I feel the salon has become a little old, could do a renovation, but their services are nice.For hair, I recommend Nesreen. She knows what she’s doing and has rescued my hair!

Location is good the salon is clean , but the service is really really poor .I have booked appointment for facial today and confirmed that I will be coming to the appointment .When I reached the salon the specialist informed me that she can’t take me since she has a client already as I was 10 minutes late.It’s important to keep the customer happy and appreciated especially when they are loyal customers .....I don’t recommend this salon... the competition is high in the market what keeps the customers beside the price and the service is feeling the loyalty and speciality of the customer toward the customer .Thanks

They nummed my face skin and then burned it with face wax and the therapist knew even after complaining abt it but she kept ignoring. The second day I felt the pain with the burn mark on my face till date. And they charged my ×4 than any saloon in dubai
