This is my ‘curly blow dry’ she got brushes stuck in my hair several times. I had to hold my head as it was hurting as she pulled them out. Another employee told her I was in pain. Charged full price

This place was recommended by my friends but honestly speaking I didnt like pedicure service:1. To painful: master was trying to do things fast but fast doesnt mean careful and gentle moves .While removing gel she scratched my fingers around nails with nail file2. Gel application was not accurate also, I asked to correct several fingers shape.Not recommended from my side.

Went for a pedicure service with them, rates are affordable, however i am not much impress with the cleaning. They cleaned my toenails first before soaking into the water which is actually new to me as most of other salons i have tried already are doing the opposite way (soaking first before cleaning the toenails). But overall the service is good.

Got a gel manicure done. Nails and polish were all chipped the day. waste of time and money.

Its my second time (definitely not the last!) coming here and I really love the services and the professional and friendly staff. Geena is my hairstylist and she patiently color-matched my hair and she advises if what I wanna do is not fit for my face shape. Im glad I availed the hair spa as well because Geena gives the best head massage ever. I also did pedicure and Jeya was so careful and she painted my nails so precisely. I’ve been visiting iGlow for a little over a month now and have tried multiple different services. Anju is typically who I go to and she is fantastic with massages and hairstyling. Even her pedicures and waxing is just as good. She takes the time to understand you as a person and is just warm and professional with how she treats you. Yeti, the front office manager makes booking easy and fun and it’s really a homely yet professional atmosphere. I would definitely recommend their services.

Had my waxing, manicure, pedicure, and foots spa done. Either the lady is not that experienced or she’s just being too careful not to cut me. It did took longer than i am used to when i had my nails done and she was also not able to remove most of the callous and there is not that much callous tbh. I did like the waxing session. I think that is their forte. They work fast and clean. I’d still recommend others to go there and will continue to get waxed at the salon.

I got bob cut and highlights and was very happy with the experience. My stylist was Rama who was extremely talented skilled and did n excellent job. Also the manager Yeti was very helpful.

Got my nails done with most of the ladies in ths salon. I go for Bipana for the classic look gel mani and pedi as she is very delicate and thorough. When it comes to designs and french tips, it has to be the superwoman Anju! Has been a regular here and has no complaints so far. We cannot totally blame the salon or staff if our nails are not what we expected to see the next day. We do not just hang them like a trophy, we used them too which causes them to chipped off. The best thing is, you can always go back to them and they will happily redo it for you!

We are new to JLT, found this salon with good service at reasonable cost. They have attractive packages & offers suits everybody needs. I got Dermalogica facial done by Anju…most relaxing & uplifting one. Entire procedure took 60 mins and I can feel the difference. Thank you Anju…am sure to come for this again.

By far the best customer service and care in the neighbourhood. I left JLT and keep returning to this salon, which is Dubais best kept secret. Yeti is always attentive and responsive to customers and Anju provides such high quality care.

Geeta is always friendly and her work is perfect. I would have given the salon more stars but the receptionist (dark with curly hair) is rude and unprofessional and the nail varnish comes off quickly, need new ones.

I have done my manicure and pedicure and waxing with pabitra Tamang. She is really amazing. I highly recommend her. She is very welcoming and friendly.

I have been their regular client but this time around I had a terrible experience of my life. I asked them to do my face bleach. The bleach used by them was so harsh that it burnt my skin. I wasnt informed before applying that it is strong. I kept complaining of itchiness, burning skin and watery eyes continuously. After the application I was told that it is strong. When I called them the next day they were resistant to make me talk to their owner. To top it all the owner says I am getting angry. What am I suppose to do? Feel excited about it that the bleach burnt my face. When I told him that I have to attend the function he said that you look beautiful with Marks. How insane and in humane. I also bought police there and when the police asked them to show the products it took them 40 minutes to show them what product they applied. I am running to the hospital from last 2 days. The worst experience I ever had. No decency of getting me treated as well. The owner wants to pay only a small amount and that too wants to deduct from the salary of poor lady. This bleach left me scars for lifetime which will probably not heal ever. The chemical also turned my eye red. Please do see the photos.

Anju always did my waxing, i do recommend her for painless and quick waxing! A pleasant and gentle lady, She also did my Gelish Manicure with Hua. Overall satisfied with the Salon Service,. If you’re in the area checked it out.

It was my first visit to Iglow and staff by the name Flower seemed rude when asked to get mani done. Seemed like she didn’t want to do it as I didn’t state it in the beginning of my visit. I would have understood she’s weary if it was towards the end of her shift but this was around 4.30pm!!! And the salon had nobody except me. I didn’t get the mani done eventually only because of her attitude. Although initially got my pedi done through her and facial through another staff. Anju seemed nice and professional. Not visiting again!

Very professional salon, clean and affordable, worth your money. Angu is seriously the best esthetician I have ever met, she did for me waxing and for the first time I did not feel pain and she took time to perfect her work with tweezers. I recommend and will definetely go again

I went in for a body wax and facial. The body wax was okay. The lady kept on shaming my body hair like hello?? Then the facial was absolutely below par and again the lady kept on telling me how she was doing me a favor by giving me extra massage! At one point she asked me if my salary was good enough like hello?? Please dont go here if you are expecting professional services.

I have started visiting I-glow because of one of the beauticians named Farah. She takes great care while threading and is skilled when it comes to waxing too. For those who want a pain free waxing and a beautifully shaped brow, I highly recommend Farah. Btw, she also does a great job with Keratin and the treatment is effective too.

Had the most HORRID and UPSETTING experience at this salon yesterday. Just moved to Dubai and went in trim my hair and get a colour. Firstly, the woman attending to me seems like she could not speak or understand English. So I showed her a picture of what my hair used to look like hoping shell understand my hair condition and cut Im looking for. I then showed her a picture of the exact hair colour (balayage) with highlights I wanted and told her to just TRIM the ends, do not cut short with layers and in a V at the back.. Pretty clear I thought.. What I got at the end????- All my length chopped off - Most of my hair cut off - A VERY SHORT UNEVEN HAIR CUT- The top layer much longer than bottom layer - no grading (apparently just 2 layers)- Definitely NOT a V at the back- A completely different colour with no highlights. Looks nothing like what I wanted.- AND the balayage was more of an jagged sharp colour change with no blending or smooth transition...When I told the lady it does not look like the picture, she said i can do (that) AFTER - AFTER !!!!!! And I should wait until she is done...I was APPALLED.There was nothing I could have done. 3/4 of my hair was already chopped off (shortest my hair has ever been in MY life!!), I hated the colour and look....I literally CRIEDD walking back to my apartment and was hysterical when I got home. My hair has been my pride and had always gotten compliments on it - but now even tieing in a ponytail looks awfully wrong and getting it to a bun to hide the atrocity until it grows back is out of the question.

Services are good.. But i was burnt by waxing because if sensative skin. Nevertheless i liked their facial and padi mani alsi their head massage was relaxing

Dirty place and unprofessional service! Tools seemed unclean and I developed a toe infection after my pedicure. You save some money on the service compared to other salons but then get ready to pay for a doctor!!

Been to iGlow for a mani pedi with a friend of mine and were both disappointed by the quality of service provided by the not at all experienced staff. The next day Ive got an infection on one of my toes, my nails have been filed so horribly and got all a different length and shape, the nail polish has been applied mostly on my fingers rather than my nails. The manicure lady was so aggressive that cut my friends finger while removing the cuticles. Sorry, well not be back for a second torture.

This is the WORST Salon ever I visited. I got my Keratin treatment done from a New Hair Stylist from India here a week ago , He praised his service just to sell it and now i realise he has used the Cheapest product on my scalp. I can see Big thick flakes pealing from my scalp now and it looks like i have got some desease all over my head. THIS IS WORST SERVICE. He used to burn my scalp many times while doing it and he used to convince me by saying its common with everyone. Another cheap atttitude is their other staff who forces us to write positive review about them in the website. DISGUSTING.

I felt sorry for the nice staff but this salon is run down and very dirty, needs basic cleaning and maintenance urgently - Manager doesnt seem to care - leaving the toilets door wide open for everyone to enjoy the view on the disgusting room... definitely not a nice experience.

Horrible service!!! Don’t ever go !!I am reporting them to DHA , they don’t know how to do blowdry , I tried all of them , they don’t know how to hold the dryer!And one of them burnt my face ! It is still leaving a mark !!And they have water leaking on your face from the ceiling!!!

The girls who help with the waxing services are very good. The air conditioner unit is in a limbo. So winters no issue. But if you visit the salon in simmers, be prepared.

Was a regular but changing my rating due to a horrible experience. Booked an appointment and called an hour prior to confirm. Upon reaching found out their AC was not working and they expected me to get the services done with just a fan on while their AC was getting fixed. When I asked the receptionist why she didnt tell me about the AC when I called to confirm, she said it broke half an hour ago but I checked with other shops in the same cluster and it broke some time back. Very disappointed at how they would make a regular customer waste their time and money to come all the way there and not be upfront that the shop isnt in working condition.
