We have been a few times for different treatments and praise the service each time! My girls are obsessed with this place! It’s every little girl’s dream and honestly I melt every time I’m there seeing my kids so happy.My girls had the BFF package recently and wow! Highly recommend

Finally got round to having our daughter’s bday here. Getting appt defo need to arrange weeks in advance. Staff are lovely at the spa and really engage with the kids. We only had 4 kids and what was nice that we didn’t have to do a bday package but we could do a Tea package which was great. This included soap making , manicure, hair style either bow or braid. They got to wear the spa robes and then had a tea party with sandwiches , cupcake and apple tea. Was a good afternoon for the girls and was done in just under 2 hours.They should open more branches that may help ease the appt schedule.

I decided to give this place a second chance, not because I particularly wanted to, but because the kids were eager to goFirst, securing an appointment here is quite challenging. It took a week to get a slot for the kids, and it wasnt even at our preferred time. To get a convenient time, you need to book two or even three weeks in advance. Another downside is that if you dont arrive within 10 minutes of your appointment, your reservation is canceled, which is frustrating given how busy the area is.On a positive note, the staff inside are very friendly and great with the kids, taking the time to help them with pictures. The place is cute and nicely themed, and the kids really enjoy their time there.Its unfortunate that the difficulty in securing an appointment overshadows the experience. They really need to expand their space, create a separate area for events, or open additional branches. While its a nice place, the hassle of getting a slot makes ithard to become a regular customer.My previous review when I gave them 1 star:I recently had the worst experience ever at what is supposed to be a spa.As a salon offering services for kids, if you want to include party planning, you need additional space for private events instead of closing the entire place for the whole day.We traveled from AD with the kids specifically to visit this place. When we asked how long we would have to wait, they couldnt give us a clear answer and seemed unwilling to accommodate our children. We then inquired about booking for the next day, and they only offered us a 7:30 slot, which is inconvenient for us, and they would only do nail polish for the kids!!This was the worst experience with the worst service ever!

I booked a first haircut from my 2 and a half year old daughter here and I wanted to love this place, but I was shocked at the service inside. It seemed like the hairdresser had no clue how to deal with children.When my daughter first arrived, she began to cry. This is normal for a 2 year old. The hairdresser just stood there and shrugged her shoulders and waited for me to do something. I consoled my daughter and brought her to the chair and asked the hairdresser if they had any lollipops. she said no?! What kind of kids salon doesn’t have lollipops? Anyway She then said we have a hello kitty biscuit for 14aed. I said fine. The minute my daughter got the biscuit she was absolutely fine and happy. Surprised this wasn’t suggested to me right at the start when she was crying.During the entire haircut the hairdresser didn’t say a single world to my daughter or made her feel at ease or comfortable in any way. Every time my daughter would look away she would just say “look at your mum”. I spent the entire time speaking to my daughter and getting her to face me. This is a KIDS SALON. How do they not have any techniques to make the kids look straight or to talk to them playfully so they relax?The hairdresser then proceeded to cut my daughter’s hair without even doing a proper parting. I asked her why she wasn’t redoing a parting to cut the hair and she said “this parting is fine” I told her no it was not and to redo a proper parting. Only then did she do it.After the cut she began to blow dry my daughter’s hair- again without saying a word to her to prepare her. This is the first time my daughter has had a blow dry so of course she became scared of the noise. Again, I had to calm her down and reassure her while the hairdresser continued on like a robot.Honestly the only saving grace of the entire experience was that at the end, the lady who gave the certificate to my daughter and took her picture was really nice and friendly. She was the only one in the entire team of staff who spoke to my daughter how I would expect people running a kids salon to speak to kids.I would not recommend this salon.

I had an amazing experience at Hello Kitty Beauty Spa in Dubai. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the services were top-notch. Not only did I enjoy my treatments, but my six-year-old daughter had a fantastic time getting her nails done, a facial, and making soap. It’s a wonderful place for both adults and kids, and we can’t wait to go back!

Ive taken my 4 year old twice now and so far our experience has been quite good, for my daughter it has been amazing, she loves this place and always tells me she wants to go back.The staff have lots of patience and are great with kids .Photos for 2 separate visits.

Very cute hair salon. I absolutely wanted a place like this for my daughters first haircut.She was very happy and left with her certificate.They are always full of appointments and I understand why.Because every little girl would want to go there.

Its not all that, very expensive and didnt offer us any drink. Little seating area. The ladies worked hard but I just think its a bad managments and not worth the money. Although, the ladies did our hair very nicely and turned out beautifully. Its just over priced

When you enter the salon with pungent smell Service is very bad , Barber is not professional at all and with attitude ., when she wash my daughter hair, cloth was all wet as well. Whatever you asking , their answer is No, Can not . will not come here again .

Dear,I am very upset because I have planned to do my daughter birthday in Hello Kity Beauty Spa but unfortunately the management did not let us to bring a cake without gluten. It is shame 😔

Great experience for me and my kids, they had the strawberry nails experience and the facial and the unicorn hair and they were very pleased with the results. In the meantime I also had a foot massage which was very relaxing. Staff was friendly and professional

Absolutely magical experience at Hello Kitty Beauty Spa Dubai! My daughter celebrated her birthday here, and I cant thank the amazing staff enough for making it so special. The attention to detail, the friendly atmosphere and the creative activities made it a day shell cherish forever. She didnt want to leave, and frankly, neither did I! Highly recommend for a truly enchanting celebration or experience!

I am so much disappointed with their booking services, i tried many times to connect them to book slot for my daughter but every time they will disconnect the call by saying that “we will give you a call back”, but I never got the call back.

Ive been here at Hello Kitty Beauty Spa multiple times and I have to say they never fail to impress! I go there for blow drys and mani- pedis and their services are great and their staff is really sweet.I highly recommend them for both adults and kids and their prices are really reasonable and they also host parties that are surely a winner amongst both kids and adults.

A bit pricy but Kids hairstyles and whole experience is lovely especially in special occasions.

Took one of my daughters for the Mother Daughter package and have to say I was disappointed.The glitter they put in our hair was well done for my daughter but mine is rubbish (1cm away from scalp) anf minimal (We were told 10 to 15 strands, I got 5. My daughtet got 9).We had to wait to get our hair done because a younger sinbling decided to get her hair done, so we got pushed back. It was past 8pm and staff left like they were fleeing a sinking boat.My daughters nail polish already started coming off, only hours after it was done.Wont take any of my three girls back.Not worth the money.

They are the best place for kids friendly and cleanthe pedi and mani is the best in town I would recommend it for adults also in terms of the nail art amazing and it last for more then two weeks which was beyond my expectation love them

Good service lacking etiquetteI had a not so pleasant experience on 15 Feb, 2024 at the Hello Kitty Beauty Spa in Galleria mall, Dubai.My daughter and I were both booked for hair cuts and a Mani Pedi for the princess.The lady who was to do the mani pedi service came by and asked us to move to another couch as apparently she wanted another client to take the couch we were seated on.This is absolutely insulting to an in service client and not acceptable conduct.The incident was brought to the notice of the receptionist. However she did little to help the situation. She did apologise on her behalf though but it didnt look like they intended to take any corrective action.

My daughters were waiting impatiently for their appointment to have their haircut… but unfortunately, it wasn’t even close to the expectation we had from this place! My elder daughter had a bad uneven haircut, that even the manager said she will try to fix it next week! It nice as a toy shop maybe, but not for a proper haircut. However, staff are really friendly and accommodating. After all I would say it’s a nice experience from one time to another.

Absolute amazing treat for any little princess amazing hair styles face glitter with manicure and pedicure. My daughters loved it and will always keep wanting to go back highly recommended

Good experienceMy 5year old daughter loved itGood concept having Mummy daughter packages. Its nice to spend time together and relax.My only complaint would be that it was rushed. The time it took to give me a gel manicure my daughter have a mani/pedi hair wash, hair cut and blow dry plus sparkles in her hair. They literally carried my daughter to the hair basin with wet nails with no need to rush.Overall a fun experience for little girls.

It was an amazing experience to go with my daughter. She enjoyed the experience of manicure and pedicure. Also I got to enjoy a god hair blow dry. Perfect place for mommy daughter date. Highly recommend. Also make sure to be on time when you book the appointment as they strictly follow protocols so won’t be able to entertain more people at a time.

Great place and wonderful list of services .. however unless you as a parent keep close supervision on the service and intervene, the manicurist will ignore your child’s requests and do her own thing .. we paid 400 for a facial mani and pedi plus 10 fingers nail art ..as my daughter selected the designs; 3 nails were somehow done wrong by the manicurist .. she ignored my daughters selection and choose something entirely different.. frogs and what have you .. I had to walk back right in and ask that they redo the 3 nails since my daughter was unhappy .. their excuse was they have a birthday party .. it was sorted finally but I recommend that you listen to your clients properly in order to avoid these situations .. also please focus on making the girls feel more special or pampered than focus on gossiping and asking parents personal questions .. it’s supposed to be a girls Spa and an experience for the little clients ..

2 stars for the haircut given to my child.The staff is static, the manager is horrid, rude, and ego centric. She didnt even care about her own staff and neither did she try managing her own business internally rather than arrogantly responding to us. Either way - a terrible person altogether.Information provided was misleading on call vs when visited in person.Despite being well known, hyped place the quality of service and overall satisfaction is substandard.Your best bet is to go to a local salon, pay less, and still have a sense of comfort and satisfaction with commendable results.

They provide services for both adults and children. Nice place for the little ones to enjoy - we chose 2 activities; the slime was a failure but I loved the soap that the kids made. They have other activities that you can add. The kids also enjoyed their cupcakes.Worth visiting.

Good experience for a first hair cut for a 4 year old. She felt special. Not cheap. If it’s just a trim do it yourself at home.

Unfortunately it’s always impossible to get an appointment even by booking in advance (I tryed 6 times) so I just gave up and took my daughter and her friends to Aveda instead!!!

Don’t waste your time or money Lacking customer service, extremely rude receptionist slams down phone on customer!!Having been a customer for 3 years, I was appalled at the service received today. Delayed by traffic, I called ahead to inform that I would be 10 mins late and was told, it was ok. Arriving at the Galleria, there was traffic to obtain a parking. The receptionist called to ask where I was and i explained we would be there shortly, at this time I was delayed by an additional 2 mins. She told me they could no longer honour the booking as a party booked in 30 mins had arrived early.Of course, one would expect that common sense would prevail on party days and the salon would not book appointments 30 mins before a party to avoid this kind of issue. At no time had she offered me a later appointment Or an apology.Naturally I was annoyed as had the receptionist told me they wouldn’t honour the appointment when I first called, I wouldn’t have made the trip, when I told her this her solution was to slam down the phone.I went into the salon to enquire as to why she felt that was the right thing to do, she didn’t so much as offer another appointment nor did she apologise for slamming down the phone.A salon that doesn’t require loyal customers or have any sense of service - don’t waste your time or your money.

The manicurist working on my nails was trying her best to hide her consistent cough and when I asked her if she was feeling ok she said no and that she had a sore throat. When I asked her if she has done a PCR she said no.I find it very reckless that this salon has their sick staff working on customers (including children) considering we are still in a pandemic. Ive had long covid for 8 months now and counting so am very sensitive when it comes to places not following adequate safety protocols.The manager apologized and I asked her if the lady could do a PCR test (I also offered to pay for it) and to please just send me the result to put my mind at ease and to cut a long story short, they refused to do it. They gave me nonsensical excuses like She had a sore throat because she ate sweets last night and they have sent me random Dr reports which confirm the lady had a fever, sore throat, dizziness, coughing (basically all Covid symptoms) but still refused to give her a PCR. Shocking disregard for their clients’ safety & peace of mind.

Hello Kitty is a kid salon where prices are high and touching the sky. So in return we want all the salon staff to atleast behave friendly and playful and make our kids smile . My child was quiet all the time and I left paying almost 400aed for what ? I domt know .

The quality is quite nice my daughter was happy, my wife wasnt impressed by her nailing, the staff was fine but the person sitting at the desk wasn’t really kind and pushing to sell more and more, if you wanna go just keep in mind its very expensive

Happy memories I celebrated my daughters 7 th birthday, all her friends got pampered with mini pedicures and spa. It’s so nice all the things they do for children.

It was the worst experience ever the receptionist don’t know what she is doing and how to handle communication with the clients. It was my daughter birthday and I decided to take to to the spa but it turned out to be the worst experience since the reception didn’t book for the right services that we want and she turned telling us we don’t have time slot to accommodate what your daughter wants to do. Would appreciate if the owner of that place reach out to me

Way too overpriced for the service offered. Took my daughter there, paid AED 125 for mani / pedi which didn’t last 1hr. Service is poor, staff did not make my daughter feel special in anyway!Overrated!!!! Overpriced!!Will not go back. Just not worth the money!

I really have to give a shoutout to this place! I actually walked into Hello Kitty Beauty spa with an intention of getting my nails done, but the moment I saw the lovely set up and a cosy feel, I thought, hey why not get my hair coloured?! And I must say they did a perfect job, I walked out of the spa with the exact hair colour I imagined and desired! The spa is fabulous, its like a dream place for girls to relax and unwind, I personally love Hello Kitty but even if you arent a fan, you will just fall in love with the spa, and Hello Kitty I bet! The spa is luxurious no doubt but definitely not too hard on the pocket, the staff is very friendly and the heres the best part, theyve got a Kitty Cafe where they serve CUPCAKES!!!! Can it get more heavenly! I am definitely booking an appointment again, but this time to get a gelish manicure & pedicure, not to forget some more cupcakes!! :D

Every time I visit Dubai, I have to go to the salon for my daughter. The workers are nice and it is generally clean, but the general atmosphere is too quiet and boring and needs renewal and more fun, especially since it is supposed to be attractive to little girls.
