I went there today for 1st time out emergency!Paid 89 Aed for classic manicure and pedicure after requesting for discount.My manicure was fine bur pedicure was horrible, my feet was not scrubbed when I asked she said its done,literally lied . They were cold with gesture ,giving small bowl of water to soak hand for manicure making difficult and uneasy...Waste of time and money..experience

I have been to many salons but only Heydi Ladies Salon provided me a satisfaction when it comes to Customer Service. I highly recommend this Salon. Service wise, check! Accommodating staffs, check! Price wise, check! I will be visiting once or twice a month for sure!! Kudos to the Ladies!!

Worst service... Staff was rude hey treating customers like we go there to beg.. its bad experience ever and they dont know how to do manicure pedicure hair cut ... Please dont waste Ur time and money.this all girls where so rude with all customers.

Through word of mouth, I decided to try the salon for a mani-pedi and Keratin treatment and I wasnt disappointed. The prices were reasonable and service was good also following the current pandemic regulations by Luisa and Myline. My hair feels fantastic with no hair fall after the first and second wash. It was my first experience but definitely wont be the last (hopefully)

It is the worst experience I have ever had in a salon... First of all when I had gone for a haircut in other salons they take at least 45 minutes for it but in this salon it was done within 20 minutes and the way they cut my hair was very rough.Secondly my mother had gone for wax, facial, and eyebrows because there was a discount. Even though my mom said that her skin is sensitive and + the bleach is burning her they still applied to her saying that they are their best products also they finished her wax withing one go.. Then the eyebrows they did very roughly and it itched my mom alot they said this is a common thing but my mom never encountered itchiness in her eyebrows in any other parlour. This shows that there is a fault in their products. Also they charge too much.. For a haircut which cost 25-35 dhs they charged 50+ chargesAnd when my mom asked for the discount saying that on these things they dont have discount so that shows at first they say there is a discount and then they loot people dying on so and so items there is no discount or them you should clearly specify that you do not provide discount on these things... I am very unhappy with the way they have treated us and in this way they r losing out on their customers. I recommend not to go to a salon where u are treated like thisThank you

VERY VERY BAD customer service. My mother just asked for root colour and she was already in bad mood. She asked us to wait and then another lady walked in saying they cant do our work because they will be closing soon. Very rude staff I had a very bad experience.

Staff is not friendly or accommodating. Prices are high because no more salon nearby.
