This place is my go to for all my hair needs. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home every visit!I just got my hair dyed, toned it the second time in a reddish colour. It is exactly how I imagined it, Tasleem does a great job everytime. And you can trust her hair cuts with no worries. I would highly recommend, their services are professional.

I went to this salon for a couple of times before, but I stopped going there because I felt they’re trying to charge more by saying that you need to fully refill your nails even tho I did it 2 month ago. None of other salons say that. Also most of the times there was mosquitoes inside a salon which I didn’t like..

Very impressed with my nails from here! They thinned down my acrylic nail extensions to look so much more natural, I actually think they look the best they ever had. The quality is great and all the techniques were professionally administered. I was offered water/tea/coffee and provided with anything I needed.I would say separate thank you to Irish for her hard work and professionalism.

Had an amazing hair cut! Perfect layers, nicely done! Super nice and professional. Last cut was 10 months ago so the ends were destroyed and it was cut straight, no layers before.

Happened not the first time. It’s my 3rd time happens with this saloon. In the beginning I get light maybe it’s something from my side. Now 100% sure it’s from them!!!I’m pretty sure they used not properly sanitize tools to do pedicure. I can barely walk!!!! Honestly!!! I would definitely not recommend this place. Don’t go through this what I went already and going now. This is the worst case. 1st and 2nd time wasn’t that bad but still was painful.

I was on the lookout for a good salon around Garhoud and found Hype. Didn’t know what to expect although I’m glad that I pushed through.Had the best hair spa experience with the most exceptional hairdresser, Tasleem. I have never felt more relaxed during a visit to the salon, I usually only go for haircuts but felt like trying something new and it was definitely worth it!Tasleem was lovely and recommended a very fitting haircut for my face shape. Can’t wait to go back next month for another hair spa session. 🥰I strongly recommend visiting this salon if you find yourself in the area.

Really bad service ( not the first time as I already got big infection with my nails there + they put the wrong color I asked for but I decided to give another go for waxing ) . I called just to book an appointment in 15 days for waxing .After 5 min on the phone the lady was so lost and confused and confirm my appointment. Didn’t receive any msg confirmation so I contacted again the salon which inform me there was no booking under my name ( luckily I called to check ) then the lady refused to book me in .Is it a thing to refuse eyebrow waxing ?? Not allowing to book appointment? Rudeness ? Some people should be reminded that their business exist thank to their customers and therefore should treat them correctly and with respect . There’s plenty of amazing salon in Dubai don’t waste your money there !

It was my first visit to hype salon at Garhoud. I did a hair cut and blow dry. Really happy to see how it turned out. It was done by Tasleem she had done it perfectly as I wanted and I just loved it. Will definitely come here again and highly recommend this place. The salon is very neat, clean, beautiful ambiance for relaxation and very friendly staffs too.

The lady working at the reception is unprofessional , arogant and a bit rude. I made a booking a week in advanced and she logged it wrong, for a wrong day when I m never off. I went there and she said I have no booking in a careless way even though it was her mistake. She s seems arrogant and rude also to the other ladies working there. The manicure and pedicure ladies are doing a good job tho.But never going there again cause of the reception lady.

I struggled so much to find a good salon during my first half year here. Some of them treated my nails like some metal, removing the hard gel recklessly and hurting my own nail. Some others did nails that lasted for only a week or two which is not supposed to be the case with hard gel. In both cases you end up paying twice as much for their negligence.However, I was lucky to have someone recommend Hype Salon Garhoud branch ♥️ the staff are super friendly and they take care of your nails really well. Highly recommended I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I can’t recommend this place at all . The staff was really rude and Made me feel unwelcome . I was alone and the phone kept ringing , all the staff were sleeping on the massage table in the room laughing without picking up the customers call . So unprofessional. The lady who did my toes , put glitter which I have never asked for and I really don’t like it . She just informed me at the end that she put gel with glitter cause she had no other color and she left . I was shocked . I paid for something I never asked for and absolutely don’t like . I will have to go to another salon to fix it . What a waste of time and money !!! Talking about the lady who did my nails she was super rude . And looked very annoyed cause this servjce was taking time . She was grabbing my hands very rudely I wasn’t even daring moving one inch . The result is real bad , my nails are so thick ( been doing this for 15 yrs and never had this experience before ) , my nails are uneven , every corner is painful because she cut me and made me bleed , the nail file is the same for everyone ( toes / hands ; nothing is sanitized ) , i just can’t wait to book to another salon in a few days and fix this mess , hoping in the meantime to not get an infection . Very unhappy and unprofessional service .UPDATE : I got an infection where the lady cut me and on top of that after 2 days the gel was already chipped ! The whole experience is an absolute mess

Tried many salons in Dubai, but here Im always happy with the result. All girls are nice and do the nails properly.

The booking is very easy, just a phone call and they’d tell you the availabilities. The ladies are insanely kind and professional. And the salon is very clean and beautiful. The services are great and gentle . Been going there for a fe months for acrylic nails services and I’m always happy with the result.

Horrible place for pedicure and specially for manicure! The technician doesn’t listen to customer’s request and ignore it, aggressively filed my nails and cut me on several fingers , when I asked her to be more gentle couple of times, uneven nails with bumps, overall I don’t recommend the salon, not professional, ignorant and not friendly staff, the prices are high for such a bad quality service, it was my first and last time visiting this salon, save your money and nerves and don’t go there!

Im a regular client here for a year now and i dont trust anybody else with my nails n hair. Their hair stylist tasneem does a very good job with hair colouring and styling. She ensures you are happy till you leave the saloon. Evn their nail technician Miles, Iris and suzy do a great job. I higly recommend this saloon and their employees if you want a good quality service at an affordable price.

Horrible experience at this salon. Their booking system lets you book a procedure their stylist cannot perform, for timeslot they’re not available and when you arrive you’ll be told to wait 2h for something you don’t even want. Better to go someplace else.

I was charged more than your website prices are. 125 aed for haircut and washing? I arrived 10 min after my appointment but they took me anyway, reason why I tip 25 ead but then I realized they charged me more than the website prices. The prices are very high compared to their average service. Their rates are double those of other salons.

I am always getting compliments for my nails i like how they looks every time , so no im getting for my hair after my keratin with taslime she turn my hair silky shiny looks so healthy 😘❤️
