long now I can’t remember when I came along for my first appointment. But I can say, that no matter what stylist you have, you always are treated like royalty and are made to feel welcome! Not to mention the best head massages and I always leave having had a great coffee and my body weight in Lotus biscuits too! 🙈 Niamh is such a friendly, easy going and talented stylist who’s takes my crazy requests on board and is always up for the challenge. Lovely salon with very friendly staff. My service was with Niamh who was clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time for a good consultation and I was extremely happy with how my hair turned out. Niamh was recommended to me by a friend and I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I followed Florentyna to Headkase and absolutely loved my first visit. Florentyna is a master with curly hair and is so calm and approachable. Tina gave me the best hair wash and head massage - which was a cherry on top.

There is no respect at all. The first thing we did when we went in was they set the price of highlights at 500 dirhams for medium hair. I paid for the serum and the hair drying, which was about 160 dirhams, and the whole package ended up being 900 dirhams for half the highlights, not even the full highlights. My sister just wanted to cut the ends of her hair and dry it, but she was charged 400 dirhams under the pretext that it was a haircut, even though she insisted twice not to cut her hair while the hairstylist kept trying to convince her to cut. If she said no once, that should have been it. I do not advise anyone to go there, and I will not be going back. —— to be honest the only one was good is sophia she was really good person

I can’t recommend Headkase salon enough. It is one of the best places. I had my color done today with beautiful Florentyna, she was amazing. All the staff are great and they take really good care of you. The lady that washed my hair was very sweet and gave me the best head massage. More over the chairs at the washing area are super comfortable! One where you can really relax without breaking your neck! Super cool place with great vibe.

I struggled with trusting any salon and just never went, from the first time I went to Clodagh I was hooked. As a naturally (dark) brunette, being blonde requires the right salon and the right hair dresser. Someone who listens to what it is you’re wanting and will tell you honestly if it’s achievable while maintaining healthy hair. Clodagh is the only one I will trust with my hair! She is amazingly skilled but also just a wonderfully warm human being and I genuinely love sitting in her chair, chatting away while she works her magic on my hair!

After a long time, I booked a haircut with Tracy. Despite making early arrangements to make it on time for the appointment, I ended up running late. They were very considerate and patient and waited for me. Finally I arrived. Although I was 15 minutes late, the service (from the shampooing of my hair to the haircut) was never hurried. I enjoyed the massage during the shampoo. I felt de-stressed I went through to make it for my appointment. I can see how Tracy took time to ensure that I get the style I showed her. I am so happy walking out of the salon achieving the hairstyle I wanted. The entire team were very warm and professional. Till my next appointment.

I couldnt recommend this salon enough - the stylists are so creative and wlel trained, they really know their stuff. I had virgin hair with the want for very natural baliage/ombre and I got exactly that. Whatever way they treated my hair and the colour they used really meant that even with the blond and honey tones, my hair was still so healthy - didnt dry or tangle with the colour. All of that and more on offer at Headkase, the customer service is also second to none and the energy and banter is 100% unmatchable. You can just tell all the staff get on like a house on fire, which I always take as a string reflection on outstanding management. Keep up the amazigmng work ladies! X

I came in for roots and toner. After the discussion my hairdressers decided on highlights which i agreed on and results is not too bad but was astonished about the price. Was charged for half head highlights even though it was put only in T section on 2 cm of my outgrown hair. I left with the bill of 945 Dhs without the receipt of the breakdown. When quering about the price i been told is expensive but at least they didn’t burn my hair like in a previous place. I am confused to what happened cause i came based on the recommendation and my friend paid this price for full head of highlights and two toners. I had the toner for 5 min and is not really a difference on the rest of the hair. What a shame.

Bad behavior, disrespect, appreciation and prices are very huge and they dont give a fixed price.😵‍💫

We discussed colours and styles that would suit my skin tone/face shape and needless to say I walked away with the best hair colour/cut I have ever had! I can’t recommend Headkase and Emily enough and I won’t be going anywhere else in future, my 5 year journey to find my perfect hairdresser in Dubai is over 👍🏻😁🥇
