The nail specialist are perfectionists. The interior design of the salon is very nice, everything is super clean. It’s Honestly the best nail salon I’ve been to in dubai. Makmal is my favorite specialist she’s super sweet.

I’m really so shocked from the unprofessional service in this branch! It’s my second visit of It’s beauty branch in DIFC. Okay, if I overdue with the correction of nails, doesn’t mean, that master have to hardly-strong file my nails, break with skin one of the nail and to tell me this is my fault that I overdue with the correction and she doesn’t know what to do now 😳 but if master doesn’t know, than don’t start, pass the client to the person who knows! Usually, master informs client, that manicure was overdue for correction and we have to remove all and re-do, but not to blame client and to say, that this is client’s fault and she doesn’t know how to proceed with work , than need to break skin and nails 😳 by the way, no body offered even coffee to me. The receptionist lady, told me, that this is the best master 🙈🤦🏼‍♀️ and she sure, that if someone else from their salon will complete for me manicure, I will not be satisfied 😅🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m It’s beauty customer in Business Bay branch more than one year ! I never had any problems or issues , all masters were doing for me great job. So, I spent on my day-off on Sunday from 10 am up to 1 pm in this unprofessional branch, and up to 3 pm completed work in other Business Bay brunch with manicure (attached bellow with pink nails completed work photo). I would give 100% feedback, that in DIFC brunch atmosphere is very toxic (not only in approach to clients, but between the staff) and so unprofessional. If Managment is reading my feedback, I would really recommend to take an action, as for business perspective it will not be successful .

I experienced very poor service (DIFC). While removing the old product I was experiencing pain and they were filed super thin. The new gel product was applied uneven, the nails were super bumpy. After less than a week one nail broke in half (I’m used to wearing long nails and I do not remember the last time such damage have happened). The manicure itself also looked terible afer a few days. Not even water was offered during the 2 hours manicure and the receptionist was too busy talking to someone than servicing the client.

It was of those experience when you don’t want to go back to that salon anymore. You need to improve your technician’s skills and work on her attitude. The lady was removing previous gel 1.30 hours and cut the cuticle off until bleeding and end up with non polished nails cause the time was out. The staff was unprofessional in communication manners. I don’t recommend it if you value your time and quality of the place in general.

I recently visited “It’s Beauty Studio”, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!The nail services are top-notch. The technicians are skilled and meticulous, ensuring every detail is perfect. They offer a wide range of colors and designs, from classic to trendy.The studio itself is clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish.Overall, this Studio is a gem! Whether youre looking for nails, hair, or brow services, this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

The nails looked great at first, but after just 11 days, they started peeling off, and the cuticles hadn’t been properly removed. I booked a follow-up appointment and mentioned the peeling issue, but I was still charged. It was only the next day that I found out they actually offer a 21-day guarantee.

I went for the first time to the DIFC branch.The salon is so beautiful and aesthetic.I did a mani pedi with discount for the first visit.I really like the results of my nails!!The chairs are much more comfortable than other salons, which make the time in there more pleasant.The only downside is that there is no parking at all, so you really should go by taxi, walking or metro, as previously advised by the staff.

This is my second time visiting the DIFC branch. Every time, finding parking takes more than 35 minutes.However, my complaint is not about the parking but about the specialist, Alia. This is my second time having my nails done by her. Her attitude is always quite cold, which I’m fine with and don’t take personally.Today, I asked her for a design on a single nail for a special occasion—not all nails, just one. She asked about the design and said she would check her schedule, which I found reasonable. I told her we could discuss it at the end of the session and showed her the design. She said she didn’t have the red color needed for the design, to which I replied, “No problem, we can do it in black.” She agreed.However, 30 minutes before the session ended (with about 15 minutes of work left at that point), she told me she couldn’t do the design. I pointed out that my booking was until 4:30 and we still had time. The design was not complicated—it was just a bow. I asked if it would take more than five minutes for a single nail, but she didn’t reply. Despite having 10 minutes left to complete the nail design, she refused to do it.How long does it take to do a simple design like a bow on one nail? I’ve been doing my nails for the past seven years and have never seen a single nail design (as simple as a bow) take more than five minutes.I even told her that if she didn’t know how to draw the design, it was no problem at all. But she said she did know how to draw it. I also offered to wait for another specialist to do it later, but Alia said everyone was busy.Daria at the reception, however, was very helpful. She recommended another specialist for next time and even suggested a parking solution. I have no complaints about her—she was professional and accommodating.Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing due to the parking issues and the added stress they caused. Even though I arrived 20 minutes early today to look for parking, it still wasn’t enough.

The manicure specialists are great! I usually do Russian style manicure and that’s the place where you can get it. My nails look amazing now😍

Edited review -After 3/4 visits I won’t be returning and can leave a fair review. Technicians are extremely rough and have destroyed my cuticles on multiple occasions, exactly the same experience in the Iris Bay branch. Hands are stinging from pain for days after this service. Gel removal is drilled off so quickly and roughly that my nail bed burns and as a result has gotten very thin.

Love the aesthetic of the salon. The best salon ever, all specialists are friendly and professional. Can’t wait till my next visit💘🥹🥹

I was late for 20 min because they don’t have parking provided - and all RTA parking around is super full. They refused to do manicure/pedicure when I came 20 min late. They said if it was 15 min late - then they’d do full service, because it’s 20 min -no.That’s just ridiculous.The reason was “especially your masters need 2+ hours for 4 hands mani pedi”.My advice do not come to difc branch if you have a car.

I came at 7h45 and I got what I did not want I after 3 hours in the salon I have a red by force and then I have two layers of light pink from an ombre to a basic red I talk to the lady in the reception her name was Tania the only word she was telling le she is only a trainee and Cannot do anything about it so please be aware that if you ask for something they wouldn’t do it

It was a nightmare. Firstly, the communication of the masters and the atmosphere are as if I had come to the Svetlana salon near my home. The craftsmen are not very neat and polite. Secondly, the cleanliness is so-so (but they said the devices are sterilized, which I really hope for). Well, the icing on the cake: I just had to give up the manicure on my second hand, because my before on the first hand looked better than the after (I’m attaching a photo). It was painful, and frankly, not very skillful. I didn’t look at the pedicure, but at some point I was asked to wash my feet (why?), which I politely refused, to which I received “master master” 🤣, because I return to point 2 with questions about cleanliness, and point 1 to general vibe.In short, I came out in complete shock. With the time spent on this whole procession (which I also told the administrator about).

I dont leave bad reviews at all. But this case is already extreme, I had an appointment at 4:30, and due to serious circumstances I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, but I warned in advance, apologized and wrote that I was late. Then, the master speaks about me and says, “Is this the one who’s late?” and she said something else about me that I didn’t hear. And as I sat down, neither hello nor goodbye, they didn’t offer me anything, no coffee, tea, I just started doing it, well, I think okay, probably because she was late and angry, and in the process of removing my old gel polish she was very rude, I felt at one moment it hurt, but she didn’t care, she grabbed my hand and continued. Afterwards I told her that it didn’t turn out straight, can you please correct it? I told her twice, but the picture was the same, and I already asked her for a file and straightened the shape myself. I was already thinking, okay, I probably won’t do it anymore, I’ll stop at this point because I couldn’t do it anymore, but I still had a pedicure, and I wouldn’t have had time anymore and I had to endure it all. Then, when the time came to apply the tone, I asked her if I could see how the tone turned out, she told me in a rude tone, it’s not a color yet, I have no idea what’s going on, why she’s so angry and treats me like that, well and in the end I couldn’t wait for her to show me what color it was. I was already very disappointed that I wanted to finish quickly and leave this salon because of this master.Although master Nurzada is very good, she helped me a lot with my toenail because it was broken there, so I thanked her for her attitude, for her reverent attention.But master Zhyldyz is very rude and tactless.
