Really love this salon - I’ve tried a few in Dubai and this one would have to be my fave. The ladies are so kind, like one big happy family and my nails turned out perfect. They listened to the shade I wanted and picked the exact nude I was describing, were super gentle with the manicure (sometimes I’ve left other salons in Dubai with a bleeding cuticle) so I’m definitely making this my regular place now. Super clean seats and nice interior with a fully reclined bed in a seperate room if you want your eyebrows threaded - which is way more comfortable than a chair with your neck bent back.And the eyebrow lady is a gemDefinitely recommend if you’re in the area

This place is perfect for getting beautiful and relaxed with these amazing ladies taking care of us. Iris is super patient with me while doing my nails and the eyebrows lady gives me a relaxing massage on my forehead after designing my eyebrows. They care about all the details. Love them.

Beauty salon, with great facilities, most importantly clean and hygienic, Laxmi was my Therapist, she was very professional and has a lot of knowledge and experience related to skin and hair, she made me feel very comfortable with my appointment.

I love this salon !! The ladies are all amazing. They make me feel like family. I come here every couple of weeks for nails and eyebrows. They go above and beyond and make me feel comfortable and I’m leaving the salon feeling like a princess. I never experience any problems the service is always top quality.

I visited Hype Salon in Karama for the first time, and my experience was fantastic. I received manicure and pedicure services, and the quality of service provided by Irish and Marilyn surpassed any other salon Ive been to. They were highly skilled, courteous, and professional, with immaculate grooming. Despite some walls showing signs of previous flooding, the store was otherwise clean and well-maintained.

5 stars only for the service done by Marilyn for the best manicure and pedicure (gel, gelish basically anything you want ) AND Laxmi for skin, hair etc. The both of them are so dedicated to doing what they do. They do it not just as a job but with so much love and care and that’s the most important thing I’d look for in a salon. I feel at home when I go there and they always make sure to give me the best treatment every single time. Marilyn makes my nails look the prettiest they’ve ever been in all my life 😂Thanks Marilyn and Laxmi 🥰You guys are the best. The hairdresser ruined my hair. She did a very bad haircut and the smell of the protein that they use is so bad. It is still in my hair after one week. I do not recommend this place.

Response time from receptionist is exceptionally poor, considering the number of attempts made to make appointments in recent months. I continue to come here as Iris is fantastic for nails and very hospitable.

Since the firts Hair SPA, Laxmi made an amazing job to my hair is getting repair and the most important thing, they care about your health and recomend you a lot of tips for your hair and nails. So comfortable place.

The worst experience ever. Manicurist doesn’t have any knowledge about hygiene and nails heath (the same tools for a few clients, no gloves, no mask, it’s disgusting) no appropriate workstation. The lady can’t speak any English I ask 3 or 4 times to remove the gel d/t fugal infection of nail which she was still pretending she doesn’t see at all and don’t know what is the problem. A lot of bleeding from a few hangnails, very painful filing. My nails after this appointment are a disaster. NEVER AGAIN. The only good thing was that even girl from reception agreed to not pay for that at all.

The worst hair treatment experience ever—they cost me AED400 for keratin but it was a complete waste, and I will never recommend it for any hair related treatment.I did Keratin and after 1 wash its all gone.I had high expectations, but every time I look at my hair, it just lets me down.

The worst customer service ever. Staff are never helpful, takes you weeks to book an appointment because of lack of communication. They were 30 mins late for my appointment, I had left, no one called no one apologized. Never coming back to this salon
