Everyone is very nice. The service was just perfect. Barbara and Rahil did my nails pretty. And also my hair was done pretty. I do recommend. I gave 3 stars because of the quality of the sticky nail they got off and broken 3 times! But they got fixed at the salon. Still I had to to go twice after I got them done!

Today I have done my deep cleaning facial from this saloon, guys its amazing the lady named Rachel her hands are having magic. It was a bit painful when we were taking out my white and blackheads but I feel so fresh and calm after that. She even gave me a little massage at the end. Im happily satisfied and for sure will be visiting again. They are having offers also must visit guys.

They are professional, but Barbara is in another level she pampers you and make you feel wonderful. In addition, the work is very good with very original and detailed designs. I recommend it 100%.

I had so much fun with these beautiful girls who helped me leave feeling beautiful too!!! Friendly! And “ a speaking spanish!” Was fun also with some staff. And so pretty shop. 5 stars 🌟

Their service is pathetic. I called before coming and made an appointment. My sisters and I just wanted to get simple blow dries. We were 3 person. When I called they informed me that they had 2 hair experts, so one of us had to wait and we were fine with that. However after coming here we saw that they had only 1 staff and was running back and forth to complete our work. In between a receptionist came and started doing my hair and even burned it. I came to get my hair done because I had an event in the evening. Not only I waisted 2hrs here also got home with burnt hair.On top of that no one ever apologised once.PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

Brilliant service. The best so far out of all my visits to other salons for lashes. No itching, no crying. Very comfortable and relaxing 😌. Staff very fringe. I will definitely recommend.

The salon infected me with fungus. Later they offered a refund, but never returned my money or paid for the medical treatment.On 29/08 I booked gel manicure and pedicure, and a shoulder and face massage. I paid extra for rubber base as convinced by Barbara, for more durable effect. After doing the nails, I went for a massage and it was simply a nightmare. The “masseuse” took me to a dodgy corner on the back of the salon, and started violently applying entire fists of cream on my face, cream getting inside my eyes and my nostrils. I tried to ask for more gentle moves, but she kept going without any sensibility. The bed didn’t have a face holder, so when I was laying face down, she put a big pillow under my face, bending my spine. I was totally stiff as she massaged my back. On the next day I had a strong pain and couldn’t move my head at all. I informed the salon- they said she should not have touched my back at all and apologized.Two weeks after my booking, the gel on my nails started lifting on the sides, destroying my natural nails. Of course I was not going back to that salon and removed the gel somewhere else. It turned out that there was fungus under one nail- probably because of lack of salon’s hygiene, or wrong gel application. I texted the salon, sharing a photo and AED 100 pharmacy bill for antibiotics and spray. I expected them to at least take responsibility and cover the medical treatment. They ended up offering a full refund of AED 356. Two days later, they… refused to pay it.I have used beauty services in the UAE for years, and this has been by far the worst experience. Lack of professionalism in such places is simply dangerous to people’s health, so I am ascending this complaint to the authorities.

I went for the hair botox treatment.PROS:I am happy with the result, and the cost was affordable! Rare for Dubai as I had researched and been quoted up to AED3800 for a full head of hair botox. The staff were welcoming and nice. Because my hair is damaged and thin, I was nervous about the treatment. They were reassuring and took their time combing out my hair to not damage it further.CONS:I would have appreciated a more clear consultation before beginning the treatment. For example, I had to ask a lot of questions about the steps, rather than being told upfront. In the end, it took 5 hours which I was not prepared for.Additionally, there was no briefing on after-care, or possible side affects of the treatment. I was shocked to learn mid-treatment I cannot get highlights for 6 months after the treatment. This is frustrating as I had scheduled highlights before an important event in September.When my stylist was busy with another client, I was turned over to a clearly untrained professional to seal the product using a the flat iron. She was pulling and tugging on my hair, and keeping the iron in one place, burning my hair. I had to stop her and another employee helped who had more skill and was lovely!Overall, I would recommend if your looking to get hair botox on a budget.

I recently visited INCOCO STYLE SALON for a haircut, and unfortunately, I left extremely disappointed with the results. The stylist completely disregarded my instructions and ended up cutting my hair in a way that was nothing like what I had requested. the cut uneven and sloppy.However, instead of addressing my concerns with professionalism and empathy, the staff responded with dismissiveness and even defensiveness. It was disheartening to encounter such an uncooperative attitude when all I sought was a resolution to the botched haircut.To make matters worse, the lack of accountability extended beyond the stylist to the management. Despite expressing my disappointment, there was a distinct lack of willingness to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation for the subpar service.In addition to the poor haircut, the disrespectful attitude displayed by the staff further tarnished my impression of the salon. I left feeling not only dissatisfied with my appearance but also disheartened by the lack of professionalism and customer care demonstrated by INCOCO STYLE salon. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend INCOCO STYLE SALON to others, as my experience was marred by incompetence and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction

The place is nice. However, in less than a week the gel that they made for me in the photo that I attached to the opinion began to lift. I went back to get the guarantee and that was it, but again after a very few days (2 or 3 maximum) it was getting up again.
