I had an extremely disappointing experience with the hair color technician 𝐎𝐦𝐞𝐫, work in hush salon. From the very start, it was clear that he lacked both knowledge and expertise in hair coloring. Not only did he fail to apply the color properly, but his lack of care during the process. I can simply mention one of the hundred mistakes is brushing my hair with a brush under the toner application when the hair is in the most fragile moment! caused significant breakage and irreversible damage to my hair. Showing no concern for the health of my hair or the outcome of the service.I strongly advise to avoid booking with him if you value your hairs integrity. The damage I’ve experienced has been devastating, and no one should have to go through this. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere for a professional color technician who knows how to properly handle hair coloring.Aside from the unprofessional hair technician, the staff was rude with an attitude, blaming the customer for not knowing what hair color they wanted. Highly not recommend!

I went in first time to this salon. And it was probably the best service ever!! I asked for red undertones in my hair and I got exactly that. I came with a desperate need of a trim around 6 weeks ago (Hush salon jbr). Kamal washed my hair and was very friendly, also making sure I was comfortable. I had the amazing Rashid who had trimmed my hair and advised me thoroughly with the style as well as what would and would not suit me! He also only trimmed what I asked for (I usually find hairdressers cut alot more than what I ask for!)I have never got a haircut that I was so happy with. Rashid also curled my hair that lasted in the Dubai heat😊 The salon was also very clean and all staff are friendly. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

This place is a rip off!!! Booked a hair appointment online and they called and confirmed my booking. The price online is 150 AED (40$) for a blow dry, I arrive to the appointment and the receptionist tells me they increased the price to 350 (95$) MORE THAN DOUBLE - because it was New Year’s Eve And NO THIS IS NOT A COMMON PRACTICE IN DUBAI. They never mentioned it over the phone when I was confirming the appointment and they had a ‘take it or leave it attitude’. Rude staff and an unprofessional business, highly not recommended

I went to Hush at Sofitel JBR. I was sceptical for my hair treatment as got my hair damaged a couple of times before. Their services were great, way above my expectations. Rashid explained and suggested what would work for my kinda hair, assisted by Kamal. They knew exactly what would suit my personality and be appropriate for my hair type and quality of products was great. I did hair botox twice at this salon and the result is amazing. Highly recommended if you want to save some good amount of time managing your hair at home. As a mom I don’t have time to even blow dry my hair, but with this treatment I don’t need to and I know I look good all the time.

I followed Omar here from his last salon. He is a hair magician. I always leave with awesome colour. I finally found a salon to take care of my hair. They are not active in social media marketing so I am thankful that I did my thorough research to find a hair stylist who is as excellent as Khaled. The aura in this salon is very positive, the staff and Khaled himself are all welcoming. I love how they make you feel important and well-taken care off. I want to appreciate their Branch Manager, Khaled, who is very humble and is very attentive to my needs. I never felt stressed at all. This is the only salon who achieved the hair color that I really wanted to achieve. I am actually based in Abu Dhabi, but I wont mind traveling to Dubai for any hair appointment with Hush Salon.There is also a free valet parking c/o the hotel.

This is most AWFUL EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I am blonde and I asked for a highlight with dark roots. As a result I have dirty RED hair within bleached white ends. Not to mention that I spent almost 3,5 hrs on that as Omar was too busy- all in all he spent 5-10 min with me. I came next day to fix what he did - but the result wasn’t better.so sorry for my hair, time and money I wasted.Maybe he is good with dark hair, but definitely not with blondes.So dear Omar,Don’t take appointments if you are overbooked - I wasted 3,5 hrs of my life on you (he Ironsides no more than 1,5-2hrs)If you don’t know how to deal with blonde hair or unsure about result - DONT SAY THAT YOU CAN DO IT.I look like a girl who colored her hair herself with the color from carefour not like a person who visited expensive beauty saloon with experienced hair stylist.Very disappointed.

Needs to be highlighted to consumer rights. Raising the prices without giving notice by 200 aed is not correct and against any customer rights.

Didn’t like the place I had a bad haircut that I didn’t expect that someone can cut that aggressively and the blow dry was also bad that you feel your hair is burning 🔥 take care that the price on the website are not the same as you pay so ask because even the hair cut I paid more than was mentioned

An absolutely incredible experience! My only disappointment is that this salon is in Dubai and not in Paris because I would happily go there every day.
