Amazing service, super quality, and the best prices! My first visit I did red nails below and I was sending to my mom to see how good quality it is. Nails lasted me from 25th June to 23rd July, non was broken for 1 month! During summer time in Dubai, humidity, beach, oil, this is a miracle!Long story short 5 stars! No booking required, they will have a slot for you. All ladies are amazing!

I do my manicure and pedicure here.The pedicure has lasted me a day. In one day my colour has been ruined. I write to them to look for a solution and they dont answer. Terrible service, really.I’m not happy with the gel manicure. The shape is not the one I have shown her in photos. My nails look very fat and dont look pretty.Theyre also very slow.I wouldnt even come back for free

Ive been visiting ICONIC since they opened this year, and every experience has been fantastic! The nail technicians are incredibly skilled, and their attention to detail is truly impressive. Ive never left disappointed. I highly recommend Guzal and the whole team!

When I arrived at the salon, I was greeted by a woman at the reception who looked very tired and was barely moving... The manicure was done by a technician who also had an unhappy expression and was studying English with headphones on during the procedure. When I tried to explain how I wanted it done, she didn’t hear me at all 👍🏻On Instagram, you advertise a manicure for 99 AED with huge captions, but inside the salon, you make up prices on the spot. I had the exact manicure as shown in the ad, but in the end, they charged me 157 AED. When I started asking why they were doing this, the girl couldn’t explain anything properly. She just said that next time they’ll inform me in advance. I told her there wont be a next time, I’m not coming back, and she said, By all means, please dont come back! So, you advertise one thing, but inside the salon, it’s a different story... I will file a complaint with other authorities 👍🏻

Fantastic service... Got. My nails done FROM Dina.. And for my daughter from Nurgulya.. We absolutely Loved it.. Elena at the reception is very accommodating as well. And the hair stylists are also very good with blow dry . I will be visiting for more services soon so will post reviews..

I saw their instagram page and their nail jobs in their highlights but i guess theyre fake pictures cause their job is awful specially the lady named Aida.She did the nails soooo bad you can see the pictures which i put.I had see bad reviews about her and we didn’t know its the same lady after i understood and people’s was right.We asked them to remove the whole extension cause it was awful you can see in the pic…And for everything they’re charging and for simple design which it was only a simple shimmer top of the nail they charged 29aed.And when you was asking them for something it was taking 10min so they’ll discuss together and understand each other then they was talking to us.The customer service also wasnt good…Totally our experience was very bad so girls trust the reviews and try to find better places.we,re unsatisfied and regretted i wish we had search for a better place 😕

Worst nails experience ever firstly the design was not done as expected even after paying extra price and then the nails were so thick pathetic service 2 3 of them were removed right after 11 days

Very happy! My first visit and Aida matched the photo of exactly what I wanted. Im She checked multiple times I was happy with length/shape/colours etc. very skilled and quick worker giving me the perfect nails at a very reasonable price. Will come back and always ask for Aida again! Thank you

I went for my first gel manicure here at iconic. I love how clean and sterilized they keep their tools. There was no waiting line, I went on a weekday evening. But Im not sure how that will work during busy times. I was satisfied with their work. There is a bit of a language barrier but you can work through that. And for that price and quality I personally had a good experience.

The attention to detail 👌 ✨️, I was treated very well, my nail tech was incredible, she was gentle and made me feel comfortable. Definitely will be back !

I’ve been here twice now, not sure why because the last time I came here I waited for 2 hours and 30 mins and by the time the lady took me in, she took forever to finish my nails, I wanted french and one hour later she hasn’t even started on the white part yet. Now today I regret coming back again, this is the MOST painful pedicure i’ve ever had in my entire life. I could find places with much better price and friendlier people. I told her not to cut my cuticle and she said only little bit and continued to do so. When I told her again, she stopped and took the machine drill and instead started drilling my cuticles so that she can cut it. And their response to all these negative reviews are defensive responses not even an apology. Please try to do better and be kinder and gentle with your customers

Ive been 14 years in Dubai and Iconic nails provides the best service and has their best nail tech as Guzal. Any design on nails shes the person to look for. Shes takes her time on each nail as she is a perfectionist. Today I came in with a challenge for Guzal and yet again you proved you are the best. My last nails with her lasted 2 months with no breakage and chips. Thank you for your amazing service.

Iconic is my favourite salon. I love it, the staff are super amazing and caring.Its the best place to get your hair done. Loey, the hair stylist is amazing. He is done the best highlight I have ever done!He got the colour I wanted Ash brown although it was very difficult.I thank him for his patience and hard work!And thank you to all the team for your great service.

Ive only experienced doing lashes and eyebrows here and its not worth it at all. Lashes get removed after 4 days I tried it twice just to be sure and both times are the same. Youre better off paying more and find that it lasts for 2 months. Dont even get me started on the eyebrow tattoo she didnt put any numbing cream i was in shock I dont know if thats really how they do it there because its cheap or if shes in a rush i didnt bother doing that again. And to add the cherry on top they dont speak english maybe 1 or 2 people do and when you talk to your technician if that person isnt around well goodluck getting an answer.

They told me to wait for 1 hour to get my nails done and I waited for 2 hours regardless of that when I came back I had to wait more and the nail technician that has freckles on her face was very rude and untalented. Only the lash and brow was done well and the technician for it was nice.

I am satisfied of the work, I always come back every month but today is different I had bad experience with this nail technician named ‘AYIDA’ she’s not friendly and worst case she’s giving attitude. Secondly, look at my coffee there’s two insect on it. I don’t know if that’s personal because I left comment 🤷🏻‍♀️

I requested a specific kind of nail shape, color and manicure and got something completely different, which they did not even offer to fix. My nail tech was extremely unfriendly and aggressive with my nails, causing cuts and small bleeds on almost every nail. Would not recommend going to this place.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Iconic salon today 😍 a friend told me about their services and I just had to see for myself!! I had a manicure with gel extensions and a pedicure done, and the results were fantastic!!!😍😍😍 I literally could not stop smiling when I left the salon🥰🥰 A special thank you to Noor, whom did my manicure, she was so professional and super sweet 🌹 unfortunately I didnt get the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but honestly I was very impressed with the outcome and the service!! Will definitely be coming back!!!🙏💯

I do really recommend this place ❤️because at first I was a little hesitant to visit them because of the comments mentioned by some clients however, my experience was totally different , I went late and on the next day I had an event they were almost closing ! But yet they accepted me and did exactly what I wanted and they were so friendly from the receptionist to the nail artist a big thanks to Aida and the lady who did my pedi , ladies do not judge, just go and have your own experience, for me definitely I will be back 🤗

Twice I come at this salon and Im satisfied with the result of my eyebrows..first hairstroke I love it ..but its remove for less than a week... nevermind by that...coz I think its normal..Second session I like it also mix microblading and shading its very nice 🥰 but still for less than a week why its remove????Im happy with the result but Im concerned about the ink they use why its slowly remove??gone ???😞

We visited Iconic Salon for the first time today, and it’s been so worthwhile. The staff are overall welcoming and hospitable and the salon itself is beautiful.I came for a nail extension service and I met Guzal, who happens to be the master of nail art and anything nails! She is a very sweet and gentle person.Lucia, the owner, is very kind and accommodating to all her customers - she’s very lovely.Madia is such a champ. She made sure we were all comfortable for our 4-hour stay. Coffee, tea, chocolates, name it!I’m surely coming back to this place, you should totally give it a shot if you’re considering.

I am absolutely buzzing about this place, I can’t get over the quality of the products they use and the service is absolutely fantastic and the prices are unbelievable. Iam extremely grateful for these girls, they are doing amazing work that lasts. My gel nails lasts 6 weeks and my lashes 4-5 weeks. Amazing attention to detail. The receptionist was the worst part of the whole place she was very rude and unwelcoming and horrible! She looked very angry doing her job. She kept on knocking and yelling at the door while I was still getting the service done. I was actually there to do other services but I chose to leave because I felt very uncomfortable! I will not go back ever again or recommend it to anyone.

Even one star is a lot for this place !!! I told them I want to book an appointment they told me you can come it’s a walk in ! I was not okay with it but when I saw their Instagram account I said why not ! Now I regret it a lot !! After one hour in the way I was there and the lady told me wait after those 2 ladies will do your nails she wants me to wait for 40 minutes to do my nails after she told me there is availability and come madame no worries !!! What’s this not professional at allllllll ! Super mad !

Misleading information on instagram and here, no real promotions exist, price higher than leading Russian salon in marina and quality isn’t perfect, my lashes didn’t last long enough….

I couldn’t give less than one star!The most unprofessional, dirty, rude salon I ever visited!They welcome only walk-in and they said I was going to wait 10 minutes, after 20 minutes they said another 10 min till I spent one hour just on waiting and wanted me to take seat 1m close to a client was having a dry pedicure and all the flying skin was on me!So disappointed!

Very bad service and rude staff, first of all there is no where to park , secondly there is no booking only walk in , on a top of that i asked the lash technician to do my lashes and show me how it will look, and fix if needed to , she refused and tell me i will do and you will accept whatever it will look like. I left the salon without doing my lashes, Very rude and bad staff

Not just they dont accept a card payment, no appointments, and they dont respect the given waiting time. Let the customer know the real waiting time for them to decide if they will wait or not! Unreliable.

I contact the place on instagram they told me I can’t make an appointment. It’s only walk in. So I drove 30 min too the place and called them to help me found the building, they answered me with that they don’t take clients anymore. The lady was super rude and while I asked them for the location again because I had time to wait. They hang up the phone.

Hi all! I would like to leave a review about the eyelash lamination procedure that I did with master Saule. I really liked both the work and the result! Everything was done very carefully and Saule showed incredible attention to detail. The eyelashes became fluffy and expressive, and the look became open. I definitely recommend this master!

I had eyelash lamination with master Saule, and I really enjoyed it! The curve turned out simply gorgeous, the look immediately opened up, and the eyelashes became fluffier and more expressive. The work was done carefully and professionally. Will definitely come back again! I recommend it to everyone!

The nails are great, but the eyelash extensions were done, the work was terrible, it didn’t look very good, but the quality of the work itself is just terrible, all the glue is visible, one extension for three of my eyelashes or just a huge bunch for one eyelash, the worst eyelashes in my life. I recently decided to do lamination because there is nothing to spoil there, but even that was done terribly. They did the usual lamination for me for more than two hours, the master did not speak either English or Russian, she applied the removal to me and spoke on the phone for half an hour in my ear

We had pedicures and eyelash extensions done at the salon. Pedicure is fine, no questions asked. The palettes are very tired, worn out, unpleasant to pick up, the master doesn’t understand the difference between gel polish and gel, but that’s it...But the build-up is terrible.The only good thing was the removal.I asked for a thickness of 0.1 - the master ignored it and took 0.07.Volume 3D - in the photo the tufts that fell out after 12 hours - 3D means 3 eyelashes to one. Three, not 5-7 🤦🏻‍♀️If there are more eyelashes on one eye than on the other, the artist must create harmonious symmetry and not sculpt on everything.The beam extension procedure took THREE hours - thats a VERY long time. It shouldnt be this way. And the result was that I wanted to cry.I also started getting enough sleep immediately after the extensions. But I’m even glad, because it’s unpleasant to walk around with such a nightmare in front of my eyes.
