I had my hair done by Ruth and she was incredible! Ruth listened intently to what I wanted and always made sure I knew what she was doing with my hair which made me feel comfortable and certain that my hair was in good hands. She is very friendly and chatty so we got along very well. I would 10/10 recommend Ruth and will definitely be a returning customer.

I visited Juice Salon in October, expecting a high-quality service from their most senior stylist, May. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My warm skin tone requires subtle hair coloring, but May gave me a golden color that was too light, especially at the roots, which did not suit me at all.I returned a few weeks later, and another stylist. She agreed that the roots were too light, which was the main issue with my dissatisfaction. managed to correct the color, resulting in a shade I actually liked. This involved using a second color on top of the first, leading to a final outcome that was much more appealing. However, when I contacted the salon a few months later to inquire about the initial color used by May, so we could recreate this successful final shade, I faced difficulties. The front desk was unhelpful, and May herself was dismissive and rude over the phone.The overall experience was marred by slow service and particularly by May’s rudeness. I am sharing my experience to ensure that no one else goes through what I did, especially when trying to understand the details of their service at Juice Salon.

The salon is clean and nice. The staff start the consultation telling you how dry & in bad condition your hair is ( as if we don’t know this already ourselves !) and trying to sell you a conditioning masque .. and then “ you must have Olaex on your next visit “ etc …sell sell sell .. this totally ruins the salon pampering experience. Lots more ‘Hard selling’ of packages etc … I only pop in here occasionally because I’m food shopping and it’s convenient for a quick wash & blowdry..but this pushy upselling spoils the whole salon experience honestly.

I love this place! Come every single week to do my hair and nails! The most lovely girl in this place is Sunshine, she’s always bubbly and brings so much good energy and always lights up my day! May (hairstylist) is simply amazing for blowdry and color and everybody compliments me for my highlights, she does magic! All the girls are so sweet and welcoming, especially the ladies at the reception Dona and Michelle. Excellent crew to be honest. Highly recommend this salon

All the stuffs are very friendly and professional.Prity does my facial. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.Shayla colors my hair the healthiest way possible, using least chemicals. For a woman of age 49 the health of the hair is very important, which Shayla understands so well.And Purnima - she is amazing with hair cut. She gave my short hair the trendiest cut possible - which is even easy to mange at home. The hair cut took away couple of years from my face I think 😀Very happy customer here . Highly recommend them 👍🏻

Really disappointed !I had my hair trimmed and blow dried by Purnima. She botched my hair. My hair was uneven and she trimmed more than I asked her to. She doesn’t listen to what the client says so she kept saying she needed to cut more due to my split ends. It was only the next day I realized how poorly she cut my hair. I went back to the salon, which to my surprise the ladies at the reception did not even offer a refund. They really couldn’t care less. In fact, one of the ladies said it was the first complaint for Purnima and that maybe she didn’t understand what I wanted.I had my hair fixed by another lady, she was OK. My hair is still uneven!I’m sorry, but I really do not recommend this salon!

They were much better last year they had better hair stylists and they used to send you a message after every treatment you do if it’s in a package. Since 2022 they stopped sending you this confirmation and so they can easily claim you did a treatment session that you didn’t do and you have no proof. I once came and waited (although I had an appointment) then left and still I discovered later on that I was charged for the session. It’s a total rip off. For the quality they offer it’s the worst salon to go to meadows/ springs areas. There’s much better salons in the area and a much better honest service. Don’t recommend at all.

Juice Salon Meadows is THE salon to go to! I go there for my mani, pedi, eyebrows but also for my hair color and haircut. Never disappointed, I always get exactly what I asked for (which is rarely the case elsewhere honestly). I always feel very good there. All the professionals are so friendly. Special mention to Sunshine, Priti and Kulwinder for anything related to beauty and big thumbs up to Purnima for taking such good care of my hair! I used to go to a French fancy salon in Marina but I never got what I wanted. With Purnima, she totally knows what would suit better to my face. Which shade of color, which haircut. She really has a gift as a facialist.So I definitely recommend Juice Meadows, my appointments always start on time and all these lovely ladies are really good at their jobs!

I recently did a hair cut here and the service was too good. All the employes were very professional and took really good care of mine. I really like it.

Today I tried after all those good reviews with expectations and need to say, the final look is what I exactly described to stylist. But the experience is not just about the final look. First, I hardly understand where 550 aed goes for single tone coloring (for long hair) while they use only Loreal products, the place is sloppy and small. The salon’s energy was hectic with it’s crowd despite of being early morning. Stylist of mine was far away to give polite and professional energy. My dark hair’s root was lighter than body at the end like billie eilish and stylist said it’s because of my hair has greys; I am coloring my hair for 10 years and this happened only once in my life and that was when I try to color myself at home.. I know it’s simply about failure of stylist. she colored twice to fix it and my scalp is not happy for this at all. Another customer was also arguing with stylists God knows why. They didn’t even ask me to blow dry, just sent me out right away. So, I tried to find the reasons of all good comments but I couldn’t. That’s all about expectations at the end. Mine was obviously way higher for this price. You can easily get the same service at home on your own

First time I went came to your salon I didn’t get the best service had to remove the nails the next day after spending almost 700 Aed. 2 days ago came for pedicure which cost me 328 Aed only to come home and see my feet looking like the reason I came for pedicure in the first place

Sadly I didn’t have a good experience at this salon today for any of the services I had.Color: I went in asking for a nice dark chocolate brown toner for my old balayage. The stylist convinced me to go with a black/red all over color instead of a tone and I ended up with a bright vivid red which was not what I wanted at all. I specifically mentioned that I don’t have the right skin tone for a bright red. I mentioned that I was unhappy at reception to three members of staff (think one was the owner maybe?) and no one offered to correct the issue or offer an apology/solution of any kind ... just told me that it would stay this way for 3 months (not what I would expect for such an expensive service).Manicure: despite many attempts the manicurist was not able to cut the length of my nails on both hands to match (I’ve never had this problem before)Pedicure: she cut deep into my skin and I am still bleeding from it a few hours afterOverall, I would not recommend this salon. I have been coming here from when it opened. Was glad to know that some staff from the salon which was previously here moved into Juice salon as they all knew my likings and requirements. I particularly like the work of Mouna, Mardi and Sunshine.I find the salon somewhat expensive so sometimes end up doing treatments at home which I earlier used to do in the Shima salon. Would be great if you can offer discounts to regular customers as I buy the vouchers but still find the salon expensive.After two years today in 2022, I decided today that this business deserves a special mention once again. Such a warm and caring atmosphere… services that are professional, practitioners that are not only knowledgeable but extremely dedicated to their craft. I have been coming to get my hair done with May for 10 years and cannot recommend her enough! She always does an amazing job and is the best hair stylist

Neeta did my hair and it turned out amazing, the colour is so vibrant and my hair is still in good condition after being bleached. I would definitely recommend going there, the environment is lovely and everyone is so nice.

It doesnt deserve more. The hairdresser was very upset I asked for proper blow-dry .she wanted to quickly dry my hair and then iron them. The way SHE wanted,very weird.They charged 50 AED extra for iron on few baby hair . Very disappointed. Very bad ratio quality-price

Been living in Dubai for more than 20 years now. Love this salon and particularly Shehla, one or the best hair dresser I ever met when it comes to color, styling and hair cut. Shehla has good knowledge on colors, restores damage hair. Definitely would recommend Shehla.

Juice opens early which means I can drop the kids to school and go pamper myself. I go every week to get a blow dry with “shehla”, she is amazing with all type of hair, and does exactly what needs to be done to get the final look. Love it

Leden is my regular hairdresser, Ayung my manicurist, Sharon my pedicurist - they are all excellent. Jovita is great at threading & waxing, & Mardy is the sweetest assistant to my hairdresser. I highly recommend Juice Salon Meadows.

Sunshine was sweet and did a good job on my nails but they were translucent despite it being gel. I told the reception and they were rude to me. I wanted to give feedback, instead they tried to invalidate my problem.

PATHETIC experience. The haircut was awful. DO NOT GO HERE. I do not recommend it at all. The lady who did they haircut has no clue on what she was doing. She was late to the appointment and she had no professionalism at all.

Convenient in terms of location for a quick service, but not the most relaxing atmosphere in my personal opinion. Too much noise within the open space between hair stations and other salon services - wouldn’t be my go to “spa day out”
