I got a voucher as a gift for a VIP service and after confirming with the saloon and sharing me voucher I booked. All the services were completed when they ask me for the voucher and then tell me “ expire I need to pay and solved it myself with cobone”. Completely unacceptable. Sharon was ver unhelpful and rude to me as a customer, she argue with me for this instead of solving the issue. Overall cheap place. Not coming back . Bella was nice to me , lovely facial, massage and maybe just need a bit more experience on nails. Thank you Bella

Exceptional service. I opted for the VIP package with additional foot spa.Mavey was good with the foot spa she was able to remove all my caluses 😂.Manicure and pedicure was good they had variety of colors and sharon was good, she didnt nick my skin.Facial by was good i felt like my face was thoroughly cleaned 😂The massage by bella was great the knots on mu shoulder was taken care off

Today I visited the place, the staffs they did very good job. First one lady washed my hair and then I went for Moroccan bath, she cleaned me very well. After they did hair dry also nice. Then massage ( strongly recommend ) the massage lady very professional and powerful. She did my full body from head to feet. And then face clean, I didn’t check if that mask is gold mask 😆but first they deep clean my face and then put mask, like normal treatment. I feel 179 dhs for this 3 hours is very good price. And the end the receptionist also gave me a small gift. I think I will come back again for massage 😆 very good experience

Had a very good time with the friendly staff mishi (Pakistani lady ) and a Filipino lady who did my manicure and pedicure . Both are very gentle, professional and sweet .I told them I have an interview , and they did the manicure accordingly. Which was very good gesture .

I visited today and had a lovely classic manicure. End result was neat and clean looking nails. Ms Joy was very nice and she gave me a hand massage too which felt really good. She also showed me around the parlour which is a really neat set up for facial, massage, Hammam etc. Am looking forward to going there again 👍🏻

Mishi and Sharon and Maffe are very professional ladies with hair, nails, and massage, I highly recommend these 3 ladies. They r very polite and professional.The saloon needs repair to get more clients.Thank u ladies

The massage manicure and pedi was horrible. The facial was a bit relaxing but the lady didn’t remove the whiteheads on my face. She was instead telling me to book again another time. The package of 179 is a waste

I was so happy having a beauty procedures from Indulgence salon. Staff was very polite and professional. They made everything on super night level.Especially Michi , massage therapist was amazing 🤩 I enjoyed too much. And she knows how to make professional massage 💆‍♀️. So definitely I recommend this place

I bought 3hrs VIP package on this saloon. I visited them Sunday to experience the service, the staff who did Hamam to me is untrained, instead give me scratch on my chest which became itchy and give me discomfort.The lady who did my facial did not even use the steam and no mask used.Massage is absolutely disappointing.I will never recommend and will visit this saloon.

Very nice ambience, clean parlour. Love the staff Miss. Mishy had done the waxing and was really good. Leah did pedicure and she was great too. It would be really good if this parlour starts with their own promotions and offer. I have to wait amd rely for offers on cobone , in the store they dont have much offers

The lady Misha is very good In massage. I felt very relaxed after the massage. The manicure and pedicure service is good as well!

Worst service everThey are looting people with 179 aed package and showing 3 hour serviceFacial was done just for 30 mins with 2 face pack of 15 min eachMassage was done for 40 mins only that lady who did speaks alotAlso Pedicure they try tol upsell some heel package I said I dont want soon and they told we dont have scruber for your feet

The whole experience was amazing I really enjoyed the hammam and especially the massage by mishi she was very good at her job and extremely humble and sweet I’ll visit again for sure :)

Worst service ever, I will report to UAE police they are just looting customer, I want my refund at any costThey show 3 hrs service in return just basic we have to chase them to do this that, gold mask and product were not use, only basic cleaning message not worth the money I wrote them email no reply I want resolution for this worst service

They called to confirm my home appointment then 2 mins later call to cancel. Absolutely unprofessional!
