WORST MANICURE AND PEDICURE GEL I EVER had in my life.THEY DON’T GIVE RECIEPT AFTER PAYMENT IN CASHThe place smells bad, it’s unclean as unprofessional. I’ve wasted 2 hours and half of my time in that space. They asked me at the beginning for 129 when on their catalogue there is a promotion of mani + semi 99 dirham.Then talking about the nails you can see IT’S DISGUSTING. NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD QUALITY SERVICE . I paied for the pedicure because it’s seems not bad but it’s awfull as you can see from the pictures. I can’t believe in Dubai there is such a service.

No doubt this is the best saloon Miss Azmeena did my protein treatment gave me good advice and I can see the results are really good she was very gentle very caring and very professional I appreciate her work.i definitely advice you to visit this clinic.

I had an absolutely disappointing experience at this salon. I spent AED 315 for a haircut and blow-dry, and the result was terrible. My hair was cut, washed, and blow-dried, but the end result was far from what I expected—it looked awful. The only reason I even went there was because of the seemingly great reviews. Later, I found out they offer a 10% discount if you leave a positive review, which explains the misleading feedback.I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money!

I got my blow dry done, they were courteous to take me in at 9:30pm for a blow dry and stayed over time to complete my service.I asked for a straight blow dry with curls only from down, and they were not listening. She curled my full hair and it looks horrible. I told her 3 times that I don’t want this. But did what she liked.They tried to fix it but I was very un happy with the result.The staff is not trained and it’s not worth the money! Only gave them a 2 start review for trying.

Hi, this was my first experience with this Herz salon.Miss Azmina did my hydra facial which was very nice she made my skin look fresh and exfoliate. She does massage very lightly.There staff is also friendly. I loved my first experience.

This is for you all, but not for the parlour cause anyway they don’t care.Horrible Moroccan bath ever!First, they say premium just to include hair wash. Let’s come to that later, but from the beginning to end it was a major disappointment.There is a lady who put me to rest in steam for 30 mins. Steam was coming out of a pipe. Useless time waste. Then scrubs body once, not complete at all. Hands , feet, and many places not scrubbed, then applies a mask and doesn’t wash it off properly. The way hair wash was done was pathetic, I stopped her and washed my own hair. In the end I only had to clean off the mask. Guess what??? There is no face wash! Maybe they’ll add that in premium plus package.Came out of bath and it’s all wet and stinking. No tissues and water as soon as we come out.Yes I wouldn’t complain if I paid 40 AED for this. That’s how bad it was. But I paid 190 and took their premium Moroccan. Horrible

For the first time I visited Herz salon I meet with( MISS AZMEENA ) she suggest me accordingly my skin a good facial and my skin looks very soft , I really liked the services and also she did back massage and hair SPA for me she is very good by nature I recommended her 😍

I booked in for a Mani Pedi and was shocked at the amount of colors on their color chart but not available. Then to my surprise, the lady doing my hands cut my finger due to her carelessness, despite me telling her to be gentle. The same happened when my Pedicure was being done. No apologies or acknowledgment was given to these accidents. Extremely disappointing considering I am 7 months pregnant and was not taken care of physically or emotionally.

Herz Salon has offerings now at a low price. Azmeena who did my kera protein did very well. She also did my eyebrow threading very nice. I am satisfied with their service. 5 stars for this salon.

I recently visited Herz Beauty Salon for a massage, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The therapist seemed inexperienced and clearly didn’t know what she was doing, which made the session far from relaxing. To make matters worse, the massage bed kept making loud, squeaky sounds throughout. Adding to the frustration was the unprofessional attitude of the receptionist, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this salon for any service, let alone a massage.

I came to your salon today at 2 pm.. you did this bad extension until 8 pm.. I spend so much money but no one didn’t said do you need coffee or water .. it was really bad experience .. first she said it will finish in 2 hours it mean at 5 max. But it finished at 8!!! And for extension I bought 250 pieces hair .. but it’s not looks premium quality as we spoken. 250 pieces extension is so thin on my head. That’s also made me second shocked . I really don’t understand. I paid really this money for what? I didn’t like the hair .. it looks like only 100 piece hair on my head . Really great job !!! Blieve me it will be My last experience .. Also my polish gel..OMG it’s removed .. that Filipino girl she said no worries mam it will never not remove.. so where ??! Plz Owner of this company. I need to give you back that hairs. Because I spend money for nothing. Plz contact with me otherwise I really will care of this problems.. thanks

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The staff, except for the waxing lady who was kind and considerate, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they displayed a negative attitude and were outright impolite.They initially quoted me one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they suddenly increased it by 100 AED. This bait-and-switch tactic was incredibly frustrating and dishonest.I purchased a package, but was very unhappy with the eyebrow shaping and forehead threading. Although I agreed to upper lip threading, when it started, one of the staff rudely insisted that I had originally declined it, and continued to make unnecessary comments.The overall service was atrocious, with poor-quality products and a staff that seems more interested in giving customers a headache than providing a satisfactory service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t recommend at all this salon.I came for manicure pedicure and lashes extension.The gelish manicure was good but the women who did my pedicure was not serious and focus at all during the pedicure and the work she did on me was not clean at all.They charge us for gelish on pedicure and it was not what she did at all. They did not put any gel on my feet.After that Sabrina the esthetician, did my lashes. I asked her when I came that I wanted a good volume for my lashes she showed me an example and I agreed with what she showed me.She let me wait 20 minutes approximately cause they were celebrating a birthday party singing, screaming during the time I was laying down waiting for her.She came back and she start the lashes which took 2 hours and she hurt me many time in eyes and lashes.When it was done, I watched myself on the mirror and it was completely the opposite of what we agreed on.I suffered multiple times, she took so long and she completely messed up the shape of my eyes. The lashes were way too short for the exterior of the eye and interior she put the same size as exterior so it looks straight. It’s too straight and it’s not volume, she told me she went to a school so not sure how this happened.I am extremely disappointed, and I don’t recommend at all. It was the work of a beginner

I recently visited this salon for a keratin treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The treatment didnt last even after the first wash, which was surprising.When I returned to the salon to address the issue, I was shocked by the staffs unprofessional behavior. One of the staff members was particularly aggressive and dismissive, blaming me for using the wrong shampoo. However, I believe that a keratin treatment should withstand at least one wash, regardless of the shampoo used.The receptionist was cooperative and understanding, but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested in resolving my issue or offering a solution.

I got my lashes done by jenny ….. she was extremely professional….. i got done classic lashes and she explained everything so nicely and briefly and was very good in what she do i could have given 10 stars to her …. Extremely happy customer here

I went to here for keratine treatment with my friends ..! Seeing a promotion video from instagram, its not the first time im doing keratin..they applied a black keratin treatment cream to me and my friends .. but other customer right next to us who is doing the same keratin got applied a white cream ..! When i asked in this they said treatment is based on hair quality amd condition..!I dont believe them .. im satisfied with the service of azmina and her work also but not with any other staff there .. all of them are little absurd .. specially an aunty who never smiles even if u smile at her ! They make us believe we dont know anythng in this ..! Anywys im happy with azmina only , she is great staff ,good behaiviour and customer care !

Very bad service and too much attitude the staffs are. They don’t care about what customers request, they do whatever they want. When customers request also they said only no and impossible. They don’t wash hair properly. I will never go this salon how much they give discount and offer. I get regret and I felt I waste my money.The owner should be take care the staff , their no manager and no leader to take care the staff and customers. I wish I could give this salon a negative star or no stars at all. It was the first time my hair got damaged at this salon, and they blamed my hair for their poor service. I still paid even though my hair was damaged, and I received no compensation. Ive been taking care of my hair for years, and this was the first time I experienced this kind of service. I have a very bad experience with Herz Salon in Umm Hurair. They burnt my hair after doing the highlight and Botox. I complaint to them and they told me they will do 2 treatments. I went for 2nd treatment and then they had informed me to pay AED149. They burnt my hair and want me to pay AED149 to fix it! This salon is not recommendable at all!

She was gentle and sweet. Made my nails look great! I wish she worked anywhere else so I could continue to hire her.Everything else about this salon that was awful. I bought a Groupon... I paid 189 for extentions. When I messaged to make my appointment they said they didnt have a nail tech who could provide that service(red flag 🚩 1: dont sell something you can not provide)188 isnt bad tho and I had already paid for it, so I messaged a month later asking if the nail tech was back. There was some hassle even booking an appointment but we finally sorted it. (Red flag 🚩 2: why is a customer fighting for an appointment)3 days later 2 of my nails are broken from doing laundry. Ive been getting my nails done since I was 15 years old and never have I had nails fall off which such ease, doing a very low impact house hold job... ok fine.. it happens. The worst experience! I went for a simple threading service, but the staff was so unprofessional and unwilling to take suggestions. It shouldn’t be this hard to provide a basic service while accommodating customer preferences. Very disappointing!

Pathetic manager who dosnt know how to talk to customers..i went to check for branch list so i can take my service from branch which is near my home. But this so called manger full of arogence denied saying i dont know. So i said ok give me owners number so i will check with her still she gave useless look and left..When i asked her name she asked back why? So i said so i can call and talk to you about my services and fix appointment. She said no need to talk to me.So why she is manager if she have issues with everything?I have a queation to owner: how do you higher so unethical staff like her? I was new to you and liked service since it was my 2nd visit but after this behavior i will never look back to your salon becouse we pay for services so she cannot treat as if she is giving for free.

I give it one star because I can’t give less .1- waited two hours for waxing my appointment was at 1 and at three o clock no one even spoke to me , and when I claimed to them suddenly my they stopped speaking English .2- morrocan bath it’s the worst ever it’s just a steam and normal was , not very clean the space .3- drying your wet hair after that bath with no brush .4- has boxes everywhere very messy5- a lady came after me finished hair treatment , hair brush and straightener waxing …etc while I was waiting .I don’t understand how they have good reviews unless it’s fake. The place smelled so bad apart of humid smell . Don’t even have water . I have taken the valuable and expensive service of Hair Protein on Monday, 17th Oct. 2 weeks ago I did hair coloring from them and since then started having tremendous hair fall. Before going for protein treatment I had well informed them about the hair fall caused after the hair color . They suggested hair protein will stop it and help it. I did my hair protein on Monday and washed my hair at home on Thursday, 20th Oct. After I washed them it seems they are majorly burnt due to hot iron used during the protein treatment. My hair is naturally straight, smooth and manageable but after the treatment it burnt half of my hair. They are as dry as a broomstick. Is that your service ?What is the solution to this ?

No star i wld give to herz salon as they cheated me. I had done highlight, full hair color and botox. They charged me AED 650.00 for all the services & everything finished in 2 hrs so you can imagine what kind of services they had given to me, the girl who did botox was not experienced as within 20 minutes she finished iorning my hair. I am very unhappy, here is the pic of my hair after Botox so u guys can judge the hair dressers experience.I requested lady at the reception to give the owner number so I can talk to the owner which they refused, surprising the owner being in dubai refused to talk to me but agreed to chat. This is the 1st salon I have seen having a survellance camera and this is a ladies salon. After few days I called the salon to speak with the owner, the ladies kept disconnecting my calls and blocked me on whatsapp. This is a very cheap way of communicating with the clients and a very unprofessional staff.Hello Owners,Reply to your message.I paid the amount what the lady at the reception asked and it was not about my hair length. It was not discussed about hair length at all, I am not sure how you got this topic up by diverting the actual topic of discussion. The hair service that your staff provided completed in 2 hours, if it was a professional hair dresser - for all the services I had taken would actually take minimum 4-5 hours and she finished within 2 hours. So can you imagine how the service was done? You can yourself view my hairs picture if you think the treatment provided to me is appropriate then I guess you yourself dont know. I have a beautiful hairs and not so frizzy, she did not do anything just applied some lotion as my hair looked same as before the treatment.Now here is the next complain which I will share with the evidence, the products used in the salon. I had taken gelish Manicure and pedicure. Next day itself my gelish paint started peeling off like a sticker and here is the attached picture for viewing. The same day I had a party and I was the HOST. SEE THE CONDITION OF MY NAILS. Wonder what kind of products you guys use in the salon that the paint started peeling off next day. When I complained, your staff said to come to the salon, we will do it again. My Big Day passed off with the half painted nails. My request to youll is to use good products. Dont use cheaper products that client have to visit your salon next day again for the same services....even if it is free service, its a trouble for us to come again and correct it!!!!!!I would never come back to your salon again and recommend others to be carefull and check yourself what products are being used in salon and discuss the treatment first before taking their services.

Dear friendsI had very unprofessional customer service from the salon on doing Hair botox treatment.I went there following an offer on Facebook for hair treatments and booked an appointment 2 weeks ago. The treatment went so late by hours because in between the hairstylist Farakha went to another walk-in customer. The treatment was so painful that my scalp was burnt multiple times even after requesting to be careful. As it took more than 5.30 - 6 hours, I had to leave with shampoo she packed for me in a disposable shower cap.I came home and washed my hair in 2 hours and a small section on the right side looked untreated. I sent the salon an immediate photo. Also, my scalp became so dry and full of dandruff after the treatment they did. They apologized and asked to walk in to correct their mistake. The following day Farakha (Hairstylist) called and apologized as well and mentioned it hadnt happened with any customer before and please come to the salon to resolve it. After so many follow-ups I got a slot today and went there on time.On reaching the salon, they spoke like they dont even know me and started to argue that this is how botox looks, and if you feel its not good we can do again at half price. I was shocked to receive such a response and asked her if you dont feel the hair is imperfect, why did she and Herz salon apologize and asked me to come. She didnt respond and was telling me to not waste time. I asked her who chat with me since last week because it was not her who called at first. Farakaha said its her. she said she dont know who arranged my slot. Then when I showed her the chat she said its not her.A Lady called Nasiya took me to a room inside and apologized again and told me they are new management since a week and is not responsible for what happened with earlier owners. Her resolution was, If I want, I can do botox again at half price. I felt cheated and irritated by the malpractice they follow.I regret choosing Herz salon and trusting their Facebook marketing.Whatever you do, do not go for professional long-lasting results and service with this Salon. It might look neat from the outside but definitely, its not the right place for a good aftersale service. They do not have work ethics.

The service was so disappointing and despite making an appointment in advance, I was kept waiting for nearly an hour past my scheduled time without any explanation or apology. When I finally got seated, the stylist seemed disinterested and rushed through the service, paying little attention to my requests. I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking. Needless to say, I left the salon feeling frustrated and vowing not to return.

It’s so disappointing. Last week I went to make my eyelashes extension, and the pilipina lady told me that once I comeback and ask to remove it, she will do it for free. I’m staying in Al Barsha. And I just came for this salon to change my eyelashes extensions that I did a week ago, imagine I wasted my taxi fare and time just to find out when I was about to lay down that she will charge me for eyelash removal 50aed?? So I told her , you told me last time I don’t need to pay. Then she said just give 30 aed. So I said no need , I will go another salon. I was so disappointed. I don’t mind paying . But atleast don’t give me words that you will give me free. Very unprofessional.

Im sorry I came to this saloon. The hair package with 7 services drew me in. But Anjana, one of the beauticians, was really hard with my hair. Despite my warnings to be gentle, she seemed unconcerned. As stated on the package, she did not tone my hair, and I dont recall her applying a hair mask either. If the customer is happy with the service, the saloons manager should inquire. All I had said was that my hair was short and she shouldnt trim it. I believed the use of highlights on my hair was excessive. Overall, the saloon service left me feeling very disappointed. Time and money wasted.

THE WORST SALON IN DUBAI!! The lady that did my hair had a really bad attitude, she was hurting me and i told her to be more gentle and she just rolls her eyes, then while blow drying the front of my hair she literally burnt my face !! Extremely unprofessional staff i have never seen anything like this in my life. I was in a rush and decided to just try this place but never again!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH A TERRIBLE PLACE. And on top my hair was not even done properly.

The hairstylist performing the protein treatment was inattentive to my comfort, repeatedly pulling my hair despite my requests for caution.manicurist struggled with gel polish removal, leaving my nails partially done, and eventually causing a dent using a machine. The lack of apology and professionalism, coupled with a struggle to apply nail polish on my feet, disappointed me greatly. Staff fighting over clients and a general lack of expertise were evident.I suggest ensuring if these staff holds beauty certificates. My visit cost me 450 AED, and I feel it was a complete waste.Upon informing the receptionist about my dissatisfaction, she unexpectedly engaged in an argument instead of addressing the concerns. This added to the overall unpleasant experience.

Went to this salon for a gelish manicure/pedicure and they did a horrible job. The lady doing my manicure was sick but not wearing a mask. She also complained about being unwell for most of my manicure and did a horrible job. She did not want to use the color I wanted to apply because she said there was none left even though she was just lazy to apply it on me. For the lady doing my pedicure, she messed up my toenails multiple times by touching wet nails on the Gel machine and then blamed me for it. She said I ruined my own toenails and her application of the polish was all over the place. My nails nor toenails are smooth and the gel is smeared around the nail. Moreover, they did not allow the nails to be under the gel machine for long enough and so the polish is already coming out.

I went to do my hair on Thursday,before i go i send them all the pictures of my hair.They confirmed me they can colour my hair as per my expectation.Once i reach the salon all the way they said they cannot do my hair colour.They said they will do some other colour i agreed.I said to do light colour but she did very dark brown.They had offer for 299 dirams including hair trimming.but they didnt do it as well.

The worst experience I have ever had. The products they use are highly dangerous. I got my hair color done and it completely damaged my skin. Also the staff specially kanwal do not listen to the clients and never accept her mistake. She doesnt understand initially what she is suppose to do and then later she blames clients for whatever disaster they do. And honestly I would not suggest anyone to come here. Trust me this is disastrous place.

I do not recommend itAs part of the Xmas offer, I just did keratin in my hair. As a result, my hair was damaged. It was a scam. Then I contacted them, but they wanted to check at the new years eve, and all of us know we cannot make it there on the new years eve like Karama or Oud Metta.

When I contact them through WhatsApp to do keratin treatment their responses were attractive.... then I visit the salon yesterday but their service makes me disappointed.... I never faced this much frustration to the service in any salon.... lack of time to take care of their customers and they are doing each and every service very rushfully.... and they forget to do keratin in front portion and my cousins head were burnt ... so take care of yourself buddies..... Dont waste your money and time not worth it.... disappointment in peak level... worst experience 😪

This is the worst salon I have ever visited. The staffs are amateur and handling clients. The experienced one, the manager just stay either inside the room or trying to look busy in doing accounts. They dont know what they are doing with hair and the lady who did the nails is even worst. They are not polite, courteous or even offer water to clients if they stayed for more 2 hoursThis salon should be banned and closed. Worst experience.

I dont recommend this salon at all. Went in to do roots & trimming on 26 October 2022. Before going there I inquired about their prices for these services and also if they do special discount. The lady on whatsapp gave me prices and also confirmed that I would get 20 % off the regular prices.The hairdresser was OK however I didnt like that they were pushing me other services when I already told them that I just wanna do my hair.When I was about to pay, the cashier wanted to charge me more claiming that the colour they used was better quality (fair enough), however the trimming cost more. Also when I asked them about the discount, they said that it isnt applicable.Anyway I paid but will never go back to such a salon where they dont value their customers and make up their prices according to whatever they feel like. Better to choose different place.

Kanwal did my hair and she was very professional and was able to fix the problems in my hair! Everyone complimented my hairstyle. The price was very affordable and the salon is clean and organized. I will visit them again for sure :)

Went to get Gel X nails, they did not do it, then I asked for acrylics and the lady said are you sure you want acrylics ? you should do Gel, no I dont want gel, and I dont want the attitude. She took 1 hour to prep my nails and did not even prep them correctly. She did not cut my cuticules correctly, I was bleeding from two fingers and when she went in with the alcohol it burned a lot. She did not even apologize. When she asked for the shape I said I wanted almond and she said are you sure you dont want coffin? Almonds are not very in now, its old fashion again. dont want the attitude did not ask for it. she took 3 hours to do a simple set, the chair was so uncomfortable. And she did not even do what I asked for !!! it was not like the picture at all ! Would never go again here it was a complete disaster, dont know how she got her license honestly she did a terrible job.If anyone is wondering it was KANWAL who did my nails.

This is my second time at this place! The place offers absolutely no customer service. No hygiene at all followed, soiled tissue towels were used. I had to tell the lady to change it. She insisted that I go for a gel though I wanted classic by telling me they don’t have enough shades for French base under classic. This is in spite of me taking an appointment for classic. So the team knew what I was in for. I wouldn’t recommend the place if you are hygiene conscious and need to be taken care of.Josephine the lady who was allocated to me, was extremely rude and gestured in a way that I could get out of the place if I don’t like the place!You can choose the place at your own risk!

If you ask them for something they say oh sorry this is some extra service and needs to be paid more for. I went to get a hair cut done they didn’t even bother to set my hair and show how it has been done. I had done highlights in this same salon and it destroyed my hair completely it’s so dry and the hair fall is crazy. I have colored my hair so many times but never faced such an issue ever. For manicure they don’t even dip the fingers in a finger bowl and don’t even clean cuticles or scrub or apply moisturizer and charge 60 dhs for just shaping and cutting nails.I have gone to so many salons in jumeirah, Sharjah, Dubai but never have faced such issues

Haircut and styling: 10/10Balayage and colouring: 2/10Mani/pedi: 1/10Bad experience with balayage here. The stylist did not consult me with the colours and proceeded to do exactly what I told her not to. There was no communication and I am not satisfied with the end result. It looks nothing like what they told me or what I showed them. Although I have to note that the layered haircut and styling was perfect.Mani/pedi was terrible. I have so many cuts, the cuticles weren’t cleaned properly, and the polish was applied so messy and not cleaned. Not to mention, the tools did not seem to be sterilized and I am not comfortable with the level of hygiene with the equipment.

I was literally seeing amd ofcourse we will doubt why thath staff didnt dofor me. It was a very kind of awkward feeling for me and not recommanding at all.My advise, please dont judge your customers all have their own diginty.

I got to know about Herz Beauty Salon through Instagram, when I called up to enquire about balayage service, I noticed that their prices were very appealing. On my visit I found that all the members at the salon were very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness and hygiene of the salon was up to the mark. Meerab, who did my beautiful balayage was very professional and talented. Not just that, she did my eyebrows too very perfectly. I love how my hair and eyebrows look and would definitely go to Herz soon. I highly recommend Meerab and Herz beauty salon. 5🌟 for their service and my experience!

Kanwal has very unprofessional attitude! We go to the salon to relax and not to listen her singing and laughing so loudly with her irritating voice !Secondly they tell u one price while making nail extensions and charge u another when u go for a refill !The salon is good but the staff…. I would never ever recommend this salon to anyone unless kanwal or whatever her name is, isnt working there anymore

I had one of the worst experience in Herz Beauty Salon @ Oud Metha. I went there after reading some positive reviews for Hair Color/ Highlights and Mani Pedi but it was a nightmare for me.The Color that was chosen was totally different from the one they did. When I insisted that this is not the Color decided they again applied another round of Color which worsened my hair all the more, again third time they applied the Color which has left my scalp and hair completely dry and itchy. Also, I have lost hair shine leaving it awful. The coordination between Kanwal (who recommended the Color) and Meerab (who did highlights)was totally zero. They didn’t know what they were doing.My Manicure was also not done properly. They didn’t even soak hand in the water just filed it and removed cuticles as it is. Nail polish didn’t last even for a day. I had to remove the same and re apply at home by myself.I regret choosing Herz Salon and trusting them.

Very poor service .. unprofessional and just waste of time I took appointment and everything wat I want I already watsup them and clearly mentioned it but when I reach to them with an appointment their behavior was so strange they are asking me like wat u want to do and everything from the beginning so worst place.. least rating parlor I ever been .. they can’t bring the output which I want actually they are keep telling me to wait wait wait … they are wishing and looking from the far if I leave they will be happy… the worst staff and worst parlor no need this parlor in dubai.., kanwal is the staff whom I msg she has more more more attitude .. not poor customer management
