Ugur is one of the best hairstylists in Dubai. I trust his recommendation completely as he has the skills on transforming hair beautifully. He is a true professional! I was absolutely thrilled with my hair results and get compliments all the time here in Amsterdam about how beautiful my haircut and hair colour is. I will come back on my next visit to Dubai.

This is such a hidden gem, I went to the saloon for regular blow dry work for my birthday, but I was in for a surprise! I decided to do some highlights in the front and full hair color and the hair stylist Yusuf (the Turkish hair stylist) did the greatest makeover I ever had since a long time ago, he is extremely passionate about his job, very knowledgeable and educated about all things hair. I am just pleased to meet such experienced hair stylist with huge passion to make a positive change. Will be visiting again very soon!

Yusuf Rako Ağar is absolutely the best Turkish hairdresser in the UAE! He gave me a perfect haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His skills and attention to detail are unmatched. Highly recommend him! 😍❤️❤️🇹🇷🇦🇪

Total rip off, doesn’t do the colour what you agree to and not at all recommended.I’ll share the details after but first in a nutshell, here are images. First = my hair from a while back which I showed and clearly told I hate this and don’t want this yellowish colour at all, second = the chocolate caramel balayage colour we agreed to do for my hair, and third image = the yellow blonde he did which i had stated multiple times before starting the process and even during that i DONT WANT THIS.Highly disappointed!!!!!!! And I mentioned this when I paid too. And they asked me to come back another day for a “free toner” to fix it, but I don’t trust their masters skill at all.Also, they don’t mention during booking that the cost of AED 700 is only of the colour product (which is barely 2 small scoops) and then they add 300 for toner, 200 for application, 300 for even normal blow dry? and so on and make it AED 1800, and then don’t even deliver the promised results. Neither was what they did a “balayage” not was it caramel brown because they didn’t even use any hair colour, just bleached my hair blonde and applied toner. I asked many times and they couldn’t show which colour, just the toner.Big rip off and basically cheated me of my money and now i have to go somewhere else to fix it.

I went to this salon with the most damaged hair desperately. First of all the salon is such a nice place for self care. The services are high quality. I get my hair done by Ugur- he did his magic on my hair and now I cant be mor happy and satisfied ☺All The staff were gentle, friendly and very polite to me.Prices are also good! Much recommended.

Rako Yusuf is the absolute best! I came to get my hair toned and trimmed, it had gotten very light in the sun. Rako looked at my complexion and knew exactly with tone would suit me the best. I was staying at the emirates towers hotel over the weekend when I asked them a suggestion for a place to get my hair washed and dried and they recommended this place to me. Though my first time here, I was impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the hair stylist Ugur and the hair assistant Janet. They both made my day and I was so happy with the results. I got my hair re colored n cut as well and I was totally blown away by the results. I would highly recommend this place to all.. I m surely going back again.

Not only me, everyone is complimenting my hair now and expressing how much they love it. Ive been to Jetset several times already, and couldnt be happier with this place, its definitely become my go-to salon. The atmosphere is clean and professional, all staff is just lovely and Indira has nailed my haircut and color every single time. This layered cut is a bit rare nowadays so its amazing to find a stylist who listens to my awkward description and still does it perfectly. The semiperm color products they use last for so long without frying my hair, its really impressive. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality!

So I found an amazing salon! And no this is not biased, just really had a wonderful experience ❤️I saw that a lot of people are recommending Ugur, how talented he is and how satisfied clients are with the results.I’ve been planning to color my hair and was contemplating to go darker (jet black) or to go darker with highlights. Ugur suggested since my hair is healthier I should just go with balayage as any other color fades after a few months and he explained thoroughly that you will always need to retouch it unlike highlights that turns amazing in time. We went for a chocolate coffee balayage and I SUPER LOVE IT!! + availed their milkshake treatment & had my hair trimmed to remove the dead ends. Rose helped and was very gentle with my hair!He also gives you a bracelet that has an evil eye charm - fun fact, evil eye bracelets are better when given from another person :)Planning to always come back here and get another treatment. Definitely recommend Ugur and this salon 💯

Ugur colored, cut and styled my hair at the salon. Very enthusiastic and passionate about his job, he listened to all my asks and went above and beyond to make it happen exactly the way I wanted it. Minerva washed my hair with care and attention - by far the nicest hair wash ever. The products also smell super nice.Now my cut and blow dry:I have had my hair cut pretty much all over the world but have NEVER been satisfied with it afterwards. My hair is long, thin and has no volume of its own so I just assumed thats the way it will be forever until I met Ugur. I have no idea what he did but I knew I was in good hands when he came out with what seemed like his precious tool box of scissors. Oh my God, with just one hair cut my hair looks fuller, healthier, longer (ironically), and full of volume!!! I LOVE it. I have washed and dried it myself and still love it.Just went back for another blowout though because Ugur is just that good, just amazing!Perfect service, products, know-how, 10/10.

Ugur is hands down, the best. He has a ton of experience, almost as much as his passion for hair and style. Not only can he do an artistic and dynamic cut but his color skills are phenomenal. As an American, receiving hair cuts in America, CA, NY, OR and abroad in Europe with premier and expensive stylists- Ugur is debatably better. He’s kind and careful as well. You just don’t get this combination of skills in prestigious salons even. Of course, after my experience, I would say he belongs in a better salon. Some of the assistants were slow to respond or get tools/sprays/plug-ins (some of that could be language barriers). If you want something boring and basic, he’s not your guy (although let’s be real, he would excel at that too). If you’re looking for a fresh look, a quality cut, an artistic hand and a gentleman, book. Honest pricing as well was a plus.

Ugur has been coloring and styling my hair over two years…. His work is meticulous and tasteful. He cares for making sure the hair is not damaged. As opposed to other salons - stylists he doesn’t try to sell me 100 products but ensures I know how to maintain my hair. If you want an honest and genuine stylist who knows what he is doing…. ugur is your man!

Loved my haircut here. Shawki was lovely and took so much care and precision in cutting my hair. I have very short hair and usually get the sides cut with clippers and not many salons have hairstylists who can manage that for women in Dubai, so this was a precious find.

Froude! Froude! Froude!I was tourist in Dubai and I wanted to do highlights my hair. Then I contacted to Jet Set Hair salon at Emirates Tower location. After that he sent me packages on my instagram account where I selected AED 750 colour packages, I have proof of chat. But after done the highlights he charged from me AED 1700 and gave me excuse I did this, I did that which I did not asked him to do this. Unfortunately, I can’t do anything at that time because I was tourist there. So I recommend to everyone please don’t go in this salon. If you want to go then please give charges first and say I want to do only this.

First time to this salon, and had no recommendation for a stylist. My stylist was Naji and he did a great job. I have long, dry, highlighted hair. I explained I wanted a trim to help my hair grow and my bangs to be fixed. He did a wonderful cut, and made sure that my hair will look great down and in an updo.

My sister and myself had come in for a trim and bangs. I had asked my stylist for his opinion on what would look good on me as I wanted side sweep bangs but he decided it wldnt look good and just trimmed half an inch off my bangs, which by the way did not make any difference. I went somewhere else and got it done shorter which actually suited me. For my sister , the stylist cut her bangs in the most uneven manner. He clearly did not know what he was doing and this mishap was not worth the price we paid for 2 senior stylists. I will be writing this review where more people can see it so they dont make the same mistake. Go for hairwashes and blowdries here but dont trust these stylists with the task of styling your hair.

Very nice and courteous staff, the boss knows what hes doing, so expertly the price of 780 euros is justified. The next time we are in Dubai between countries my wife will want to go back there. The last time my wife was so pampered was in Singapore.
