I went to the salon asking for a balayage, but they applied bleach all over my head, including the roots. They burned my scalp, and my hair completely broke off. They tried to fix it putting colour on top but my hair ended up looking streaky, so they had to bleach it again, burning my scalp even more and completely ruining my hair.Actually my hair are orangeThis is embarrassing

I had the best manicure experience here! The staff was friendly, professional, and truly skilled. They took their time, making sure every detail was perfect, from shaping to polish( Ask for Hiba). The salon was clean and beautifully organized, creating a calm and relaxing environment. I left with my nails looking flawless, and the results have lasted much longer than I expected. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-quality nail care!

I am writing and I am very sorry for what the salon is like now. In the past, the employees were wonderful and you felt that they were serving you from their hearts, but now it is the opposite. I always do manicure here. Location is nice, relaxing view and price is good.And most importantly manicure master Karen is the best. Super fast and very caring. She knows well about nails, she is top of the top master.Thank you so much 🫶🏻

Got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded, and a pedicure with Anita. Simply the best - very happy with .y experience. Anita is friendly, skilled and takes the trouble to make you feel comfortable and look good! Highly recommend this Salon and Anita in particular!

I visited this afternoon for nail extensions and Karen the nail technician is amazing, she is so friendly and is incredibly talented at what she does.I have been in Dubai for 6 years and have worked in 3 salons myself and nobody’s work has been as good as hers!The salon itself is nice, the nail area is small but clean and tidy and has a really nice view of the city.Looking forward to my next nail appointment!!

Amazing nail service done by Karen! I initially came in for something else that would have caused damage to my nails but advised me to take a good decision, and made me feel super comfortable as soon as I entered.Thanks to Karen, I am super happy with the results and will be coming back again for sure. HORRIBLE SERVICE. its so bad that they dont even ask you if you liked or no, because the answer is obvious. I told the girl that she made the nails in one hands shorter than other, she just ignored it and didnt fix it. Cuticles horrible.Nails look so cheap, messy and ugly. I left the salon already booking another one to fix it. I really dont come back or recommend it.

Got french Chrome nails..Absolutely Loved it..They were good professionally, hygienic and render exactly what you ask, very happy with their service.

In chat they give you a list with prices, however after you finish the service they charge more, i won’t go back anymore.To answer you: I have on WhatsApp chat:hard gel refill 150 aed, new set 200.I did hard gel refill and I was still charged 200.I like the nails but you need to be more clear with the prices. Hammam Bath (2/5)Won’t recommend anyone to book the AED 150 Hammam Bath offer which is all over Instagram. They don’t add the images of the place the Hammam will take place in, instead will only show the most picturesque spots. It’s far from realty.Very small place for the scrubbing service and no bathroom pods to take a shower in. If 2 women want to book together - they must know they’ll be seeing each other almost fully naked and one will be waiting around for the other’s service to finish, drenched with soap and water.We were not offered tea/ coffee or refreshments after the treatment. No moisturiser or oil was applied which left a burning sensation after all the scrubbing.Other than the fancy Dxb view, didn’t find anything nice here. Unfortunately did not take pictures to support my argument - wasn’t planning on posting this but IG can be so misleading.

I regularly get my nail extensions here. Absolutely love the service and the result that we achieve! Special shoutout to Karen who always gets me the perfect result!

I was tempted by all the pictures that were posted from this salon, however, it was the worst service and nails I’ve got for the past 8 years of doing nails.-Fingers bled-When I stated what was wrong about it, I have been corrected that this is the way ombre looks like.-Bubbles were formed, esthetician was informed, problem wasn’t fixed-Nail polish part chipped within 5 daysThe WORST part was when I was paying, the lady asked me for my feedback, I only mentioned that 2 of my fingers bled and 3 of my mums’ as well. No apology was made, instead, she said “it is normal”. I said “ this is normal to you?”, and she replied “ yes, it is normal”.Anybody who likes to bleed and possibly get an infection, this salon is the place for you.( bad service is included too)

I loved the pedicure and waxing. Anita did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend her.But it’s a big NO NO when is came to manicure. The artist Samira. She literally finish my 2 hands gel polish within 5 mins and in a hurry to go for her phone. I wasn’t gonna post a review but I still had wounds that is hurting so bad even after 1 whole week which made me do this.

I had a terrible experience at the salon today. Their Instagram advertised AED 100 for nail extensions without color and AED 100 for a gelish pedicure, which sounded great. When I arrived and inquired about the cost of a French manicure and gelish, I was told AED 200 and AED 150 respectively by the Vietnamese technician. She assured me I didnt have to decide right away as the job would take 2 hours and that I could decide later and started on my nail extensions, which were decently done but she cut my cuticles too much, causing minor bleeding.Afterward, I opted for just a clear top coat instead of gelish, as the natural pink acrylic powder looked good. At checkout, I was charged AED 150 instead of AED 100, apparently because the pink acrylic powder costs more than clear. It turned into an argument when I questioned this discrepancy, with the staff blaming me for not asking beforehand, which I found unreasonable.The situation escalated, and I was confronted by four staff members, including the rude woman at the counter, the lash technician with an attitude, the nail technician who worked on me, and another named Karen. The atmosphere became unprofessional, with comments like if you dont want to pay, Ill remove all the extensions.On a positive note, the Nepali girl who did my pedicure, possibly named Anita, was exceptional and very pleasant. Despite her good work, I wouldnt return to this salon and wouldnt recommend it to others due to the poor customer service and billing issues.

I have been doing my eyelash,and nail extensions for 5 years and this is by far the best professional salon I’ve ever had. Neat, bright, and long lasting. They never failed to make me satisfied❤️ everytime im in love more in my nails. Professional staff, good service,easy to book appointment.

Anita was excellent, she took her time and ensured I wasn’t left with burns post wax. She salvaged the day with her efforts and care.I had a manicure with Samira and honestly not sure who on earth allowed her to use tools and scissors. She butchered my cuticles and that was about it. There was no cuticle remover used which I thought was a plus, but then went on to burn away the dry skin with a file and went ham cutting off all my skin. My manicure was torture and I’ll pay the price for weeks to come.Pretty disappointed with thatBut definitely recommend them for their services and offers; just avoid Samira if there are tools involved in the process

Not very satisfied with the outcome of my gel manicure, the technician was kind but the quality of work was not up to standard as compared to the usual salons I visit. The base colour used was not of my skin tone and they did not have other shades. I was disappointed with the service as most of my cuticles were cut very harshly and it wasn’t pleasant. The technician was apologetic but I wouldn’t go back again due to my experience.

It was my first time here, the salon is super clean, friendly staff and are very good at what they do. Roula did my eyelashes, after hunting for a long time it was a painless experience the lashes are fluffy and super pretty. Karen did my acrylics and the ombré is beautiful. Anita did my manicure and also a beautiful result. I was in and out quicker than I expected! I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

And it felt thorough but honestly I consider it bad that Lady didnt explain and was silent all the time though I said it was My first time, she seemed rushing to do all steps and to finish. I was also offered to take with me the glove she used to scrab me and then on reception girl told me that I have to pay for this glove extra 20 AED - this is ugly to do and I already paid extra 50 AED to dry My hair after bath. I was not offeredti any tea after bath

Went there especially for gel manicure and normal pedicure, though wanted to try Moroccan bath but unfortunately its not working and it will take a week to be fixed.Roxy did my gel manicure and i loved her attitude and suggestions.Edith did my pedicure although i felt could have used more scrubbing but she was brilliant in filing and cleaning nails.Both were professional and edith even removed the ingrown cuticle which was paining a bit.I used groupon so it was a pretty amazing deal.A bit far but would definitely visit again.Tanya on the reception was friendly and warm.

I did my lashes with Atena her work is super delicate and amazing. And my lashes didnt get damaged at all and are growing. For nails i did with Samira and she was awesome she exactly did the nail shape i asked for and previous nail techs could not do that at all.

Disgusting attitude from Rola! I felt humiliated as a client. I contacted them yesterday to fix my lashes as it was done too heavily and it literally hurts my lids. I initially asked for a classic one but she said volume is better. I then explained to her what I actually wanted and how my eyes are droopy etc which I thought she understood. That time I’ve booked 5 types of services from them so I was really tired. When we finished I did check the lashes but was in a hurry to do the waxing appointment so didn’t really get a thorough look. Reached home, checked, only then i get to realized it’s too heavy: anyway, contacted them and asked me to come today at 11. I went, Rola came and talked to me in a full blown attitude. Tania was there, she was nice. Told me if I want it all removed she will give 50% discount which I agreed at the end. We were about to start when Rola starts speaking with Tania aggressively, I don’t know arabic but I definitely understand some words. It is disgusting how she acted that way. I’ve been working in hospitality for years, but I’ve never seen such attitude. Really disgusting attitude. The way she talks to me maaan, I don’t know if it’s because I’m Asian, as a client I was more diplomatic than her. I left without fixing my lashes.

I booked for hammam, manicure and pedicure and visited the salon during my visit to Dubai last week. The hammam bath was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 👏 The best that I have had so far. My skin was glowing afterwards and I didnt feel like using soap for a few days after to allow the oils seep in for maximum effect. The manicure and pedicure was great also.

Cuc nail specialist did my nails extension. She is very attentions. She tried the first time with acrilic, and I did a natural French manicure. The second time with hard gel to see which product would last longer for me.Price is very good compared to other places.Saloon is petit but comfy.Valet parking in the hotel is available.I would recommend this place if you wish for nice nails at an affordable price and location.

Please do not come here. I had the worst experience at a nail salon in my life. I was told they can’t do the design I always do at my usual nail salon because my toes are “not nice”. It took them 2 hours to give me a pedicure and they still couldn’t give me a simple French manicure. They made the shape round when I asked for square, there was nail polish outside of my toe nails and they couldn’t give me the French shape I wanted. I was told to wait 10 minutes for the manicure, I went to the bathroom and the lady doing my nails came in twice asking me to hurry up in a rude way. During the manicure, she cut me on two of my nails while removing my cuticles. Also, the lady doing my hair was talking about me in Arabic thinking I don’t understand what she’s saying. Overall horrible experience, go anywhere else.

Have been doing my nails, mani pedi since 1 year by now, Cook is amazing and meets all my requirements and requests. Tanya is best with booking an appointments and very punctual. Roxy best pedi master, was struggling with ingrown nails for quite some time and Roxy always fixes this issue.Best people , became more like friends than salon masters

The best was Asma, the lady who do the Moroccan bath there. I called to ask if I can book Moroccan bath for 2 at the same time they confirm the same. When we reached there. They took both of us to the same room with the same lady, without even notify us or check if this is acceptable. When I asked Dania , the lady in charge there ,she said that how our clients like it here 😳 she didn’t even apologize neither find it an issue. The worse place ever. Will never recommend it to any one. No changing room even, everything need to take place at the same 1X1 m area. The photo used in the add is not related at all to the place there.

Worst service ever. I have never had such a bad manicure experience before. The specialist was aggressive and hurt me multiple times, and when I complained, she even blamed me. She was doing everything in a hurry, without any care. I finished the service full of pain, sores (even an open wound) and the next day I couldnt even pick up a pen or write on a keyboard to work.When I tried to share the feedback with the salon, they still said I was overreacting and that it shouldnt be anything serious.Worst service and customer service ever, I dont recommend it!

Literally so unprofessional, don’t get me wrong the ladies were very sweet but the nails look awful. The gel was so lumpy and uneven and the residue after filing was still under my nail after she cured the gel. My nails look awful, never coming back again. Please provide proper training for your staff.

Amaizing Marrocan bath!! Very happy with my new haircut!!

I wanted to put zero but couldnt find it so I put 1/5!Let us start by listing my concerns:1- they posted a picture for the morrocoan bath totally different from their reality. In the picture, the room looks big and it can accomodate 3 persons easily while in reality it is super small and not maintained! It can only accomodate one person!2- when you enter to the room, you smell something bad! And note there is no place to change and wear your swimsuit even! Not to forget that they dont even provide towel and in case you dont have a towel you get a dirty one!3- when I booked, the receptionist never mentioned that we need to pay more for the “liffa” else they will use the same one used for the past 100 customers!4- the room for the massage is super small with bad smell and even when I requested to turn off the light, the lady replied that she cannot as it s the same button for the bath room so if she closesthe light it will be off in the other room!Super weird!5- the receptionist never mentioned to me in the phone that I need to pay 5% additional if we pay by card! So better to be prepared to have cash.As for the personel, the moroccan lady doing the hamam is strong and knows what she is doing. However, the lady doing the massage has nothing to do with massage. She was only touching my body !In summary, super bad experience. Not recommended at alllllll!

Orribile experience.I follow the instructions online and voi the appointment.Then I follow an extra procedure to finalize my booking put my credit card data up to I receive the confirmation message.They cancel the appointment on my arrival saying the girl finished her swift, and they don’t accept booking on line, it’s clear wrote on there instagram.In the end no nails done, only money spent for taxi and a lot of time.Since the place look and the rude staff in the end I’m happy they don’t touch my hands

I had a Moroccan bath here and it was excellent. The lady used many scrubs and did an amazing job scrubbing washing etc. The placeis also brand new and very clean, friendly professional staff. Highly recommend and the view is amazing!

It is my first time to visit Jadore Beauty Salon, definitely, it wont be the last time. It was a great experience from the booking stage, prompt response, appointment was made in a professional manner, details were explained properly.We were at the Salon on time , great welcoming from the receptionist who directed us to the waiting area than escorted us to the Morrocan bath room where we met Asmaa, genuine, kind, funny and dedicated lady kept us entertained and satisfied each step of the way. We have been living in Morocco and i can say that this Moroccan bath was a flash back to the authentic Moroccan Hammam i used to have back in casablanca.Anita offered a good relaxing massage after the Moroccan bath and been nice and smily from the start to the end.I will definitely come back and i will recommend this Salon to my friends.Looking forward to try other services.

I did the Moroccan bath offer plus wash and blowdry. Asma who was performing the Moroccan bath was such a lovely woman. She scrubbed very good and was great at what she did. Good and authentic moroccan bath items were used as well. Definitely going to her again.

The most authentic and amazing moroccan bath! Went there with my friend and we were impressed wit the authenticity of the hammam! Asmaa was super professional and we had various treatments during the bath. The skin felt amazing after and we felt brand new! Can’t wait to go there again! Totally recommend it for an authentic and pure hammam!

The worst salon ever . My sister and I did our lashes in this salon . We did not wash them for 2 days . The lashes failed in the first week .The management did not respond to me message even .does not recommend it at all . Waste of money and time .

In March my mom came to salon with package which included haircut, highlights, blow dry and treatment for hair. Salon in general looks nice. But the service provided was horrible. Osama did for her all services without haircut. Spent in salon almost 4 hours. The color he did was not as desired, he damaged her hair as after highlights he put 2 times toner as the color was awful. He damaged as well expensive T-shirt while he was coloring her hair, and when we showed him the T-shirt- he made himself as if he doesn’t understand that it coz of his coloring. When it comes to payment Osama didn’t even want to reduce the payment coz of damaging T-shirt even didn’t offer any free service instead. Shame on providing this kind of service! Attached as well T-shirt from front and back after his service.

I Went for the morrocan bath today at this saloon and am in love so far with their services, i was like 10 minutes earlier and the bath room was not ready so they offered me a free bedi and mani, it was a nice proffesional move and all the girls are lovely and welcoming.the morrocan bath it self was so satisfying, the lady scrubbed me so well,she took her time and after that she scrubbed me with many differnt other masks for face and body, all i can say that its very proffesional, clean, and organized, i will defenatly visit them again very soon.

A bit too expensive and the job wasn’t that good! I asked a baby boomer but the shadow was terrible I had to ask different times to fix some nails and not even after 3 weeks 5 of them are broken!

Not satisfied at all. I did gelish manicure, after two days all the nail polish has come off from almost all my fingers. It supposed to stay at least for 2 weeks… I sent them a msg with photos as proof anyways

Don’t recommend this salon , as I been here and the lady who did my nails she used a nail filer and removed almost all my nail , my nails are chipping now and cracking and it so weak I can’t even scratch my head , and when I complained they have the nerve to to say the don’t do refunds. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The manicure was not like the picture I showed at all. And it took me 4,5 hours for a mani and pedi. No one has time for that. Very overpriced too.
