I had an amazing experience at Helen Beauty Salon in Silicon Oasis! I got a Keratin treatment and haircut for my hair, and I also did my nails. The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The salon atmosphere is great, and they really take care of their customers. The first time I came here I just had a hair cut with Ms. Dina , pedicure w/spa with Ms. Rachel and 1 hr. Foot massage with Ms. May.Now I just came back for a Pedicure with Ms. Rachel , and surprisingly I added manicure with Ms Manju.After finishing they told me about their offer and I cant resist it. Happily said YES , coz why not 😊I then proceed to HAIR TREATMENT & Lash Lift 🥰I am so glad with all the services I had with them and it is such a relief to find a one stop salon where you can complete the pamper session.Staffs are very professional.Work place is neat and prices are affordable and services are very well done. I am so satisfied and definitely come back again and again 💖They also gave me complimentary Moroccan green tea which I love the most.Anyways ,keep up the good work ladies.Highly recommended! Visit you wont regret 🥰

I had a good experience at helen salon @ souq extra , as i wanted to get a haircut & the hairdresser was more than good enough to deliver exactly the front fringes & cut i showed her & was very quick & enthusiastic in the process.Would visit again soon .

Did manicure, wasn’t happy at all , they didn’t even have cuticle oil , the lady was just in a hurry she didn’t have time to listen to me. Quick drier for normal polished nails they do not have it as well , so you have to sit 30 minutes to air dry your nails

Did a facial here for the first (and last) time. Nida was excellent, but the products the salon uses are not good quality products. I go to this salon for other services, and usually very satisfied.

I am very disappointed of the staff that work in the salon. I booked a hair trim for my 16 year daughter and she went on her own, after she did only a trim they charged her for a full hair cut which she didn’t do. This is not acceptable to fraud youngsters who go without an adult and make them pay more that the priced services ( she was supposed to pay 80 , they charged 150 for 3 cm trim) customers should be charged for only the services they receive not according to their age .first time in the salon and last time.

Never going to recommend to my friendsI asked the prices before for candle wax and i know its painless but expensive, i got charged same amount even though i choose the Normal painful wax, very upset.Also for Gel polish i was not informed over the phone that there will additional charges if 30aed to remove first if its not their saloon’s colour .I had my fixed saloon so they never charged me, i was looking for convenient one to drive and park but it was a bad Idea.Discount prices only for Emirates Airline crew my Airline ID is accepted in all the big saloon for discount but as i said was looking for nearby.Girls were not even sorry and they need to know the difference between Candle wax and normal and why one is expensive than others.Regretting big time . Service was also just ok . I will stick to my saloon 😑

I have been to Helen Beauty Salon twice since their recent opening and both times I’ve had a remarkable experience. First time I’ve had manicure/pedicure and face threading: very professional service, kind and respectful staff, and OMG…the interior of the salon is just so classy! Then I went back for hair service. I can only say that after being in Dubai for 13 years this the ONLY time I walked out of a salon with a big smile on my face. The service was excellent, the results beyond expectations. The hairdresser spent 4 hours on my hair only, I can tell she works with passion and owns her skills.I had balayage on my “previously mishandled” hair. No hidden fees, transparent prices and 100% satisfaction from my side.Highly recommended.Ladies try Helen Beauty Salon, you won’t regret.

Very stylish new salonHad my gelish mani pedi done there by very professional girls Manju and Saleha. They were very attentive and accurate, they listen to my requests about how I want my nails to be done and they did it even better. Also they are very friendly and I didnt feel the time while talking to them.Salon is very clean, they follow the hygiene and wearing gloves.The design is so unique which will make you feel very comfortable.Thank you!

The ambiance and decoration are very relaxing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had mani-pedi with Manju and she’s very professional and patient and I had the best service with her. Salon is very clean. Prices are relatively expensive but their offers make it up. I booked at 7 PM and when I asked them to inform me if there’s any earlier availability they did which is very professional. I totally recommend them.

Very bad service . I booked with entertainer for mani and pedi but because of late showing up they only did my nail while my feet were in water for 30 min than the reception said we are closing can’t do pedicure . When asked to pay for full service and use the pedi the following morning they called the owner and she refused so I don’t benefit for the entertainer . So they know how to lose customers very well .

Found the salon on Groupon and decided to give it a try, Saleha did my manicure/ pedicure and i was very pleased.. she is patient and Very sweet.Only reason i didn’t give them a 5 star is because they have additional charges for ingrown that is something that I have never come across in any salon in all my days of getting pedicures but that is on the salon owner and not the staff.Im happy i got saleha and happy with my nails.

The manicure and pedicure are great and the ladies who make them are really nice. The Problem is with the receptionist who offers you to pay directly there if you found them through Groupon app and after the service they dont honour the Groupon price even after phoning them and asking. Please buy your Groupon if available beforehand. No wonder why 2 guests left unhappy from the place. Receptionist needs better training and etiquette.

The worst salon ever!!!We have booked an appointment today with the entertainer voucher!!*First the receptionist doesnt seem to know about the promotion they rejected to us the entertainer voucher, imagine she told us we can use the entertainer voucher buy 1 get one free “but” the free we can use it next year how stupid her explanation!!*Second we booked an appointment and the receptionist confirmed our booking when we came there she said there was no booking at 7:00 pm so we end up with nothing at all!!!!*Bad customer service, not approachable..Not recommended for future customers!!!

I didnt like the experience at all, the one who did to me threading was unprofessional she took so long and was not doing well and she scratched my upper eyelid and ends up that all the hair grow up next day and left under skin as if I did shaving, not recommend this salon at all and prices is high comparing to the service level.
