I had an amazing foot spa and gel pedicure here! The service was excellent, and the experience was incredibly relaxing. Lyn did a fantastic job, and my nails look perfect with flawless polish. Highly recommend this salon for their top-notch services!

Spoiled my hair. It looks burnt and terrible!!I went for a simple root touch up, hair cut and highlights. The staff dont speak or understand english and are very unhygenic. They soaked my hair in high bleach colours for 3 hours. The grays are fully visible and my hair looks like a 3 year old cut it. I have to spend more to fix now. Total horrifying experience. Totally disappointed. I regret going there.

Recently, I had a keratin treatment and hair coloring done. The experience was superb, especially with the team, especially Miss Myrna. Thank you so much, Myrna, for doing a great job.

When it comes to massageno one will beat ate millet for that.whenever i have body pain or im not feeling well its really compulsory to have it removed by ate millet. The pressure of her hands is perfect for my tiny body and she really know where’s the pressure points.there was this one time that i was having fever after she did the massage the next morning i’m super okay again.Massage and nails is such her forte.Its a talent and god bless her for that.Kudos she deserved a raise!!ap

Very worst service . Yesterday i went for gel extension removal she used machine completely to remove my nails without soaking in acetone or chopping . My original nails is now very brittle and so painful . I even said its paining while she was doing it last evening. Not so professional. Not returning back to this place .

I have been a loyal customer of House of Beauty probably for almost 10yrs, seen it evolve from different management and its always had great customer service. Though I now live far from Karama , I would still visit from time to time for my usual mani-pedi with Lyn. I have noticed one staff though having inappropriate behavior, i believe her name is Daisy. Very loud and rude with other staff, specifically w the only non-filipino therapist I have seen there at the time. Calling her stupid in Tagalog , and laughing probably because her colleague did not understand her. What is more disappointing was that the other filipino staff laughed as well. There was another instance prior to that where I entered the salon asking for the hairstylist, and she shouted (from the reception all the way to the back) to say that there is a customer wanting a haircut . Its a shame that a behaviour of one staff can affect the whole atmosphere of the salon and hopefully this can be addressed appropriately, and proper training can be done.

They do not have SLS free shampoo or conditioner and also do not apply heat protection serum before blow dry or straightening. When I told them they should use it, the lady made a joke about it with one of her colleagues in her language and started laughing. Charged me $50 for my shoulder length hair which isnt cheap by any means. Used sub-par quality products, kept moving me around from one chair to the other, washed my hair 20min before blow drying and then made me wait in the AC with my hair wet. The owner kept fighting with someone on the phone too and overall it as a pathetic experience. Recommend not to go here.

Superb service consistently from Myrna and Bilet. I got my color change perfectly from Myrna she was very helpful suggesting what treatment my hair require. Bilet was very gentle handling my nails. My toe nails were a challenge but it was looking eezy peezy for her. The place was small but can accomodate whatever you require.It was a good 3 hours with my kabayans for keeping everyone entertained despite the busy schedule. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Saw the reviews and visited.Very disappointing experience. No one is interested in finishing the job.Pedicure-staff left my feet dry..massaged one foot, left the second..when asked to scrub to rid the dryness..the staff said put vaseline n wear socks. N they call it spa pedicure.Root touch up- white hair left, staff said i donno madaam i had put color.Threading- she left so many hair..i had to remove by tweazer myself n she just walked off.Worst experience. Never going back!They probably only treat a few people well.

I had taken an appointment with Cathy the hair dresses when I went to the saloon the first thing to do was she asked me to sign an agreement saying if my hair gets spoilt she’s not responsible. The minute she said that I had my doubts that she is not an expert she was in two minds weather to colour my hair or not. Totally disappointed very unprofessional staff I just wasted my time going to they saloon. Would never recommend anyone as the hair dresses is not a professional.
