I would recommend the juice salon to anyone who wants their hair to look amazing! I had Rukhsana as my hairdresser, and she was the best hairstylist I have ever had. She made me feel so comfortable, gave me advice on what to do with my hair/how to make it healthier, and most of all she made me look amazing. I have never felt better about my hair. Even when though my hair is very thin, she gave it so much volume, and made it look alive again. I cannot thank her enough, she is so kind and very talented. Love Juice Salon!

One of the few salons with impeccable service throughout all the branches. I did threading with Fathima and it was a very pleasant experience. She has definitely exceeded my expectations from cleanliness, friendliness, and competence. One of the few times that my face hasn’t flared up after threading. However I would say it very expensive compared other salons.

I always go for classic pedicure and manicure, and they do amazing job each time . But for the first time I went for hard gel and it was extremely disappointing. I asked for ombré French and the lady named Janet ended up doing regular French tip. I showed her the pics as well but she did what she thought was “ombré”. Very disappointed and the shape of nails was also horribly done. I did highlight to her that it’s not how I want and not proper square but she stated that I asked for square that’s why it’s like this!!! Really one of the worst nail technician!! Biggest mistake I made by entrusting them to a hard gel. NEVER AGAIN!! Clearly staff has no idea what an ombré is!

I went in for a haircut with layers. I only told Rukhsana I wanted layers and she suggested the perfect cut for me including curtain bangs. She made me look amazing and she also made me feel good during the whole process. She suggested things I didn’t even think of and at the end, I looked stunning and my hair cut was perfect. I will definitely be coming again

I got my protein treatment and hair cut by Rukhsana at Mirdif City Centre and it looks amazing. Im wiating for final wash though. She was extremely kind and answered all my concerns. She appeared professional and she also suggested me that I shouldnt go for Keratin as it may not suit my hair current condition. Im looking forward to get my hair colored by her.I would also love to take a moment to appreciate the manager at Mirdif branch. Extremely welcoming, smiling, and so generous. While I was waiting she offered me a free manicure, she would offer you coffee and tea and make sure you are not uncomfortable at all. Shes such a darling.I can recommend them with all my heart!

I request to someone please from the management call me ASAP.. I was in Juice Barsha Mall today, first of all they put to me a color different of what I have asked and they just convinced me that its the same, they kept the AC off all the time and the temperature outside is above 40! And in the last the color completely changed and damaged after only 2 hrs !! This is not acceptable and I need an immediate solution.

The ladies who do the haircuts are absolutely fabulous! Zero complaints about them.However, the front desk staff have been rude more than once AND they keep calling me despite me making a point that I dont want to be disturbed. This lack of respect for customers = 1 star.I ignored the high prices AND the holiday price gouging, but continuously calling me is unacceptable and has resulted in me switching salons.When a customer says DO NOT CALL ME, take it seriously.

I had my hair, nails, waxing, eyebrows and upper lip done here. I think from the amount of services I have had done it is needless to say I am more than satisfied with the quality and results of my services. I recommend getting your hair done with Rukhsana and eyebrows by Fatimah. It was my first time getting them done and she was an expert in her field, was very happy with the outcome. My shape and thickness were unchanged, all she did was clean them up, exactly what I wanted! Although the spa is excellent, it is very small and thus, noisy most of the time. So if you are looking for relaxation and not just good care, then I have other recommendations such as N-Bar or The Loft. I have tried both. I also will warn you, they are all very pricey, so you need to choose what you prioritize. Overall, I think this is definitely a great salon and Im looking forward to seeing them again :)

Been going to juice salon for a while now and till date Ive received the best service especially for my hair from Parveen, she has taken care of my hair wonderfully over the years and I am always extremely satisfied with the results. As well as Fathima, my waxing appointments have been the least painful and facials the most relaxing, she is incredibly caring in the way she handles her clients.

I visited this salon on three different occasions, during my vacation in Dubai in July this year, and I have nothing but great things to say about its staff and work. The philipino receptionists were so warmly welcoming every time and greeted me by my name, they even remembered my children the next time they went in for treatments and were quite courteous to my mother. My oldest had waxing treatment with Rozana and she was just great at that! Rozana was so nice to her and really took did a great job. The younger daughter got her waxing from a Philippino esthetician I wish I could remember her name but she was just perfect at her job as well. I had my haircut with Rukhsana and on top of being so sincere and welcoming, she gave me the best haircut that is still getting compliments wherever I go. My mother came in on another day with a botched haircut and Rukhsana fixed it so beautifully and my mom loved it.I also had the organic manicure and pedicure and they were lovely.Overall, I would recommend this salon and would love to be back in November when I’m in Dubai again.

Despite making an appointment and paying quite a bomb for a haircut - they made me sit in this store room because they didn’t have place! Over that the stylist was already in the middle of another treatment so I had to wait 20 mins longer in this store room. People enter the place expecting to get a quality level of service but that was completely missing here… very disappointed with the experience

I had a full hair color done with Rukshana and I have to say its hands down the best experience Ive had in Dubai. Her knowledge in hair products and colors is impeccable, she truly knows what shes doing. Ive had terrible experiences in the past where salons claim to be professionals and they ended up bleaching my hair without permission and gave me a color I did not ask for but luckily I found Rukshana. Not only does she really care for hair quality she knows exactly what will look good. Even though I kept asking her several questions she didn’t hesitate and answered all my queries and did not leave me until I was fully satisfied which is extremely rare for hair dressers in this part of the world to do.Im genuinely very happy to have found a gem like her. Highly recommend her to anyone struggling to get that perfect hair transformation.

I went to Juice Salon Mirdif for my hair dye. Rukhsana did an amazing job. Not only did she give me the exact hair color that I wanted but she explained each and everything throughout. She’s truly an expert and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. Will definitely be going again also.

I did manicure with joy she is excellent. As for the pedicure I had with sujata, her work was good but needs more training. I requested a closed room due to my chest infection , and it was provided, but I did not spend a minute and they brought in a woman who was having her hair done. The smoke that came out of the hair was harmful, which led to increased difficulty in breathing and my coughing.

I love this salon and so does both of my daughters. Yasmin takes such good care of us and her hair cut and blow drys are amazing. My eldest daughter has gorgeous thick hair and Yasmin takes so much time to layer it perfectly and even gives tips after on how to easily show the cut off in different styles. I couldn’t recommend her enough.Also had wonderful services for gel nails, eyelash lift and tint and threading.

The worst saloon you may visit ! Yesterday i was there they let us wait till they give us the sevice ..after aproving they will do the service ..she took my daghter from 7 till 10:30 to color her her and put extentions during yhis time she was slow she was rudei have been waiting soo long till even i went to my car at 10;30 after they closed the saloon or about to close i started calling till they told me we are not done ! It takes time !! After we paid the full amount for the serice we are surprised that the colour is different !! And she didnot put all the extentions!! we already paid for !!! This saloon is full of bad and unprofecienal people who treat you bad and cheat you ! And no one is accesting it is like a fish market and Iam going to complain about this bad experience !we had

Recently visited Juice Salon for a haircut. Ruksana has great hair knowledge and is extremely experienced. She knows and suggests what will suit your face and hair. I had an amazing experience as she is friendly and makes you comfortable. She also suggested a lot of tips to keep your hair healthy. Worst Salon ever and non professional at allI send my wife to change her hair colour to lavender she showed them specific picture for the exact colour she want,Also she asked them if they can’t do the exact colour she will change it but they confirmed to her that it we’ll be as she requested.She paid 1291dr but the colour was not as she requested,They told her She needs another session after two weeks to get the exact colour ,Today she paid additional 463dr and her hair was black lavenderYou can see from pictures what she requested and what they make it*****************The Salon contact me and my wife and they compensated usThanks for them and for that I will rise my review to 3 stars

I went to the salon after reading wonderful reviews, but had a really really bad experience. My hair were mercilessly butchered by one of the junior stylists. I went back they were very accommodating and a senior stylist tried to fix it but there wasn’t much that she could do as the front was already very short.

I had a very disappointing experience at the juice salontwo days ago on Tuesday. I showed Ms. xxx a photo and explained my desire for a warm highlight on my dark brown/ black hair. she only showed me a catalog and refused to display any of her previous work. I choose for a copper (she suggested a gray one which I decided to change at very last moment because I didnt want to look older). What she ultimately did was completely different from what I asked for( just check the photos!) my hair turned out ENTIRELY copper with no dimension or highlights on my black hair (yes only one line of lighter copper on darker copper), not only that but also even resembling a dye job I did months ago and needing root touch-ups now!(if i had photos from the forehead you could easily see). The pricing, totaling 550 AED for the highlight and an additional 175 AED for toning (what toning?! I selected a specific color from her catalog and that was all!) seemed far excessive considering the outcome! Despite her pleasant demeanor, professionalism was lacking. I left dissatisfied, unable to address my concerns actually due to my mood that day that she also noticed. I wouldnt recommend her services at all. I am very unsatisfied if they ever care! I have not shared any reviews for any business before, but this one I felt specifically needs to be mentioned since I couldnt express it at the time and if they want to make it up or if others need this information to take into account.

I have done 3 hair treatments ( roots colouring, trimming, blow dry ) all done by the super pro Ruhksana. I cant recommend highly enough her super experience when it comes to HAIR. Ive been following her instructions regarding my hair from last year, she adviced me sincerely with all the processes that suits my hair type and the others that i should avoid,If its time to color it or just nourish it with treatments...She is very honest and serious when it comes to her job, she tells you her opinion regarding the right color, treatment, product, and you can take or leave it...but you will never regret following her advice.
