My experience at this salon was completely different from its Google rating. The quality of work was poor, and the customer service was very disappointing. They failed to do the hair keratin treatment properly, and when we asked for a refund, they refused to compensate or not able to fix the problem. We ended up losing over AED500 and wasted time. I strongly advise against choosing this salon; its not worth it.

Fatima was brilliant, the real master of her work! I got extremely impressed by her service - very dedicated to her job, highly professional, and such a friendly, beautiful woman ♥️They have amazing promotions now going on until the end of August.I highly recommend to visit this salon, especially Miss Fatima for her unforgettable services 🌹❤️

I did hear cut today and it was a wonderful lady who did it for me. The prices are acceptable and very low comparing with the services that saloon offers. I like it.

I recently had my 3rd keratin treatment here, mainly because they had a 40% discount. Unfortunately, the end result was very disappointing. Only the outer layer of my hair got somewhat straightened, with visible bends, while the inner hair remained completely curly. My previous two treatments elsewhere did not have this issue, so I requested a redo. They offered to redo the treatment but said it would only improve by 5% and could damage my hair further.So, I opted for a refund, which was denied. The stylist who checked my hair agreed that the end result is very bad- but the manager was trying very hard to show that the product worked and that my outer hair was better than before. Yes, I agree there is some difference on the outer layer, but what about the inner layer looking the same? No answer.They refused a refund, stating they spent time and provided the service. What about my wasted money and time? No answer. Finally, they offered a 10% refund, like doing a great favor, which I rejected as it felt unreasonable to get AED 50 after spending around AED 500.They claimed they used the best products and had good staff, yet to get the desired results, I need to redo it at another salon, spending the same amount of time and money.I do not recommend this place unless you have plenty of time and money to waste and no expectations. For me, this experience was like buying items from certain Chinese websites—wasting money , seeing offer for a below-average product.

I did on upper lip waxing and they have done as the same i am doing from other saloon where I used to go... But honey bee ladies salon is charging double the price I am paying

On casual basis, I go for this salon for hair blow dry. This has been going on for like 3 years. All the ladies changed. There is this lady that has been there for only couple of months and to my bad luck I asked her to do blow dry today. She kept pulling my hair and I asked her to do it gently. She said your hair is dry maam. So I told her you can put some serum or use a comb to detangle it but no, she didn’t like my proposition to ask for better quality. She used the blow dry brush to detangle my hair!!! And when I asked for someone else to do my hair, the receptionist said this is the only one available!!! And guess what ladies, the lady kept screaming at me and asking me to pay for the quarter head she did with damaged hair!!! I am not gonna comment more. Nuff said

The worst beauty saloon Ive ever been to! The lady who burnt my lower lip was far from being apologetic instead she had the audacity to tell me that I was suppose to tell her that its (wax) hot coz I was the one who was waxing myself!! 😶🤨🤬Big NO to this place.

The new management seems to be doing a very good job at improving the salon and the service. My experience yesterday was one of the best, I think this will be my go to salon from now on.

Attention.. Advice to all those suppliers who are planning to deal with the owner of the Honeybee saloon as he is a big liar, he does not fulfill the commitment with the agent who recommended him for this shop to buyer which he refused to give the commission to the agent me. Be aware of such people who dont pay your hard earned money.

Its clean and ladies working in are very pleasent. Prizes are reasonable. I tried fancy salons with amazing decor with double of the cost for treatments, dont see the difference.

Yesterday it was bleeding a little bit from the corner after pedicure..today its red and swollen, hurt like hell😭. I hope its not infected, i m taking antibiotics if pain and swollen doesnt go away by tomorrow

Very bad salon, I went to make a protein for my hair, and the result was hair loss and breakage, and my hair is bad.

A decent place to redefine your self. I visit time and again, also recommend others.
