Love the ambiance and quality of their work. It is even right at the metro. Im happy with my nails and how the colors I prefer were achieved. The foot massage from the spa pedicure was so relaxing!Will definitely come back.

The best pedicure I’ve had in Dubai. Deepa was amazing, she took really great care and gave a proper scrub unlike anywhere else in Dubai where they rush the process.The view was also great from the salon.

One word… pathetic place.. please do not waste your time, money and efforts.. 1. Overall place lacks cleanliness, gestures on how to treat guests and ambience ( pov: employee smoking vape inside, unhygienic place) … 2. Services : for the hair cut service, the stylist who was the owner JUAN himself did not even bother to check the hair texture in dry hair state so they wouldn’t know how the hair cut would actually look on the person, despite of telling them the goal ZERO consideration for it. The stylist didn’t give proper time to understand what did I want for my hair and was highly disinterested for me personally, i have been growing my hair for a year and half… in parallel, another woman started with manicure without even asking me whether I am comfortable with it. Thanks to them I was covered in hair since my hands were out of the cape all the time.. . 3. Punctuality: despite of booking a specific time, the stylist asked me to wait with wet hair while he was attending another client. No decency of even discussing the possibility of me attending other services in meantime while he was busy 4. Products: below average.. even the towels they used were ripped, no nail paint shade card availablity.. I literally left in tears from the salon ( embarrassingly so!! ) please do not visit this place even in your desperate time..You have LISH beauty bar which is much much much better… if you wanna spend money and your time better go to a place that’s worth…

Dewpe is amazing. She did my nails with great care and even gave me helpful tips on how to take better care of them. Her talent and skills are outstanding. The facilities are clean, and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend

I cant speak to the other services, but if you care about your hair DO NOT get it colored here. I was left with dry and damaged hair.The stylist did not listen to what I wanted and seemed to just do what he wanted / what he was used to doing. The color I had asked for and examples shown was COMPLETELY different to the end result.

This is my go to place for french manicure! Their nail stylists are friendly and very good at the skill. The saloon too has a beautiful view of jlt skyline. Special mention to Deepa, who recently served me. She styled my nails very patiently and skillfully, and sincerely advised me on the colors i should choose, considering my taste and style!

I used my class pass credits for foot spa, foor scrub, and 2 hrs full body massage. All done by Helena. She was great!! She knew the pain points and worked to unknot them. The ambience in the massage room was great. Candle was lit up, soothing music played in the background, and the wall and ceiling were filled with projected stars. Loved it!! The only problem was finding parking and it was aed4 per hour. Youll have to come early to wait for parking.

Bought a course of 3 tanning sessions, noticed that i had no results from first time i use and it was 15 minutes! For the next time left a panty to check the difference and no results again! Made a comment to a manager that machine is not working and of course they were saying out other clients happy with results…! I wore same panty 3rd time and came out pale again! So IF U DONT WANT TO TROW MONEY ON NOTHING then I would NOT RECOMMEND to go there!

I went for pedicure the day before my birthday and this is how it looked like a few hours later. When I left the salon they put oil on my toes so I didn’t see how horrible it looked. By the evening a big chunk of polish just fell off. I messaged the salon and they offered to redo it but I was busy on that day for my birthday but honestly I would not trust them to do my nails again. I went with Classpass and asked to refund the credits which they didn’t do and received no further communication. I just can’t understand how a supposed “professional” could do such a bad job! It peeled off, had bubbles and the top coat was only in the middle of the nail. Absolutely horrible! Don’t understand how this salon is still in business!

The lady in the reception (Honey) is amazing and very nice! She introduced me to my favourite hair stylist now, Fida!He has an amazing talent, he was very polite and very good at what he does. I trusted and told him what I wanted, and he did more than I expected. The promotion was cheap, yet I experienced a very good and premium service!It is unbelievably good!Fida made me and my hair happy. He saved my hair. You can really tell that he is an expert, in the way he focused on executing the colours down to the cut and style.Thank you, Fida for making my hair happy!I will see and look for your again next month.I am really satisfied! Juan salon is one of the staples in JLT - it has been there for ages, so its nice it has survived!Feda is a good, thorough hairstylist who does wonders with coloring. I do not prefer his blow-dries, though, as I always have to correct my bands at home.Mani-pedi ladies, on the other hand, are very friendly, but quality of their services is rather poor. Cuticle removal and cutting was done very messy. Polish application was spotty and uneven. Polish itself was old and very thick. It may be that the problem exists due to poor lighting at the salon, but still, the problem is a problem.Hair depilation is, unfortunately, done with double dipping :(Prices are very reasonable and working hours are convenient. I havent seen salon very busy on my several visits, so this may be a good walk-in place.

Second time visiting this salon. Juan is a highly experienced stylish who is also very approachable, friendly and great advisor. I also love the final styling of my hair done by Abraham who is very attentive and makes you feel welcome during the whole process. I have been going to Juan for 3 years for everything I want done. Hair & Nails especially. I highly recommend it for hair cuts, color, highlights, blow dry, hair extensions and hair styling for special occasions. Juan himself gives best haircuts and I would not go anywhere else for it. He is the best. I regularly visit them for blow drys and hair colors and I can say confidently that I have always felt wonderful after visiting them. Their staff is very friendly and always ready to make you feel warm. I have not explored any other salon in last 3 years since Juan is so well priced for the excellent job they do. Thumbs up to them always :)).

I do not recommend this salon!!I went to Juan Salon today to correct his mistake from the last time when he did my roots and left my hair Green and after trying to correct the green it became orange, today I came back to give him the chance to correct his mistake and before he start I showed him the orange roots he left last time and he confirmed He will make it light color same like the rest of the hair as I wanted, when they finished coloring my hair, Juan blow dry my hair and then asked to another guy to curly it, while he was doing I saw that Juan corrected only the up side and left the rest of the hair orange, then he offered to put color again to make it darker which I refused since I just wasted money and time to make my hair light color and the result it’s still orange, unbelievable you offered me that, but what made me more disappointed is that he saw the orange hair while he was blowing and tried to hide it , every body can make mistakes but what differentiates a professional is when you see your mistake you correct it not hide and assume that I will not see it.

Hi everyone, I’m loyal customer of this place since 8 month. I tried to go to many places in uae, but I can’t find better than Juan, they are professionals. I’m natural blond and hair treatments they are doing is very good for my hair. They are gentle, having good attitude, feels like at home when I’m coming there. I did manicure and pedicure there as well, stays long time and good quality product. I don’t trust other places. Now I’m living so far from the place, but I’m still coming. Better to spend 30 min of drive than regret)

Juan Salon is one of the best salons i have been to in my life, and the best so far in Dubai. The staff is very professional, and keep following up with the cutomers. I have been at Juans Salon three times. Everytime I walk out I feel like a princess. I love my platinum blond hair and finding the right hairdresser to do it perfectly has been a struggle for me the past 3years in Dubai. I did a keratin treatment by Mr. Fida, who was polite, friendly, and patient with all my queries, while my daughter got a balayage done by Mr. Juan and can I just say.. we were BLOWN AWAY by his work. This salon is really great! They have multiple people work on your hair during a session (one for cutting, one for coloring, one for washing, one for blowdrying) which I did not prefer - but otherwise great work! The color is fantastic everytime I went, however, the haircuts were always not that good. They really do blonde highlights well with no damage - worth visiting.

The worst experience I ever had at a salon in my life. The owner was cutting my hair but he seemed that he did not understand anything what I requested and cut my hair 10cm short than we discussed, and made the surface of the hair shaggy which I specifically asked him not to. And when I told him that he just became so grumpy and when he reluctantly retouched my hair he made my hair shorter and too light which I said I don’t like about. He also made my right and left wrong length. Not professional nor a mature person. Never going back!

I wish there was half star or zero, my wife’s experience at Juan Salon was horrible.The worst Salon she ever been in.You might go there and like it but trust me, one day he will damage your hair and you will regret it for the next year or two.

The only person friendly was the lady at reception. Juan the hairdresser was disinterested, didnt want to listen how i wanted my hair to be cut.. So I decided to get a trim becuase if his cutting skills were anything like his mood... I wouldnt trust him to do anything that required any more technical ability. He Had a miserable face throughout, Cut my hair and just walked off for someone else to deal with me after. First and last time.. Dont waste your time.

After complaining and arguing he was grumpy. I got a second appointment but I never showed up because he already damaged my hair. He has no customer listening skills. My hair are not even colored from under the crown area. I still have pending services after such a bad experience I don’t want to go back.My hair is breaking into half every time I brush.

By far the most terrible and unprofessional experience in Dxb. The staff was distracted and seemed in a hurry to just finish the job.The staff blow-drying my hair, has done a wonderful job of burning my hair and also part of my ear.They were giggling at one another and just made me feel very uncomfortable. Their Instagram is the exact opposite of what I’ve experienced. It’s true, never judge a book by its cover!

Very friendly staff, but gelish manicure quality really bad, I believe they did normal manicure instead of gelish as the same day one of the nails peeled off and I never had that with gel manicure, plus the layer is very thin and I was surprised that she dried it only for 30s… I wouldn’t recommend, or at least check the that the polish bottle says gel manicure.

Feeda is my Hairstylist, I just told him want I want with not exact visual but he managed to give a great look and pumped up my hair. He is very thoughtful and fun to talk to, we gave me tons of advise how to style my hair. I was sketching to perm it in the beginning as I always have straight hair but he is good with his job. Plus other staff in the salon is so nice and always checking up on me while my treatment is on going.Highly recommend this Salon.
