What can I say.. Ali has magic in his hands. I have been coming here for the last 4 years and never have I been disappointed at this place. This time was the best of all. My hairstylist was Ali who understood exactly what i wanted without having to explain or argue or showing him a million pictures .. he knew exactly what looked good and how to get the results. Not only did he get me the color I wanted but also fixed the previous horrible lights I had from some other place.Look no further ladies he’s the man.. kind, professional and talented!

Worst experience ...will never ever recommend ..I went for a 500 AED hair colouring package and got a colouring with a darker shade than I expected ...I asked and they convinced me but, I booked a reappoinment to fix and that was worst ( adding photos ) . Colour was uneven and didnt even get coloured in the inner side of hair ...hair became very very frizzy and damaged in a week ...the person handling whatsapp was behaving very rude in an insulting manner ..when I asked for the concerned person number he was taking in a very disrespectful manner ... felt they treat people based on the race. Had to go to another salon to fix this...was great if anyone could share the number of someone from management to make them aware of the way the person handling customers treat peopleonline.They do not pick calls also.

Ali did my hair and it was beyonnnnnddd perfect ❤️I came in with dark brown hair and i wanted a reddish-brown color without bleach, Ali listened to all my concerned and managed to transform my hair into the exact color i wanted with zero bleach !! Seen an ad that popped up on my socials and decided to give Ivy and Bubbles a try. The deal seemed too good to be true. Booking an appointment was seamless and they had a separate section for ladies that are covered. The service was good and they did a wonderful job on my hair. When I went in my hair was really dry and did not look too great but they totally transformed it and got the colour spot on. They also provided a treatment for the price, so definitely great value for money. The only downside was the hairdresser did not speak English. But other then that, Will definitely be visiting again.

Had an amazing experience doing my hair, achieved the exact color & hair cut I was hoping for and I am so happy with their services and kind treatment of the staff, especially with Miss Marah! As I dont like straight hair on me Miss Marah recommended I do thermal treatment which helped my hair shine, without straightening it then cut & styled it with a really beautiful wavy blowout. I visited IVY Salon Sheraton Grand in April 2024, got 500AED hair package, which included hair colour, hair styling and hair cut.I had a really bad experience, management was super non cooperative, my skin got burnt right after the hair treatment, i am not allergic to anything, still from their products i got a really bad reaction, i contacted them right after it happened and got no positive response, i was on visit visa that time, didn’t have the time to register complaint, i tried to contact them a lot of times and they were not not willing to take any responsibility, they were very rude. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Highly disappointing!! Absolutely no knowledge and sheer waste of money..I tried hair straightening on 7th September! Although my hair is naturally straight, within 3 days after taking their service it turned bouncy ! Tip of the hair remained all same ! Utterly frustrated. Charged a hefty 700 AED for this with no results!Shall never refer this parlour to anyone and in-fact will definitely recommend against any service of this parlour. The worst I have seen in my life. Even worse than any down the street mom and pop parlour.

I came in for a color, cut, and blow dry. The stylists were nice and gave meboth decent and honest hair advice. However, during the cut the stylist reccomended I don’t cut layers. I wanted to trim the layers I already have, she suggested not to cut layers which I thought was odd but later realized it was simply because she didn’t know how. She decided to cut just the front two layers. I was disappointed when she had finished the cut and had done an awesome blowout, then insisted on curling my hair.I told her no twice, because I really do not like curls on my hair and also because we were in a rush, and I was running late. She pushed for the curls after I said no a few times saying she’d brush it out, that it’s only for the photos, and how she’d only curl the bottoms so I let her curl it. She curled the whole head top to bottom and hair sprayed it as well. I disliked the end result and was disappointed that the blowout was pointless. When I got home way later I straightened my hair to find that she blotched my layers and had used the idea of curling my hair to cover up the fact that she had cut too much hair off, and too straight of a cut.I’m not able to fix this I’ll just have to wait a few months to grow it out. Hair was done by marah. Staff were friendly, place is nice. But the service did not reciprocate.

Worst ever experience, rude female staff who did initiallymy hair colour n mask, in hurry, no knowledge. Even stated in the 500aed package not ready to do blayage/Ombre/Sombre or any good hair treatment stating your hair are too much damaged, but, surprisingly when I wanted to do with all separate treatments with separate more charges, she was ready to get done all colouring styles n treatments and at same time my hair turned not damaged at all ! While treatment she just put 3-4 strokes of some chemical n finished just in a minute time ! When I got irritated with all n expressed myself, she just said ok, ok, I will put again n then she put some more chemical. That did not give any change in my hairs. She was just unprofessional and not sincere at all with her work, just wanted to get rid of her work fast.With the male person who did my hair cut was better n sweet in talking but dont have any knowledge of feather or multi layered hair cut n initially just winded it up in 2 step cut ! Later on insisting he did few more step cuts, then some twists n curls but the look did not change at all ! It was just i had dark jet black hair colour root touch up fir 500AED ! Just wastage of time n money ! What a joke ! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Do not go here for a haircut. They cannot even do the simplest of haircuts. I asked for a butterfly cut and the guy messed up my hair (tall skinny bearded man) tried to complain about how bad the haircut was the they started ignoring me. My office is close so I thought I would get a haircut at this place and also because it had good reviews charged me 200aed and left me traumatised

Samaan was wonderful. My hair was falling apart with all the treatments I’ve been doing and literally saved the day as I had an upcoming event and wanted to look presentable. Let’s just say my hair looks fab and gone above and beyond my expectations!

Hostile environment. Staff makes you uncomfortable. Very harsh on scalp, 1-2 time resulted in pulling my hair which is so weird because no professional salon worker is harsh with their work like this. Also ended up putting too much heat on my scalp.Kindly train your staff properly, will never visit here again!

My hairdresser was some lady else at the initial who was very rude, later on Ali applied the colour who was helpful and did a good job with the colour. ( He helped me in changing the initial colour which I chose)However, they should give one staff for the entire process as each process of bleach, hair colour application, hair wash was done by different person, which resulted in different person suggesting different colours and I had to explain multiple times what I need to different person which was irritating and the entire process I was scared about the results, because different people saying different things about same colour. On top of it, they were asking us to take a decision fast because it was late evening. I went with an expectation of pampering session for me and my friend, but we both were scared during the entire process. Moreover, there was no hospitality, We were not served with water for a span of 2.5 hours even though I asked for multiple times.

The best you can ever get!Abdin was my stylist for this appointment and let me tell you - he is an absolute gem! Hes very talented hairdresser and lovely person! After having dark hair i was a bit nervous to go a lighter colour abut he nailed it! I wasnt expecting such a beautiful colour and the brilliant haircut with some layers that he suggested we do! This experience exceeded beyond my expectations! The staff there was very friendly and pleasant and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Looking forward my next appointment for sure! I hesitate to write anything negative about a business unless it is unethical , which I found my experience at this salon yesterday . Don’t be fooled by the package offering of AED 500 , you are getting nothing but a hair dye and maybe a choppy cut and an aggressive blow dry using unhygienic brushes . It blew my mind to see how they treat their customers ,shoving from person to person , dye dripping through face, and then to top it a choppy hair cut with a clipper . Their reviews for sure don’t add up .I am trying to find someone to fix the damage done to my hair . Waiting for a response

Rather pathetic service .Took their 500 AED package today & is utterly disappointed.I was guided to a room which was manned by trainee hair dressers in my case Ms Soha who had no idea what she was doing.Put a totally different colour instead of the one I chose to do.Also whilst applying it she erroneously applied it over my face , neck & top & totally ruined it. Didn’t speak a word of English, hence couldnt understand anything I told herMs Nasree who was supposed to supervise her didn’t do so or rectify the messMs Massih who took the initial consultation was rather rude and proud as if she was providing the service free of costTo top it all despite this terrible service Mr Martin(manager) who I raised the complaint was rather rude & condescending.Not only did he not apologise he also raised his voice against me & my mom whilst we patiently told him what went wrong.Super gutted with his nasty behaviourThe one plus of your service was the hair cut by Mr Shamman who also had a very pleasant demeanour.Kudos to him.Please refrain from insulting & fooling your customers with such packages & looting them of 500 plus Dirhams.The treatment & colouring was totally useless & I got an allergic reaction from it being applied to my face.Kindly instruct your staff to behave well with your customers.Also they discriminate you if you are an Asian especially Indian.They aim to satisfy only Westerners

Ive been really impressed with Ivy Beauty & Bubbles, which has become my go-to spot for hair treatments. Marcs balayage work is fantastic - he creates such a natural, beautifully blended look, with seamless transitions between the different shades. And the stylist Laiyth, who took care of the hair shampoo and massage, has a really friendly demeanor that makes the whole experience much more relaxing. The ambiance of the salon is also very welcoming with such nice staff.

She managed to fix my hair that had multiple different colors, style it exactly the way i wanted , the hair cut was perfect.. got exactly what i asked for ! long layers.. she didnt cut my hair short like every other hair dresser does! loved the outcome and result. I had a terrible experience at this salon, particularly with hairdresser Omar. He was aggressive, impolite, and completely unprofessional.In the middle of cutting my hair, he disappeared for 10 minutes without saying a word. When I mentioned that the way he brushed my hair was hurting my ears, he replied, So what?To make it worse, he was in between two clients at the same time, which clearly made him rush through my appointment. At one point, he handed over the blow-drying to someone else, only to take over again 10 minutes later. If he couldn’t handle it, the other professional should have been allowed to finish properly.Overall, it was the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend Omar or this salon at all.

I Had a very bad experience today in coloring my hair.From the start I had a feeling when Umut told me that it can be finished in 2-3 hours which normally in my long and very thick hair takes around 6-8 hours to achieve good result... I even wanted to leave and I wish I would...I explained that I want a very natural blond balayage.My hair was blitched badly at first and and after they put some color on top which turned all yellow. Its never done this way because I have been coloring my hair many times and saw how it was done in professional way.Besides i feel they burned the skin bit as well.The hair cut was finished in 1 minute nothing was done at all.I didnt feel they know how to deal with naturaly blond hair.I have been in this salon few times before.First time it was excellent experince with Ceasar. During the second visit the color was good done by Samaan but haircut was done by other person and was very unprofessional so I had to fix it on few month when it grow in other salon.But what wss done today by Umut its just Terrible!!!Honesty I dont feel they know how to deal with natural blond hair.I dont recommend to anyone to take a risk in this salon.

After seeing many positive reviews on social media I decided to book with ivy, I have thin curly hair and was nervous how they’d care for my hair.Upon arrival I was taken to the ladies section,I felt they could create a warmer, more personalized experience for their guests, as it seemed we were treated more as numbers than as valued clients. They don’t explain the treatments as you go along, I kept on asking which treatment or colour they will do as they were silent.Unfortunately while brushing, washing and blow drying my hair they were very rough and I was burnt 3 times during the straightening process. It wasn’t the calming experience I had hoped for, and I think additional training in caring for curly and wavy hair would be highly beneficial.I was grateful for the care shown by Masih, one of the managers, who was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Souha did a okay job assisting with the coloring and treatments however Soubha and Mahboba were very rough with my hair. Nearing the end of my appointment there was pressure to buy their hair kits and to leave good reviews which I found unprofessional.Overall, Ivy offers good value for the range of services provided, but there is certainly room to improve the guest experience and professionalism especially considering the high standards reflected in their reviews. I won’t be coming back but hope their services improve.

Samaan, Ayoub ceaser has done a wonderful job for my hair. a week before coming here , i had gone to another salon and they gave me a completely different color so i was very upset as it was not done well. Before I get into this, I want to say thank you to Suha for being the the only person in this salon to listen to me and actually make eye contact. Ask for her if you decide to go (though, I hope you dont).Theyre not as friendly as they seem on their reviews. Masih was condescending, unprofessional, and rolled her eyes when I spoke multiple times. I had requested for a warm and subtle balayage and I was open to discussing a shade that would look good on my hair. This shade was never actually shown to me and when I asked about it, they said that they were going for a Caramel shade. It was blonde. They gave me a blonde balayage. And then they tried to convince me that blonde is a warm tone (it isnt, and it wasnt). When I asked if they could make it darker and more brown, I just got a darker blonde. By the end, I figured I would at least get out of this with beachy curls, but I was told that that curls on short hair are not possible. Okay.Then, they tried to get me to buy their conditioner, but Masih was staring at her phone the whole time she spoke to me and I dont think she even noticed when I said no and walked away.Even if I do overlook the horrible customer service (one of their staff members was literally vaping at checkout), their products itself were not great. I did the botox and toning and my hair still feels dry. It doesnt look even remotely like what I had asked for.Basically, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Please save your time and money and dont go here.

Do NOT go here. If you want to go blonder by all means stay away. They put and insane amount of bleach on your hair, it washed out after a month and my hair was so dead, including falling out!!!! They are also so rough with how the handle your hair, I felt like I was being yanked left right and center! I’ve dyed my hair blonde many times before and never ever had it like this. They try to pressure you to buy some hair kit and give them a good review. Awful awful place. Im shocked by how many good ratings they have when they are so bad!! They do pressure you to leave a good review for them when your in the salon and have you leaving there feeling good. But then you see your hair starting to falling out and the colour fade within weeks and you realise you were scammed. STAY AWAY.

Wanted to get our hair done at a place that was hijabi friendly and accommodating due to different hair types. They had a separate area specifically for hijabi women which made me feel more relaxed and comfortable. My experience from yesterday to highlight some concerns regarding the booking and management process.Booking Team:I requested a specific hairstylist three times, but she was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate me on the day of my appointment.I explicitly requested the ladies section, which was confirmed, but upon arrival, the stylists seemed unhappy to serve me there as they were already overwhelmed in the main section.This isn’t the first time the booking team has made mistakes. In the past, they’ve booked me with unavailable stylists or in branches that don’t even have a ladies hijabi section.My Experience Yesterday:I was expecting to meet my preferred hairstylist, someone I’ve already tried and trust. However, due to the absence of two colleagues, she had to cover for their clients as well as her own.I was assigned a new stylist, Mahbooba. While she might be skilled, her service didn’t suit my preferences—my hair ended up too yellow for my taste. I’m confident my usual stylist, Masih, would have achieved a much better result.The overall atmosphere was tense. The stylists were clearly overwhelmed and couldn’t handle all the clients. One client even left after waiting for over an hour.Key Issue:My review isn’t about the stylists—it’s about the management. The booking system and client allocation need serious improvement. Clients who request specific services, such as being served in the ladies-only area, deserve to have their preferences honored without creating stress for the stylists.Final Thoughts:Masih tried to help, but even she seemed dissatisfied with the yellowish strands in my hair, which I ended up fixing myself at home. My choice of stylist doesn’t mean others aren’t skilled—it’s simply about comfort and trust.I go to the salon to feel relaxed and uplifted, not to spend the entire time tense and worried. I am updating my review here post treatment. I had taken 500 AED package that included 3 hair treatments. At first they did not get my preferred hair color right (golden brown) and re-did it when I pointed it out. I have long black asian hair. The staff who was appointed to do my hair (I dont exactly remember his name) was the worst one I had to ever deal with. No delicate handling techniques. The way he washed my hair was painful and horrible. Post wash he just pulled my hair and brushed it so hard and rough that my hair lost its shine in the process. When one of the staff ( Khalil ) saw what he was doing and that I was in pain he took over. At the end, my hair looked fine in the lighting after blow dry and setting was done. He told me not to review about the other staff on google.Just after first few washes my golden brown hair color just got lighter and lighter and turned to orange and the texture of my hair got frizzy and terribly weak causing breakage whenever I combed. It started looking lifeless almost like dry grass. I will not recommend this salon to anyone. Never, especially Indians or asians, they dont treat them right. And this salon is not for asian hair. They only take interest in Arabic and European customers.

Decided to try a new branch palms this time and made a note about the haircut still wen out not satisfied with cut and color my hair is very dry my bangs cut each side different so went back to them to sheraton branch to fix and i wish i didnt the blowdry is very weak the products dont know whats wrong with them he tried to fix my bangs and said can i cut your hair ends in a way that blends with extension but ruined the whole situation more am pissed of hair treatment was different not like always everything from a to z is a bad experience!

Unfortunately, my visit this time was quite disappointing.I have about 70% grey virgin hair and specifically mentioned that I did not want to dye my grey hair. I also explained that I was looking to cut my long hair short with curtain bangs to get rid of the old color and keratin treatment (from four years ago) on the lower parts. I requested an ombré or balayage that would blend with my natural hair color and leave the grey untouched.Despite being clear about my wishes, nisreen dyed my hair dark brown, which I did not want and which doesn’t suit my skin tone at all. I also didn’t get the short haircut with curtain bangs I had asked for. Instead, she gave me a straight cut, which was not the style I had envisioned.This was a really disappointing experience, especially because I had a great first visit in 2022 with a different stylist who did an amazing job. Unfortunately, today’s service did not meet my expectations at all. I left feeling frustrated and unhappy with both the color and the cut.I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve their consultation and service for future clients.

I had a very good experience with the salon. It was my first time here and Abdin was extremely professional, patient, informative and fast. He understood the concept of what I wanted with a single reference image and executed the vision to perfection. 10/10 would recommend.

Amazing and friendly staff, Marah was the lady who did my hair in the hijab place of the salon. She advised me honestly and recommended treatments for hair before doing the hair color. Definitely will be a regular costumer inshallah

Abdin was amazing! I wanted a light hint of colour to my black hair and being a novice to the concept of Balayage explained what he was doing and furthermore explained how to take care of it. The staff were super kind and friendly as well! Would recommend a visit!

The hairstylist ghaith was good with handling of the hair and very particular with details. I had balayage, treatment and haircut. Booked at 9am and finished around 1:30 😮‍💨 They were overbooked for sure, attending to multiple people at the same time. The whole thing took longer than i expected and it was frustrating at times.I asked for a particular color but they did not have it; they had limited colors to choose from. But the color still turned out ok. A bit concerned that the coloring was done on the washing station and so quickly so im not sure if the color will stay after i wash it at home. Will update on this.——Update: in just a few days my hair color turned to orange and my hair is course and dry. The treatment was useless and the “balayage” wasnt really balayage. It looks like orange highlights that needs more toning. I am disappointed coz the hairstylist seemed to have potential and knew what he was doing. Maybe something went wrong during the process. I have to go to another salon to have my hair fixed. I do not recommend. Maybe try their other branches. Or another salon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. In June 2024, I purchased a 500 AED package that included hair coloring/bleach and a blow-dry. After the first wash (using Tresemme for colored hair), the burgundy color I chose faded completely. When I raised the issue, I was told it was due to my color choice.On my second visit, I opted for the same package and discussed my previous issue with Samaan, who assured me that the problem would not recur. Unfortunately, it did. After just one wash, the olive color I selected faded, leaving my hair back to its bleached yellow/reddish state.When I returned to the salon to address the issue, I was informed that they only accept complaints or offer free corrections within 10 days, and I was asked to pay for any further services. At this point, I decided to leave without further treatment and as you get the same results as a temporary hair color spray if you need temporary or invest in another salon for hair colors.Also the way they handled this complaint was unfortunately so unprofessional literary a day before I explained the matter after their advice to book I came on my appt the Leader asked me to chat again on WhatsApp with booking team replied after an hour lucky I was already setting in another salon**Advice for future customers:** While the hair color might look great initially, I suggest waiting until after your first wash to form a final opinion.**Positive note:** Laith does an excellent job with blow-drying! Highly recommend him for that service.

Not a hair service review but a customer service one. When they asked me to bring 500 in cash for my appointment the next day as if I pay by card I will be charged 2-5% extra, I replied to say this is in fact illegal in the UAE (charging extra for card transactions), they responded saying I’m only paying 500 not 467million! I find this response very dismissive. Regardless of the amount, adhering to legal standards and treating customer concerns with respect are crucial for a positive experience. I hope the establishment reconsiders this practice to ensure compliance and improve customer service. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and went somewhere else.

To say that this place is a value for money is an understatement. When I walked out of the salon, I had a feeling I was given something precious for free. I am a UAE resident and nowhere in Dubai have I experienced anything similar. My team were George and Umut and they did an absolutely amazing job. Well done guys, bravo! I visited today at Ivy Beauty and Bubbles Sheraton grand branch. I had a great experience here. There is a girl named Marah, she did a great job. She handled my hair gently and she made sure that her clients went home completely satisfied. Will visit again.
