I’ve visited several nail salons in Dubai, but this one stands out as the best by far! The balance between price and quality is truly exceptional. The team has a great attitude, their work is meticulous, and the salon itself is stunningly well-decorated. The atmosphere is perfectly tailored to give every woman that much-needed “me time.” A big shoutout to the owner—what an amazing woman! She has clearly poured her heart into creating such a wonderful space. Highly recommended!

Great experience at Josephine’s with Narie. Had a gel manicure and she was quick, filed nails perfectly and made them look natural. The salon is super clean and beautifully decorated.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. While my first experience was good, my second visit was far from it. I arrived a bit late, and the technician who started my pedicure had an unfriendly attitude and didn’t offer any basic courtesies, like water.During the pedicure, she cut my toe, and it started bleeding. To my shock, she didn’t disinfect it or address the situation properly. Later, while I was waiting for my nails to dry, I messaged the salon through WhatsApp, only to see the technician who was right next to me reading the message. She glanced at my bleeding toe, called another technician, and didn’t even bother to acknowledge or speak to me about what happened. They neither have a receptionist.Only after that she put fucidine.This lack of professionalism, hygiene, and basic courtesy is unacceptable. I trusted this salon based on its good reviews, but this experience has made me question their standards.

If youre looking for the ultimate relaxation met with the luxury of speed and topped off with quality excellence, Josephine is your salon. The ambiance is beautiful, embellished with hanging roses suspended overhead. I was so delighted by the decor which put me in an instant state of relaxation. I have just moved to Dubai a few days ago, and suddenly I urgently needed a manicure due to some imperfections and breaks caused by my move. I found Josefinas Salon online, which had excellent reviews, I made a call and Josephine personally told me they could find a spot for me today. It seemed almost too good to be true, and the service was fantastic. Its not just the color, the quality of the materials, the care, skill, and professionalism that impressed me. Josephine explained that they use something to strengthen the nails. The service was magnificent, restoring and even strengthening my nails. Highly recommended!

I recently visited this nail salon that had a pretty interior and a promotion for a mani and pedi that I saw on Instagram. However, my experience wasnt great as the Filipino lady who did my nails didnt do a very good job. Unfortunately, the surface of my nails wasnt even and it was quite visible. This was my first time at the salon, and while it was an okay experience, I dont think Ill be returning.One thing I would advise the salon to do is to inform their clients beforehand that the more complicated designs on their Instagram can only be done by the owner and not by the rest of the staff. This would help set realistic expectations and avoid disappointment. 😊

I’ve had a wonderful experience doing my mani pedi at Josephine’s nails salon. The location is easy to reach, the salon very elegant and comfortable, the girls are nice and they work really well. They have a promotion going on now gelish mani/pedi for 300 aed. I will come back, thank you girls!

This salon is incredibly cute and girly. The aesthetic is perfect if you want a girly and relaxed pamper day. I was very impressed with both Janette and Joséphine who did my nails. I got a gelish pedicure and Janette was a perfectionist. She also made nice conversation with me during my treatment. Josephine is an expert at what she does. My French manicure is perfect. I will definitely be back to this gorgeous salon. Lilla who works on the reception desk is also extremely friendly and welcoming. I was given water and a coffee on arrival to the salon. I highly recommend their home massage service Raha by Josephinenails . I usually don’t enjoy massage, and this one was a gift from my husband. To be totally honest I wasn’t expecting to love it so much that I’m now planning to have it regularly. The massage therapist was very nice, calm and professional. She removed all my stress and nerves and gave me a state of tranquility and peace in an hour. Loved it. This was the most relaxing experience I ever had. Totally go for it, you won’t regret.

We booked a home couple massage. It was incredible, we will be re booking them soon again. My husband doesn’t usually like getting massages but he really loved their massage and loved having it at home, because then you don’t have to drive anywhere afterwards. We recommend their services very much!

I did mani and padi were good however my low rates for not providing water hose toilet which is not about respect it’s a must in my country ! They said it got damaged and not replaced so far ; they need to inform customers in advance and install it as it was not there at all .

Worst customer service ever!I have texted them in whatsapp to book a pedicure and insisted to get it from someone very good in pedicure since I am picky when it comes to that.Pedicure is a sensitive case at some people and I am one of them.The booker told me that is very scary what I request and that i am traumatised, so would better go to other salon.Thats the most unprofessional and stupid approach ever, since is not the case and there is too much non sense here.After complaining about this terrible approach, offensive as well, she told me I took it wrong and that they are fully booked, therefore she suggested me to go to anther salon, which is a lie, since indeed I have requested for a pedicure today, but also told her can do it tomorrow if the professional in pedicure is busy today.Afterwards she told me that a manager wants to talk to me, only after I said I would pass by to discuss with her manager about that.I dont know if the owner is aware about the unprofessionalism of his employee, but now she or he knows about that and I strongly suggest to train them well before passing them this responsability, when first impression and approach are most important.I would never come back to them for a booking, even though the salon is next to my house and already told her that if the pedicure will be as expected, will come back for manicure next week.Dissappointed.

Came here to get my nails done before my wedding and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the results! They really took their time perfecting my nails and made sure I was happy with every detail. Theres no easy way to say but I have to talk about this.This was the second time I visited this salon. When the first time, the nailist (Shes from Tunisia) hurt when processing my cuticle, so I told her to do it carefully this time. But it happened again. Please look at this. Blood is coming from the root of my nails! I dont mind that she came to work 15 minutes late, but this is terrible. She should be trained, and I think its better for the owner to know this.

I chose this salon based on the reviews. The salon looks lovely and the staff are super friendly and nice, but I was not impressed with the quality of service. Im used to paying higher price for a premium service, (We did not have Josephine, but her staff)-My gellish nails are have to come off after less than 24 hours with no accidental force/abrasion.-They accidentally cut my mother in laws cuticle that it bled, they said it was because it was her first pedicure and I reassured her as not to scare her. (But actually they also cut mine that my toe bleeding too, and they were trying to cover it up, despite stinging it massively with antiseptic wipe), I get a fresh pedicure very regularly and this has never happened to me like that.- I had a brazillian wax, the girl struggled to get the hair off with the first pulls, I held the skin for her, I let her finish even though it was still patchy and parts not touched, there was no check with with tweezers after either.If the salon charged cheaper prices I would say it was satisfactory. But they charge a bit above for an extremely average service you get at price competitive salon. Ive had better at budget places.

Best salon for nails in Dubai, not just that, they have many other services. Josephine and Anna are so nice and welcoming. You can get your full nail set done in just one hour, and literally lasts for weeks without chipping or anything. I wouldnt go anywhere else, Bravo girls.

Already when entering the saloon, you can definitely see the eyes for details, not only in the nailart but as well for the studio itself. I would also to note that Josephine already has more than 10 years experience of running her own business. Tempted by positive reviews, I made an appointment. As soon as I arrived at the place, I said that I would like a French manicure. The ladies told me that they couldnt make it for me because they didnt have the white color... They told me that the white color is finished and the boss would bring it in two days. Unfortunately, I couldnt wait or postpone the visit because I needed my nails done for the evening. I didnt use the service either. My conclusion is this: if you dont want to be disappointed, ask over the phone if they have the color you want. One star for my disappointment.

Went to Joséphine with my long Cardi B style nails 😂 and I finally decided to shorten them after 2 years of having only long nails, and Joséphine did a wonderful job! Couldn’t be more happier with the result. The only thing that upset me was that she used a plastic tip on my broken nail and I don’t have a good relationship with those, I’m only used to hard gel, but definitely recommend! 🫶🏼

Perfection does exist! The saloon is beautiful and very chic, the atmosphere is super relaxing! The nail technicians are the bests and my nails last so much longer than before! Also ,they always try to save and rescue your real nail. Amazing place also for nail art and new trends! I had the pleasure of trying a few services at Josephine Nails Dubai recently. First, I tried the coconut oil hair treatment, which comes with a 15 minute massage. It was amazing! I will definitely be going back every month for this service. I went ahead and opted for a blow dry as well. My hair was dried beautiful and didnt need to do a thing to it for an event I was attending later. The manicure was performed by Josephine and it looks great! The only thing I really missed was a little mini massage with lotion, but thats just because Im high maintenance and used to it from the place I go to in the US. The pedicure was done well, too. My feet are super soft now. My only issue was the chair, as my tush requires a bit more cushion. Overall, I really enjoyed going to Josephine Nails Dubai and will consider myself their newest client!

Recently discovered Josephine Nails located in business bay & I’ve loved it since. I love how trendy, quick, efficient, and professional she is! I go for hard gel manicure on my hands and I never leave disappointed. She’s also the sweetest owner and makes me feel at home everytime I visit. Definitely a spot I’ll keep visiting for my nails.

It is a lovely place. I did a classic pedicure and manicure, all very professional and beautifully done. They use Opi nail polish for very affordable price. I would recommend it and will definitely return.

I looked across the road from my office and found Josephine’s. I walked in without an appointment and they were very welcoming. This place is beautiful and clean and organised. I felt like I was in a fancy cafe in Paris. Anna did my nails and she was absolutely professional and good at the job. I definitely would be going back there, definitely with an appointment because I don’t want to take any chances of them being fully booked.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I recently discovered Josephine Nails when I was looking for a salon nearer to home and I’m so happy I did. My nails are in perfect condition, so healthy looking after 2 weeks and I have no doubt they will easily last another 2-3 weeks. They are very fast too which is fab. Josephine did a full rubber gel manicure in an hour. Highly recommend!

I was in Dubai on holiday and had a nail emergency! Days before Christmas, I was scrambling. Josephine was a godsend, she was able to squeeze me and my mom in last minute, she did a full set for me in record time and even allowed some nearby carolers to come sing while we were in the chair. She’s super kind, knows her stuff and is a complete professional. My nails are still shiny and sharp days later. I couldn’t thank her enough.

I found this beautiful nail salon while reading a promo post on Facebook. I was intrigued and always up to help women-led businesses so I tried it out (they opened only few days ago!) and I am super happy with the results. My nails are very short so it is always tricky to get them done nicely but Josephine’s expertise was definitely on point to handle it like a chef. This is THE most professional place that I go to get my nails done and now I have found it, I am not leaving! They staff are professional and the boutique is super clean. I was originally attracted due to the high quality nail art and happy I got to use the service for my holiday and it has lasted so well (below)... (dry cuticles are my fault lol)

Went for a manicure and was very distressed after the result. Not just one, but all of my cuticles are cut and I will have to continuously disinfect the wounds over the next couple of days to avoid the infection. Needless to say cuticle care in this salon could be better. The salon looked quite promising but the negligence of basic safety and hygiene is overwhelming all other factors. I have mentioned to the nail technician to be more careful but it didn’t seem to work. For those who have thin cuticles I would recommend to be more careful with this salon as the service is not designed for such factor. To the owner I would suggest to educate the staff and research about safety measures when working with skin and open wounds.
