I highly recommended this salon, my first experience with IVY beauty & bubbles was amazing. Mick was so accommodating, I wanted to thank you to George who made my beautiful hair more than I expected and to Khouder who cut my hair perfectly I just shown to him which hair cut and he did it! Also thank you to Gabriel to who did the final touch of my hair to do the blow dry 🙂. Happy client, happy life definitely go back.Good job! 🌟Here’s the before and after.

I had an amazing experience at this beauty salon in Dubai! My hair had grown out with dark roots and yellowish ends, but they transformed it with fantastic coloring, a great haircut, and a perfect style. The service was top-notch, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I felt truly pampered. I’m so grateful and will definitely be coming back!

I’m gonna be super honest here. In short, I love my hair! But I left thinking I didn’t like it. The lighting inside the salon made my hair look pinkish for some reason.. but I didn’t say anything and I just wanted to leave.I got in my car, looked at it in the mirror, and realized it’s completely different in day light! I loved it.George Nadour did exactly what I wanted! I wanted to keep my natural hair color but just add some color to it that would create a nice contrast / give it dimension.I showed George a reference picture and he did a great job! Also the whole team is so friendly! I just hope they do something about that lighting 😅

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the salon left a very negative impression. I had an appointment with George, arrived on time, spent 100 AED on a taxi, and found out on arrival that he wouldn’t be available. No one bothered to inform me in advance.The staff at the salon couldn’t clearly explain what result to expect. When I asked to see examples of similar work, they told me to search on Google, which is absolutely unprofessional. It’s obvious the salon has photos of their own work, but they didn’t provide them to me.My hair color is simple (base #7), and the base was previously corrected at this same salon. The result should have been clear and predictable, but instead, I encountered rude behavior. One staff member even said, “If you don’t like it, leave.” I had to chase the hairstylists just to get any attention, and I was humiliated as if I was asking for something impossible.This was a completely opposite experience compared to my first visit, which was pleasant. I deeply regret the time, money, and effort wasted. I do not recommend this salon, as they clearly do not value their clients.

I recently visited this salon and I couldnt be happier with the experience! Ghazal and Nanouh worked their magic on my hair, and the results are amazing! Ghazal listened to me carefully and understood exactly what I wanted and she also gave me valuable advice. Nanouh was equally fantastic, bringing so much positive energy to my visit while styling my hair beautifully. Huge thanks for them! The salon itself was clean and relaxing. Ill definitely be returning for my next appointment!

I came in with already highlighted hair, but with about 8 months worth of regrowth. So i was about to be back to a brunette lol. I have been getting Highlights for 10 years now and let me tell you MY HAIR NEVER LOOKED THIS GORGEOUS. Dear Emrah, you got a pair of magic hands. I don‘t know what this quy has done to my hair but i now have the most beautiful hair i could have ever asked for. It is the perfect, natural looking, champagne blonde all over with perfectly curated highlights. The haircut is so nice, with wonderful layers such as my hair now falls so beautifully. I will most definitely come back.I sadly cannot show a before and after comparison, but my regrowth looked horrendous. I have the aftee pics attached though. Thank you Emrah once again

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly.I had the pleasure of being styled by Hashim and Darek, both of whom are exceptional at what they do.Overall, I highly recommend this salon, especially if you can book an appointment with Hashim or Darek. They truly elevate the experience and deliver outstanding results!

Went here for a haircut and balayage. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ayyub. As my hair is really thick, it took two people to do my hair, but saved me so much time! Was really happy with the outcome. Will definitely go back again if I ever visit Dubai again.

Ive never loved my hair more until I visited Ivy Beauty & Bubbles The Palm. Alex did such a beautiful job! He listened to what I wanted and gave the best color and styling suggestions based on that and my hair condition (at that time). Hes really amazing at what he does! Rest of the staff are friendly and kind. Will definitely come back!Updated Review (1st Sep):Back for the 2nd time at Ivy Beauty & Bubbles (Palm Jumeirah) -- Yousef assisted me this time. He was fantastic and made sure the new shades blended well with the previous one. Great customer service experience as always.

Not worth it at all. First of all, they dont offer any color selection. My roots are way darker than my original color. Also, I got a rash from the hair color. When I informed my hairwash guy, he pretented to not know english. They tried selling me product and when I showed my rash, they didnt even bother to care. Also, today was my first hairwash after treatment(done 2 days back), and hair is same(as they promised that it will last 1 month). Very cramped up place and multiple people do one service. Not worth more than AED 50(looks like an old barber shop). Not water bottles, serve water in cups.

I colored my hair before and I didn’t like the color shade. I came to the salon and George fixed my hair and colored it the same color shade that I want which is dark ash brown. He was working on my hair about 4 hours unstoppably, taking care of my hair, coloring it, and washing it. The color turns out perfect and so suitable with my skin tone. Ali was so good in doing me a blow dry. Overall the salon is luxurious, and their staff are professional and welcoming.

Great hair salon. I came across it by chance, but I was sure I wanted to go to the hairdresser there before I left. I had a balayage touched up and my hair was mainly colored. What can I say, great hair salon, good service. The staff is attentive and friendly. My hairdresser Alex was unbelievably great. I was very happy with his results. He took a lot of time and really looked at what looked good on me. The price-performance ratio was absolutely top-notch! I would definitely have paid more for the result in my home country. I can highly recommend the hair salon. Especially if you want color. They are real professionals there. I can also really recommend Alex, my hairdresser at the time.

I had a great service with Alex today. He listened to my requests and did a great colour treatment and cut. The salon felt relaxed and happy, the team seemed happy to be there. It was the first time to try Ivy after mixed results at other Dubai salons. I’ll definitely go back and would recommend to others.

I have availed the colour package in IVY Salon. Loved the treatment and the colour. my hair got a new life. All the services were done by George. He is amazing in his work. Quick understands your choice and works perfectly towards it.

The salon was slightly chaotic probably due to the promo they were running (while I had also availed). But the staff was pleasant and Karolina sat down and talked me through what I wanted for my hair and what the recommended hair treatment would be. She took me step by step and was thorough. I wanted to keep the length of my hair and she did that too :) Charlie did my blow dry and he was also just as friendly.The salon is ambiance is not relaxed but that’s ok because they get the job done well! I def would recommend them.I also want to add that I appreciate the customer service who did my booking. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate my changes in my appointment slot. It was also helpful that I was asked what my expectations were so the salon already had an idea of what I wanted and were prepared accordingly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!I got my hair done in the palm branch and I asked for highlights and to be a brighter blonde.When I finished at the sink, they blow dried part of my hair and it was green and grey, they then brought me back to the sink and put something else on my hair and it was still green. Then they brought me back to the sink for the third time, at this point my scalp was sore and red from all the chemicals. They finally blow dried my hair and it turn out to be ginger, which is not what I asked for.I asked to be blonde and I am far from being blonde, I am darker now then when I came in. I was so overwhelmed and done we the hole progress as I was like for 4 hours, I paid and left.My hair is two tones some are greeny/grey and some are ginger. My hair now is so damaged from all the chemicals they put in trying to fix it but they couldn’t fix.I am extremely unhappy with my hair and now I’m stuck like this and they will not give me a refund for the extremely bad job they did on my hair.PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON

I visited the salon last week for the first time and did not regret a minute. Charles made amazing work on my hair, fast and very professional! Despite my roots grew a lot, he made highlights so well that you wont notice the difference. The product he used made my hair more alive and fresh, which is very rare for me to find as my hair is long and thick. Staff is very pleasant, from a lady on WhatsApp who made my appointment to each and everyone I met in salon. Definitely recommended and I am definitely coming back! Thank you all for amazing experience!What I could recommend- instead of paying aed 50 parking in salon to validate ticket, you can buy coffee or juice, basically anything in any coffee shop in Marriott and just validate your parking ticket there.Highly recommended and u will be happy with results!!

Absolute disaster from start to finish. Not only did they ruin my hair colour, but the staff were also rude and dismissive when I tried to address it. Zero professionalism, no accountability, and clearly no respect for their clients. If you value your hair and your time, avoid this place at all costs.They ruined my hair with bleaching and try to fix it with a washable colour. When I told them it was very damage here is the reply. Making jokes about my situation.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a Global Hair Colour 500 aed package, but instead, I was only given a root touch-up and treatment, which took nearly five hours. Despite our agreement for Global Hair Colour, the staff later denied it and claimed that washing the root colour made it “global” – a complete scam.Communication was a major issue as most staff didn’t speak English, making it impossible to clarify expectations. Additionally, the staff seemed in a hurry to leave because it was Friday night. I was told after the wash you are good to go, no follow up on full colour, hair cut the things mentioned in the package. The lack of professionalism, miscommunication, and substandard service made this one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. Lesson learned – avoid these cheap deals.

My expectations for this place were a bit low as this deal seemed too good to be true however after getting my hair done its safe to say this is the best my hair has ever looked. i am more then happy with my hair and definitely plan on coming here again. Charlie did an amazing job 🤩

I had a great haircut and hair dye done by Darek - I simply love it!!!! will be back and I recommend his service to everyone!!!!EDIT i must say the service here is very inconsistent. I have thin Eastern European hair. They need to be cut in a certain way to look good. Today I went to another stylist and had problems to communicate. I think he never cut such hair before. My fringe now has some lengths form the old hair cut and some new. Doesn’t fall naturally in the right way; it just looks weird. The cut is amateurish. When I tried to explain, the answer was he can cut it wether short or long. I think there’s more to that, you need to adjust the cut to the face shape and hair type. The rest - colouring and the rest of the experience was fine but the discussion about the fringe was frustrating. I did not feel listened to. The customer service offers free fix within 10 days but no flexibility in terms of timings they offer. I did not hear even a word of apology from them neither. I can not walk around like that for 10 days and I’m leaving the city tomorrow so I hoped they can accommodate me for a quick fringe fix but no. I don’t recommend this place at all. When things go south you get the worst customer experience.

The amount of care that went into my hair and getting the image that I wanted was outstanding. They listened to me but also provided their professional opinion to transform my hair. They are so sweet and I cannot wait to go back again. Let me tell you, when I saw the finished look, I was fighting back tears of joy, because they made me feel gorgeous. THAT is how you gain a forever client. P.S. I was falling asleep (I went straight to the appointment after my night shift) and my lovely hairdresser gave me Red Bull.

I was thinking to give it a try for the offer of 500 as it sounded too good. Well it was too good to be true. I have showed a picture of what I want and the color came very far from the picture. I have informed lady it was way too dark but it was already late to fix it. Latest the same day I have contacted ted salon asking when it will be safe for the hair to try to fix it again maybe at the different place as I can not handle the results. They assured me I have nothing up warty about as they run 10 days free fix policy. So when I came to fix it lady told me I did not show her pictures (they can check cameras of theft have to see I was showing her pictures) and it’s not her mistake and she did exactly what I have described and now if I want her to do anything there is another 300 to pay. I felt very upset as from the beginning I already did not have trust at the salon and was going to fix it at the other place. But they have made me to come for a free fix just to tell me it’s not their mistake and ask additional pay?On the pictures you can see what I have wanted and what have been done. From what I see the result is absolutely different from what have been expected.

Little update..They RUINED my hair!!Do not recommend AT ALL.I have been there a few times and the last time a came i had to complety CUT my long hair (which they didnt cur straight btw...)They sold me products who actually are not good for my hair.1000AED to end up with a disaster i have know to pay more than 10k to save my hair.. adding extensions.BE CAREFUL.

Charlie, saved my fine thin blonde hair. I came for highlights, and he refused to do it as my hair was soo damaged. Instead he did the oxylock plasma treatment and gave me a super modern cut. I cant recommend the guy enough. Really love my hair and the cut. Charlie is a gem!

This is for the blond hairs. Please read the comments and choose your hairdressers yourself as some of the Ivy team does not know how to deal with client requests. However, I sent a message to the booking team, and they assisted me in rebooking the service for free of charge. So, the second time they booked with Charlie, he did an amazing job and did his best to fix the colour with less damage because I would need to blitch my hair for the second time. Attached is a photo of my braid after the first hairdressers job, which had four different colours on my head, and the second one after Charlies job.

Bad experience with the saloon hairdressers, although they were polite, with good professional way of talking and behavior but one of the hairdresser failed to manage my as he didnt handle my hair gently at all, throughout the process he pulled my long length hair too many times despite of telling him to be pls gentle as its hurting he didnt listen. I am literally having a pain around my scalp due to hair pull. I am not sure why he was like that probably in a rush to leave or it is his way of doing haircolor. Also he left a mark around the edge of hair of color. Visited saloon with lots of expectations but didnt turn out positve or good.
