I had the worst haircut ever in my life from them. Asked for trimmed hair with the length maintained and instead got short hair with choppy layers. Lack of proper understanding of the customer requirements, and impolite and rude behavior from the owner when I cried at the parlour. When I said that this isn’t how I wanted it, she said “hair will grow back, just adjust with pins.”!!!! Went in for a trim and she cut off 5 inches of my hair! Never going back there again!My hair is in a very bad condition after your haircut, totally unpresentable, even after I had mentioned that I have an important function to attend in 2 days. The ends are too choppy and cut in a very unprofessional way. I am struggling to hide this chunk of hair now.I have only been to your parlour thrice in a span of 3 years, and it’s not acceptable to use that as an excuse for a bad service from your end. The hair that was rebonded in your parlour was completely cut off by your stylist itself, even after I kept repeating that I want to maintain my length and asked not to shorten it. Even in between the haircut I kept repeating that it is being cut too short but Ms. Aggie turned a deaf ear. After the cut when I cried at the parlour, she said “it’s hair right, will grow back, just adjust with pins”, which is totally unprofessional! No apologies, just arrogance from the staff!I can present here the chats I later had with the stylist, who kept defending herself and argued with me for putting a honest review here, even after delivering the worst service!

I have been going to herstyles for the past 8yrs and I have always got the best service and they keep their salon very clean and hygienic. I love it. And will visit u guys again .

Omg this is brutal and hour you charge extra for eyelashes without telling omg this place seems worst and a scam I saw her video and was looking the make looked so so so bad and using hands yuck

Worst experience....I told the lady with specs to trim my hair....And she cut half of it and when i asked why??? she dint even bother to answer me....I dont know whether she understands English or not...Hate this saloon...They were keen only to promote the sale of argan shampoo etc....Hate it....
