Great experience! Had booked an appointment for manicure, and luckily, there was an opening for pedicure as well that was promptly offered to me. They also treat you to a delicious coffee of your choice as they work their magic. The nail specialists were very good and quick. Also, the podiatrist offered me advice on my feet treatment. Left the place with my next appointment settled. Its not cheap, but totally worth it! Although they do some promotions for new clients. Like the one that brought me in. Highly recommended :)

I came there with natural long nails, they offered to strengthen them, put a thick layer of gel on them, and completely filed my nails down inside, I felt pain for several days because my nails were destroyed, a terrible experience, instead of a natural manicure I got cheap artificial nails, and cracks also appeared after a few days!

I was in Dubai for a layover and planned to get a manicure pedicure done during the time I had. Found this place on google as I was nearby, and they were able to accommodate me was a walk in which was nice, however I did find their business practice a little sketchy. They offered a discount for a 5 star review. In addition, they did not disclose that there were options within the pedicure like the scrub which would cost extra. They simply ask you during the pedicure if you want the scrub, and then you as the customer should have to ask if it’s included, and then they are like no, it’s so and so AED extra. Likewise, I was handed the color chart which also had some glittery colors, and when I picked a glittery color, the nail tech was like this color is 15 AED extra. If that was the case, it should be disclosed on the chart before someone spends time picking out a color only for you to upcharge for it! As for the service, the nail tech did take their time for the pedicure and it did turn out well. Was just a little put off by their business etiquette.

Awesome administrator, responsive specialists (they take into account wishes and very gently suggest any add ons). Planned to stay only for manicure and pedicure, but was happy to jump on a hair treatment and it was amazing! Great then it is some place for the flexibility ❤️

Fantastic staff, they helped me to book my last minute appointment. The technicians were absolutely amazing. The salon has a variety of colours. The service is 5 star and the coffee is amazing.

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to!The nails technician hurt me while filing my nails and kept going on until blood started coming outWhen I asked to change the technician another lady came with an attitude and was not listening to what I wantI will never visit again and I don’t recommend it at all!!

This is by far the best nail salon i’ve ever been to! All the nail technicians are extremely polite, clean and very professional! The service I usually book is the russian manicure and they last for 3-4 weeks and the nails still look so fresh. I can’t recommend this place enough!!
