I showed reference pictures and they did not give me what i asked for. i asked for a refund and they said we can only try to make your hair better. i dont want them to do anything to my hair i just want a refund. i also paid so much money. they charged me with an extra 20 AED when i didnt ask for curls i wanted a blow out but they didnt even put heat protectant on my hair and made it more dead than it was before i came in. it is a really bad salon and unprofessional.

I took the 7 service package. The morrocan bath by Khamis and blow dry was really good. The mani pedi was okish. Also, they took 3points for blow dry straight and didnt tell me before, so I had to pay extra for pedi.

The protein is very, very bad, and my eyes watered, wad very hot and it hurt me during work. I asked for a hair color, I got a different color, and after I washed my hair from half of it, there was no visible work, and it was supposed to be done again!! The owner of the place is currently very financial and doubles the required price and says it the VAT!! She took 1000 dirhams for services, and there is nothing that is the same as what I asked for.She was saying this color is beautiful about what I did not like!! I mean, you make a color as you like and say its beautiful!! You supposed to do what the customer ordered and i go out of the place happy, but you take a thousand dirhams and I walk with my blood burned and so sad, so this is an impossible place to enter again and I complain about you for consumer protection.

Scam! Pay attention to what you pay. Extra charges is their way of doing business. NO customer service what so ever. Don’t be surprised to see a man reviewing a ladies salon! I went there to return the money they charged to my daughter, more than double the charges:(

It was the worst experience ever, they’re not organized nor professional in dealing with customers, not listening to the customer’s request at all, the owner is the worst in customers relationship, she’s doubling the price and when asked her why is that, she told me this is all what we got take it or leave it.Wish I read the reviews which are all negative before going there.Not recommended at all.

Every time I ask them to color my hair light blond they color it ash green. I go there once or twice in a year for hair treatment as I go other salon when I dont have time I go to their salon because its near my house but Every time I regret going there. I showed them the color I want as they have wig same color that I wanted but they do what they want not what you want.

They do not listen to their customer, I told her I want the hard gel and she did the gelish. I explained to her that this is not what I want, she ignoredme and continued on doing my nails. The ombre is not even ombre and is done unprofessionally. Moreover, the nail technician was rude. Would never recommend dont waste your money.

I went for Moroccan bath it was good but thy r not telling before that bring the hand scrubber which is worth 10dhs they charge 50dhs for that rip off

I did my eyebrows and they are not symmetrical at all and she made one shorter and one longer. i really wish i stuck to my other salon

From pedicure, lashes, threading, massage, Moroccan bath, it is my go to place. Friendly and helpful staff.

My experience with the salon is very bad. The worst is the treatment of the salon owner and her tactless and arrogant style. They take advantage of the customer and are very materialistic and raise the prices. Frankly, their prices make you feel like you are entering a five-star hotel. I do not advise you to go to them.

Their manager raises prices and doubles, especially if she sees a female citizen.. so she makes an offer and never gives it to her.. a high-class cheater.

In Mirdif, the prices are normal, like all salons, but they are exaggerated, of course. Professional women work there.
