INFINITY LADIES BEAUTY SALON

I booked for a eyebrow threading and maniped appointment. They were responsive on whatsapp which is good. I was not satisfied with my eyebrow threading as it wasn’t a light experience and my eyebrows ended up thin which I told her from the start to not make it thin. My maniped experience is not good, I told her to make it short but she just filed it, I can still see the cuticles not removed completely. For pedicure, she could’ve forgotten to scrub my feet if it weren’t for her colleagues who mentioned it and did it by the end of the pedicure. My ingrown toenail wasn’t even removed and I didn’t even hesitate because she looks inexperienced with pedicures.I came here to relax but I was stressed the whole stay. They told me she is new and I can see she’s trying her best but I am not satisfied with the outcome, I had to fix it at home.The place is affordable but I don’t think I will return to this salon for another appointment.

Its was an amazing experience I did my Mani pedi done..from.lynith and suh... It was great. I did my Hair styling from iram. I got a great deal from them.. very nice ambience.. clean.. and good staff and polite I suggest every one should go and experience your self with an amazing service 😍😍😍❤️❤️

I got a super cute henna done from Hira, who was very professional and available, as I didn’t have an appointment and she served me right away.They use organic henna which I think it great and her designs are personal and original, plus she adapted it to my taste, so definitely recommended!Also all the staff was very nice, smiling and welcoming.I share some pictures of it while still drying.

BEST POCKET FRIENDLY SALON IN DXB WITH Got my full hair braided and took their exciting package .. the ambience is very nice and relaxing, from Moroccan bath to facial everything is very professionally done with amazing staff.

I got burnt in my armpit while waxing, not professional for waxing, it’s been 4 days but still pain and redness and my under arms getting dark. I had my biking wax at the same time she did it in very rush and not proper clean waxing. So disappointed.

Very good value for money specially deals on groupon. Erum and habiba are very good professionals for your services . Specially for hair eyebrows. Guaranteed satisfactory results

Its a decent salon. I got a gelish mani for 86 which is relatively cheap. The nail tech was serious and did an okay job. She barely removed my cuticles though, which is very important because I have naturally small nails (I told her to remove more but she ignored me). If you have naturally long and nice nails I’d suggest this place.

My Go- to place for all my salon needs. I have tried and liked the service for hair, nails, face, Massage, Moroccan bath, Waxing, Henna.. I would recommend this place without a second thought. The staff is professional, polite, friendly and ensure that i enjoy the desired service. The offers and packages makes the salon budget friendly too. I look forward to visit this salon for all my future Pampering needs.

My mom have been into this salon & my mom had one of the best experience she ever had. My mom would really wanted to recommend one staff who works there and her name is ERUM she is a great all rounder, such a kind & a humble person in that salon. I really appreciate her hard work, honesty & kindness towards the customers.

My haircut experience with them was really bad.. i mean who cut the hair when it is full drained in water. I could not realise the length and even she did not wash my gair spa cream properly from my hair.. i came and wash my hair and their was do much foam in it..extremely disappointed.. please don’t use their services.. better to do it at home… well they checked the length after my hair was fully drained in water.. i asked the haircut lady twice can she dry the hair a little to make it clear to me to check length but she keep on insisting me that no hair needs to be wet. Well I understand wet hair is necessary to be cut but not completely drained in water as i just came out of wash and also the service was not at all satisfactory… These needs to change their staff and specially the lady who cut my hair. She was not at all trained in haircut. People go to parlour to get the job done nice instead they just did the job as if i have done it myself seriously. And well hair needs to properly washed to get the chemicals or any type of creams out of the hair. Just to make it softer for the time being you just leave the chemicals in hair not done at all. I would never visit you guys again and would never recommend to anyone as well. Hopefully you guys improve a little

Very lively staff and makes you feel very special and welcoming. Joanne is very passionate and goes out of her way to give you the best result. Habiba did my eyebrows and I simply loved it . All the staff are very talented and professional. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend this place.

It was a great makeover!! My hair totally have excellent job for color and highlights! Their Hairdresser is jolly and professional. My nails pedicure and manicure is also got a makeover, excellent nail technician. Recommended !

Salon has good offers and packages, ambience is also good. But Facial and massage was pretty bad. The lady is very nice and sweet but not skilled or trained properly. Morrocan bath and hair services was better.

If you want to get pampered!! Infinity beauty salon is the anawer, they treat you like a princess. I have always found the best services special care to each and every person walk in there. If there was minus star for the awful service I would really give it a minus 5 ... absolutely terrible experience. I left the salon running away from the lady who did my hair , not let her completely ruine my hair .I literally left with orange roots color and dark brown at the bottom ... ugly would not describe how my hair looks now . If I had the time I would really file a law suit against them after damaging my hair like that . Horrible experience and would not advise anyone to go there .

Loved my facial with ERUM and my mom did her hair treatment with her as well. Lovely results. Do come and get anything done from ERUM she is really an all rounder and also takes good care of her clients. Love ERUMs work.

Very worst beauty saloon.Staff are not friendly and very rude.They put extra charges for every service they do.Beautician are very serious and not even smiling.Not recommended for any basic services also.worst rated saloon and charging too much of peoples money.

Very bad mehendi , the color disappears within 24 hours of washing off and she charged 160 just for one side of both sides of my hand , pathetic service

Worst eyelash extension I have ever done. My eyelashes look Clumpy and the glow is so apparent.
