In Time Ladies Salon

Today marked my fifth visit to this Salon, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disappointment. Despite booking an appointment, I was assigned a trainee lady to do my nails. Needless to say, it was a waste of both time and money. If youre looking to have your nails done, I highly recommend seeking services elsewhere.

They provide really good services at a very affordable price, the staff is really friendly and recently i got my nail extensions done which was done exactly the way i liked it. Best services.

Super horrible experience.. First when I got there,there was nobody at the reception, then when she came and I said hi, instead of responding she rudely said wait and went ahead to receive a phone call close to 10 mins as I was waiting Infront of her. I had one Nail broken and just needed it to be cut and apply rubber base, and another nail had chipped needed to re apply the colour ..Tech insisted to do extension, she tried polygel she said she couldnt do it, tried to do acrylic said she couldnt and went ahead to do plastic nail, which iwaa horribly fixed, even a trainee could do a better job. Went on to charge me expensively even though the other nail was just applying the polish...Worst customer service,horrible service...FYI from a person that work in a beauty industry as well...theres so much room for improvement seeing their ambience is great though.

I believe that customer service is about helping the customer to be satisfied on the service and quality that your company offering. But when I called, I am really disappointed especially to the tone of voice towards me. Im not even shouting, Im in my calm voice talking. I spend a lot of money on a cheap quality and this is what I got in return. I hope the company can look after this feedback. It will be a big unprofitable to your company to have a manager who manage like that.

The experience has been amazing. The staff is very cooperativeband takes good care of your.For facial and skin care, bobby is highly recommended and for hairstylist, Asif bhai is highly recommended.

Had my nails done today here and the service was not too badBut the price the owner called to give was totally different from what was on the price listA short extension for 400 aedNever heard of such before (one of the design is removed btw ) just within a dayIt’s a normal nail but ridiculous priceWould never recommend this place to anyone👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
