Juice Salon Al Barsha Mall

Went to Juice for 1st time and unfortunately afterwards realised the quality of the manipedi was really poor. Polish is all bubbled up, which happens when coats are put on too thick. Massage was great, but could not do the full body I had booked, just neck/shoulder since they put me in mani pedi first - which wouldve been ruined from Massage. Bad coordination & the salon was empty. Wont go back.

Very baaaaadddd!!! visited this salon and had a very unpleasant experience. The nail technician, Melina, shouted at me simply because I expressed that I didnt like the nail color and pointed out that it was applied poorly and out of lines. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better service and a more respectful attitude towards customers. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. الصالون سيء بزياده! And + she asked me not to come again as if the place is hers !

I request to someone please from the management call me ASAP.. I was in Juice Barsha Mall today, first of all they put to me a color different of what I have asked and they just convinced me that its the same, they kept the AC off all the time and the temperature outside is above 40! And in the last the color completely changed and damaged after only 2 hrs !! This is not acceptable and I need an immediate solution.

Visiting this salon was a very bad experience. If you read the reviews, most of the good reviews are from previous years. Now the manager and staff have changed. I paid for the eyelash lift service, but the lift did not work, so I reported the problem to them., but after 32 days of my follow-up, the problem is still not solved, they only care about getting the money and they dont show attention and responsibility to the customer.

I did my eyebrows and pedicure at the salon with Melina she was professional and did a great job. Putnam was was sweet too.

Mary has done a great job for my pedicure. The colour application was good too.My gelish manicure was done badly and I had to go back to them after few days to fix it.The price I paid doesn’t worth the service I got.Very overrated.They might have great nails technicians but not all of them.

The worst salon ever; did a gel manicure there after 2 days nail polish was off ; when I called the salon they were extremely rude saying that this is normal and that I could be lying about it and why I didn’t call right away. Horrible! You can check the picture as well.

I am a loyal customer there and I totally recommend asking for melina. I always do head oil massage with her, she always do her job perfectly and with love. She is so sweet and always puts your comfort first. Totally recommend to give it a try !!

The woman that did my pedicure was really nice, her treatment was great. The problem is the system they have which is totally bad.. to remove the gel lack they don’t have good items so they just scratch the nails until its off.. obviously the result wasn’t good.. I still have bits of the gel lack and my nails are damaged

It was my first time doing hair color in this salon the staff is amazing there kind and supportive and care a lot and the lady who did my hair is mouna she did my hair so good it’s so nice her work is amazing she is very very talented and she’s a hard working person her work is awesome she is positive always. I had a color in my mind but she did what she can do and it turned out way way better then I’ve imagined and the price is so good for this and with treatment it was a very good deal such an awesome salon

Went there today for french tips amazing service i was extremely shocked. The nail artist Theresa was outstanding, manager Sana and receptionist Punam were so hospitable and welcoming made the experience super cosy. Well in short would recommend 100% worth every penny.

The salon has both professional and great services. I have had protein treatment done to my hair several times with Emma. She is amazing and would truthfully advise you on what your hair needs. Plus she is super sweet and friendly, as well as everyone else of course. You will never walk away not being happy and satisfied once Emma is done with your hair. Would highly recommend paying a visit to Juice Salon Al Barhsa branch. Also they have 30% off every Tuesday, not sure though if it’s for all services or just the hair services.

Called for a 3:30 appointment, I was told to come at 3:00 instead which I did. It was a half hair dye and hair cut for my daughter. She was attended at 3:50 for haircut and then a long wait again for the hair dye. We got free at 6:30 after the adhan for breaking our fast.This was not a walk in service that I should’ve waited for this long ( 3 and a half hour) and I paid in full (840aed).I told the receptionist consider this my last visit. Never again,since you don’t value other people’s time when making bookings.Not that she cared since she is just an employee . One less customer is no problem for you guys.

UPDATE: well it seem this has not been addressed it’s still a problem. Definitely won’t be going back. Very poor customer service and given miss information.I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this salon. I purchased a package of services and was later informed that I couldnt use it due to an upcoming holiday. I was never informed of this condition when I made the purchase.Furthermore, I was forced to pay an additional 1000AED out of my own pocket, even though I still had over 3000AED left as part of the package. This made me feel like my money had been used for their own benefit, and I was very unhappy with the situation.When I tried to get a refund for the package, my request was refused.I feel that the salon should have allowed me to credit those services on my package besides that’s the reason why we purchased such services to use as I wish and not at their own convenience.

I went to Juice salon for a hair protein treatment and toning. Emma took good care of my hair and was very thorough. She was honest and listened to what I wanted. I’m really happy with the way my hair turned out.It is a good salon. Very clean and nice service.

I’ve been coming to Juice for years now and I’ve been getting my hair done by Rinku for nearly a decade and she never ever disappoints! The service is always fantastic, everyone is super kind and you can tell they love what they do so you know they’ll always go above and beyond to make your experience a fantastic one. Fem and Sanju, at the salon is exceptionally good. They are very professional, yet gives a very personal experience to each and every customers needs. They take such good care of my hair, i cant even think of going to anywhere else for my nail and hair services.

Although the service offered is good, the front desk isn’t. I’ve signed up for the hair blow dry package and when I asked whether it has time limit to use it, I was told that once you finish the number of blow dry then your package expires. I was contacted recently by the front desk and was told my package is expiring, when I explained to h the person that I wasn’t informed there was an expiry for it, she reluctantly added a month extra and urged me to use it by then. When I went in today, the front desk was going to charge me, when I told her about the phone call, she said she will try to get an extension for the month of may and repeated to use it by the end of it. The way I was spoken to was not acceptable as a customer, the fact I was not given a written piece of paper or email explaining what they claim to be the service agreement is also very unprofessional. The service provided was good but not great for me to accept this kind of treatment to come back again.

Worst experience ever 🤦🏻‍♀️ the first time damaged my hair and there excuse is that the stylist is new?! then a nice stylist took time to fix it unfortunately she left the place? Then tried it again even worst then before specially from the front desk isn’t professional and rude after they apply the product keratin and coz of the smoke i was rushed to finish the treatment and asked to wash the product from hair before ironing as its not allowed in the mall and it triggers the alarm☹️i was insulted by an other person which the front desk allow it and literally rushed to finish and kick out didn’t even call later or asked to come back for 2nd ironing and wash 🙁still paid treated badly at the desk. I regret visiting this place never experienced this kind of racism.Note: the lady who made my hair tried here best to help me and finished my hair even rushed i felt bad for here how she was treated by here angry rude boss.

Juice salon Al Barsha is one of my favorite places for blow dry and hair styling ( ask for Amina very professional with a nice attitude, will give you the best advice about what good for your hair!) and mani-pedi ( all the ladies there are good at their work but Mary is the best!

Melanie’s work is absolutely beautiful, she works in the Al Barsha Branch Juice Spa and I will always visit this saloon for her. She is a very blessed, cheerful and kind person. This place literally butchered my hair, i drove all the way from Sharjah to Barsha on a Thursday day, thinking that its one of the best branch. But the hair cut was done so horribly, a 10 years old could have done a better job. I am so disappointed.They dont tell if they have any ongoing offers or complementary services. Wallah worst experience ever.And when i asked for a fixation they are suggesting the same hair stylist. Worst customer service.

I did global hair color with Nabeela Ashraf hairstylist at Juice Salon in Al Barsha Mall. She did an amazing job. Very professional and joyful person. She makes you feel very comfortable.At other places I visited, stains of color are left on my forehead or ears, even after they use the cleaner redness starts appearing, but not at Juice Salon. highly recommended.

I highly recommend her to women who are after a natural yet lasting look.As for manicure and pedicure, ask for Diki and Almame. These women are professional and very accommodating. The worst saloon I tried in Dubai if there is less than one star I would put ... Emma cheated me and spoiled my hair.she did hair test before she colored my hair and she said wow we can color.. The next time she removed the color suddenly while we started.. She didnt told me before about removing the color . I choosed with her one color.. Then after she finished I descoved a lot of colors from orange till perpale.. They sent me to medows to solve the problem with Rabab.. But she spoiled my hair more.. Anyone wants the photos I can send it.. So bad feeling.. I dont recommend this salon to anyone

I visit the salon yesterday and I was disappointed. I came for root and she suggest to refresh my highlight and I end up with no highlights at all. In the phone they told me she is a v good and I get to know shes there for amonth only. Im sad that my highlight vanish . Bad experience.

I got the facial in Juice salon Al-Barsha mall from Shazi.I would say it’s one of the best facial I receive in Dubai to date. Shazi is really professional as she identifies your skin problems and works exactly what your skin wants in her facial techniques. Do visit juice salon for facial services from Shazi.

Melani is fabulous with hair cuts and blow dry. She gave me a lovely haircut and changed my look and style. Highly recommended.
