I had an amazing experience at the salon with Lolita as my hairdresser! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair. I like this place for high quality services. I have done nails there, and I do my eyebrows with Dilya (the best master). I also tried Maroccan bath and massage. Halima who does Moroccan bath was very professional and kind. I would also give 5 stars to the massage master. Another good thing on top of quality, is the cleanliness of the place and politeness of the entire staff.

After 6 years struggling to find a good salon I finally found ICEQUEEN. The girls are amazing, clean space, good service and quality. Every single time I get my nails done I always have people asking me where did I get them.

This place is just amazing! Bright and clean and warm. And I cant begin to describe how helpful, passionate and friendly the the staff is. From the moment you walk till the minute you leave, everyone is smiling and cheerful, and they treat you like royalty, always checking that youre fine and whether you need anything.I got 2 services booked: eyebrow threading and pedicure, and I swear I was blown away by how sweet, quick and light-handed the lady was. Not a single teardrop and Im usually in tears and sore, but this was actually relaxing and pain-free.And the pedicure, I swear Ive never experienced anything like it! Its whats referred to as Russian pedicure and it was so relaxing and so different... Ive never seen anything like it. And again, the technician was just sweet and so passionate! She pours her heart into what she does and she loves it.I know am on and on, but I cant rave enough about this place!

I visited this salon & it was love from the first visit! I got a gelish manicure & pedicure. I have very problematic nails & toenails, it’s not very easy to work with them & it’s the first place in Dubai in 8 years that provided me with impeccable service. The ladies at the salon are extremely professional, polite & friendly. Not only I enjoyed the end result, but had a great laugh. Definitely going to make it my go-to place for nail services & probably try out a facial & a massage.

I do gelish manicure and regular pedicure in this salon since they opened. The specialist Nazira is amazing there; she is attentive, thorough and hardworking, always makes sure that client leaves happy.I do not go any other salon anymore. Reasonably priced, kind and helpful staff.

The ladies there are doing miracles! Have booked a full highlights with toning - after a quick consultation the result was amazing and definitely over my expectations. Completely changed my look, created clean color and perfect structure with a gentle blonde and toning without damaging my very fine and sensitive hair. Bad experience with this salon. I tried to booking appointments for a face cleaning, the administrator ignores the messages. after 2 hours I write again, and ask about the service and the price for what, I get an answer that the cosmologist contact me. But no one contacted me. change the administrator who will be responsible for ones duties

Hairstyling Perfectly done! The hairdresser feels your hair and does the correct job! I was happy to be a customer of Lolita hairdresser! Recommending! Good customer service!

Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Result of my hair is not what i asked for. When i told the staff they didnt make any chang. They were veey annoying and not understanding. They dont care about the happiness of the client. They even chrged me 50 AED more than what i payed last time at the salon. I did the exact same hair style. They are changing the price of the same service evwry time. When i complained to the receptionist about all this, she was no cooperative at all and her attitude was very bad. It is my last tim visiting this salon. Flawless Salon is much better than them. And when i told the receptionist Flawless Salon dont treat me like this she said “Why dont you go there”!!!!!!!! Very low standard and worst experience ever in dubai.

From nail appointments to massage therapy I was always very happy with their professionalism. Thanks to Nita I dont experience back pain as often after my massage appointments. Very much recommended

Have great experience with cosmetologist Marina. I tried hydrofacial and cryo facial. Both treatment worked amazing for my skin and I could feel the results for a couple of days.

Salon charges not the cheap, however administrator doesn’t offer even water and the quality of nail polish ☹️ Is terrible. It makes bubbles, seems it’s too old.

Thanks to the magical girls! They really resurrected me! It was a difficult move! Nita gave a deep and at the same time relaxing massage, stretched and worked with tight and overloaded muscles and ligaments!And the Girls, Yulia, Dilya, Nazira, did the manicure and pedicure in four hands so quickly that she barely had time to finish her coffee!

Once again I admire Lola’s skill! She not only did an excellent lightening, but also recommended doing a Cold Hair Restore, which nourished the hair with everything it needed. Hair looks healthy, soft and shiny. My daughter is happy! I recommend it to everyone!
