We made an appointment for 3 mani pedis with no wait times. She assured they would be staff available to take us. When we came back for the appointment i waited for around 40mins while my little sister waited for the same amount of time but with her feet soaking. Only my twin was attended to. When it came for my turn, the owner attended to me. She did a manicure on me that wasnt even worth $10 talk about the hefty price I actually paid. I only asked for gel because my natural nails are quite long. She filed my nail very unevenly and when I pointed out the obvious incongruency, she denied it. The paint job is also pretty amateur and is already chipping after only 3 hours. I wanted her to add a sparkle top coat to my nails but she said they had no such nail polish so I had to have it plain yet later on I saw many sparkle top coats which my twin pointed out but by then it was too late. While doing my nails my feet soaked in nothing but lukewarm water. And then another woman came to scrub it with no soap or product. Just water and scrub. Later on, when they were attending to a local next to me, I saw her tub fill up with bubbles. I pointed this unfair treatment out and the owner took about $2 off of the $59 total 😒. My little sister also never got a manicure. Just a pedicure because as the salon began to fill up with locals, they kicked her off her chair and claimed that we never booked 3 mani pedis, but just 2 mani pedis and 1 pedi. 😒 it was obvious they just wanted our tourist- centered business and did not give a damn about us aside from our money. Im sad because I thought getting my nails done in Dubai would be great but it was worse than any 1-star salon in the Bronx of Detroit. What a waste of money and they ruined the shape of my natural nail. The reason Im even giving this 2 stars instead of one is because the woman who attended to my twin sister, her name is Christine I believe, is the only person who did a wonderful job and seemed to care about us as customers. The rest of the staff, especially the owner, kinda sucked. Not worth the money to be honest. I suggest you go somewhere else if you want a good experience where the people actually care about you and not just getting your money. Especially if youre a tourist. Dont waste your vacation time and money here.

I stopped by to ask about prices. Then decided to do a full face wax because the salon looked very quiet. I TOTALLY REGRET MY CHOICE!!!The lady who did my face didn’t even wash her hands or wear any gloves. She literally dusted my face with some powder and just started waxing. No tissue to cover my shirt or hairband for my hair so of course those things were covered with wax also.What scared me was that she started applying the wax in large amounts over the left half of my face. Not in small patches-this was literally an entire mask of wax on the one side! And then she used the wax paper used for legs or bikini to pull the wax off. She was just tapping it and ripping away. When I cringed from the pain, she just laughed. The left side of my face was throbbing with pain.Then she started the right side of my face with the same method of madness. Covered half my face with wax and began ripping it off in huge chunks. I literally thought she had peeled my skin off at one point. I was in tears with pain. She claimed I had a lot of hair that’s why it was painful, which I know was not true.She then decided to apply betaphane cream or something similar on some spots. But she was rubbing so roughly, it made it worse. On top of that she suddenly noticed some spots that needed more wax, which she applied over this cream. And again ripped it off with the strips. She had to clean my eyebrows, which I’m not even sure she did right because she never showed me a mirror to check.By that time she was squeezing the last bits of cream from the tube. Then she brought cold water in a spray bottle. Put a paper towel over my face and sprayed it. I was so relieved when she said khalas that I jumped and ran out of there. Even had trouble paying as the cashier didn’t know how to use the card machine and she didn’t have change.I got home 15 minutes later and got a shock of my life to see how swollen and patched my face was. I had to cool it off many times with a fan and rose water. I could barely sleep because anytime something touched my face it was painful. The photos are after 8 hours but one can still see the redness and swelling.If this does not improve, I will be reporting it to health authorities! Such people should not be allowed to work without proper training or care for the customers well-being.Unfortunately there isn’t a negative rating here. But I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awful customer service. they dont keep their word on appointments and will have you waiting for an hour.dear tourists, they prioritize locals and will give them your appointments Right In Front of You. run far and fast

Very disappointed, I dont recommend it!!!!. They damaged my nails and they broke soo deep and super painful… now i need minimum 3-4 months to get at least normal nails

I had keratin protein anti frizz hair treatment from this salon, they said this treatment will last upto 6 months but within 20 days my hairs was back to previous texture. when i called salon for retouch, they kept on delaying saying that their owner is not in town. Pathetic post customer service, I will never suggest anyone to visit this salon

Very disappointed, so If you ladys need go there to take off your gelish nail extensions and manicure - I dont recommend it!!!! Lets start with the fact that if you dont know how to do it then dont take the booking . They damaged my nails and the next day they broke soo deep that they started bleeding and were super painful. Complete suffering and on top of that I pay for this pleasure.

Very bad customer service I called to book a morrocon bath they took my nb and said that they will call me back but they didnt I called again and they said come at 4:30 after an hour they called saying due to the delay of other customer they said they want to delay my appointment till 4:40 then they called again saying that they want to delay my appointment till 4: 50 or 5!Very Unprofessional

I dont put 1 star as the job was easy (just hair trim) and done normally but the problem with salon is that their master neither speak or understand english. I went there twice and both times I was served by hairdressers that had no idea what Im telling them. The only person that speaks english is the admin, I guess, who describes the employees what to do

I have never seen a salon that did not respect the customer. I had the most expensive bathroom in my life. I did not respect me. She works in the bathroom and the owner of the bathroom did not respect me. I have never seen a Moroccan bath in which 20 minutes took me out of the bathroom quickly because there was a customer behind me. I advise you girls, do not go to the salon because the treatment is 0 and on. I paid 50 dirhams for her and the loofah. I had never paid 50 before wishing for the loofah A dirham wasted on another in the bathroom, and God is Almighty
