Such eco-friendly and different services - for different situations - I am very pleased!! Many of my friends recommend this salon for ladies!A large list of body wraps for body correction! There are so many different types of teas and coffees !Delicious sweets and types of water! Great company!!They give both beauty and a wonderful mood !!

This is the best nail salon that Ive ever been to. The ladies are friendly, patient, and highly technically skilled. Alina is an absolute artist - I love coming in with different design ideas and having her help make my nail dreams come true! Im always ready to show them off to my friends and family, and I get compliments everywhere I go. Also - shout out to the ladies at the reception!! Super friendly and professional, they set a high bar for customer service.

I wanted to give 5 star to Olga who did my facial deep cleaning, she is really an expert. very gentle and friendly, i feel like she has this positive aura, i slept during the session. she is an expert.and to the person in reception. i was not able to get her name, but she is doing a great job, she is pleasant and friendly, i wish all salon in dubai are like these.and for the interior of the salon. it is amazing. clean and pleasant, just relaxing.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with the talented hair stylist, Hashem. He worked a miracle on my lifeless, dry hair using the Tokyo Inkarami treatment. Hashem is incredibly attentive and a true professional in his craft. I also want to give a special mention to the excellent massage therapist, Guzel, who provided a fantastic experience as well. Highly recommend both of them!

The worst absolutely worst manicure I ever had. The technician is very stubborn she insisted on doing things her way I asked her not to put hard gel yet she insisted on adding hard gel although she mentioned my nails are thin which added more damage to my nails which I had to pay for at the end. While filing I asked her to use the smooth buffer as this is harming my mail yet again she insisted and showed off by sharing her years of experience in doing nails which in this specific situation showed lack of maturity and professionalism. Now to the worst part the way she cleaned the cuticles and skin, she over did it and removed even skin from under the nails leaving me with sore fingers and it’s been already serval days and the pain is not getting any better. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Now I can’t can’t wait to remove the nail catastrophe to see how big is the damage of my nails which she already shortened more than what is requested.

I got my gel manicure done by Natalia. She was superb. I’ve got super sensitive cuticles and this is the first time I’ve had a manicure done and felt no pain during or after the appointment. Usually, people end up cutting my cuticles but she was amazing. The manicure in itself was beautifully done and well worth the prize. I’ve already recommended the salon to various friends and they will for sure be visiting as well :)The staff was super lovely too!

Where do I begin… My first experience with InstaBeauty goes back to 2019. My first time manicure there was with Zarina. At that time I was only asking to do regular manicure with normal nail polish. For some reason she decided to file off the top of my nails’ surface even though I didn’t need to prepare them for gelish or any kind of extension 😱 when I stopped her and asked why she’s filing my nails this way, she said the reason was to make nail polish last longer. Whatever she was thinking, got distracted, forgot, she didn’t acknowledge the mistake and just destroyed my nails. The manicure itself was good. But I did not come back there for a year I think.Second round. I am back and become regular there for quite a while now. Followed them to new location. Different technicians, normally services are between good and excellent depends on the day sometimes not so good but whatever. Eventually was booking manicures with Zarina exclusively.Time to mention I use Emirates Platinum discount. Literally for years now. Every single time.At the times I want to keep my nails long Zarina would offer to add an overlay to make them stronger. The advice from her was to do it every other month. Eventually she stopped even asking to put it and I would only know about extra 70 or so dirhams at the counter when paying. Annoying but with discount wasn’t that painful and I would always pay extra to tip the girls.Day before yesterday my normal appointment. This time nails max short. Only at the counter I found out that I don’t have a discount + for whatever reason I have an overlay on all my nails that are so short I can go learn to play violin if I want tomorrow.Upset beyond words. I was a loyal regular castomer for so long, advertising them to all my friends. Turned a blind eye so many times on their screw up’s. And you guys trying to overcharge me in such an ugly way. Could not communicate your updates. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

Iv been doing my lashes foxy style with Aleesa and she is amazing. I love love love my lashes! I travelled and came back 2/3 wks later my lashes are still great. Highly recommend the place for lash extensions. She takes her time one by one to do them and they are beautiful. The only thing id recommend is get some headphones to lsn to music because it takes 2 hrs and a half + its a bit noisy, its not a spa you know its a salon perfect clean perfect service ladies are wonderful and the prices are great.

I had deep cleaning facial with Elena. It is the best and most thorough deep cleaning Ive had and my skin was radiant and never been looking so good. I would recommend to anyone. I also did hair treatment which made my hair sooo smooth and nice looking. I really warmly recommend this salon. But take taxi if you can because parking is a big hassle.

I just regret not knowing this place earlier. I went there first time for eyelashes extension. Then me and my friend went again for manicure and pedicure and I was impressed. The manager Lisa was accommodating and friendly as with all the staff. The salon itself has a beautiful layout which gives you the sense of relaxation. Highly recommend

This was my first time at instabeauty salon, I really liked the service and thank you Miss Elena (the cosmetologist)she explained what was needed for my skin and suggested what would work for me, she was really sweet, kept mentioning the products use/ benefits applied on my face and what products i could use in future to maintain it. I was in this salon in mid-October, at first I was satisfied until my nails began to grow, and I began to notice a strange color of the nail on my big toe. A month later I went for a manicure to my master in Moscow, she removes the coating, and my whole thumb is covered in fungus... which I am now treating. For the first time in my life, I was “given” a fungus in a manicure salon... The master was Elvira, and now I remember that she DIDN’T OPEN the manicure tools in front of me, as they do in other salons. Therefore, girls, be careful and check what tools the master uses during a manicure...

I would like to thank cosmetologist Olga.Firstly, Olga has magical hands. They work wonders, just a few massage sessions and I really see that the oval of the face has tightened, the skin has thickened, glowed, the swelling has subsided, and even the permanent bags under the eyes have decreased. I liked the atmosphere in the salon, the tea was delicious, the master was polite. But she cut her little finger so deeply that it was painful to wash her hands, and on the fifth day not everything had healed yet, photo on day 5, it wasn’t healing very nicely, and the little finger was red along the edges of the cuticle for so long. I wrote to the salon on Instagram and recommended salt baths)

I would like to leave a review about the manicurist Fatima! She is always very attentive to the process and makes wonderful designs! The manicure wears well, nothing breaks, no cut fingers (although I have very thin skin, especially on my little fingers). I recommend it to everyone!) I’m sharing a photo of the latest design)

I have been living in Dubai for 5 years and this is the first time I am writing a negative review, the manicure and pedicure they gave me was so terrible.They forgot to cover one nail with topcoat. The pedicure didnt take long, all the gel came off. Worst experience ever. They promised to give me a discount next time, I sent photos of evidence of poor quality work, but in the end they stopped responding on Instagram and WhatsApp, and did not accept me for the next appointment, although they promised.If you value your time and nerves, never go to this salon, there is a beautiful picture on Instagram, but in reality everything is different. They do not respect their clients and ignore them while publishing stories.

They will cancel your confirmed appointment and send you a notification 15 minutes before the start of your manicure. No apology, no offer to reschedule the recording, they lie that they contacted us in all available ways - not a single call was received.Wasted time, money on a taxi and ruined the weekend. The manicure is mediocre, the administrators attitude towards problematic situations is poor. Customer focus at the same level.The answer contains the same heresy as when writing
