I like this salon I come every week for blow dry and I like Dalal her work is very good ‘ Ali’s I like mona for nail and Roma for eyebrows 👌🥰

My fav salon i like all staff but my fav mona roma cherry dallal sushma i recommande this so hard🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷big love

My experience at Just Pretty Ladies Salon was terrible. The salons hygiene standards are shockingly low, and I left feeling more stressed than relaxed. I asked for a simple haircut, and they completely botched it, leaving my hair uneven and messy. On top of that, they only accept cash and expected me to walk to the ATM at noon, in the scorching heat, for a 150 AED payment. This is highly inconvenient and unprofessional.The Filipina lady at the counter has no manners and lacks any sense of customer service. She was rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns. Overall, this salon is an absolute disaster, from poor service to unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had good experience first time I did Morocco bathManicure and pedicure ‘ and eyebrows. All staff is good. Came and visit.

Terrible costumer service ! Booked my first ever appointment w them. Location was described at all! So I just followed Google maps which took me to some point where the salon is not visible . I’ve been texting them over instagram (where I have made my booking true) no one replied . Called the number of the salon , the person had poor English and even more poor navigating skills . However once I have finally arrived I’ve been late unfortunately. At this point the receptionist have informed me that they only wait for 5min (I haven’t been informed about that prior, no one reached it to me to follow up if i am still going ) so they have accepted another costumer instead and I will have to wait 30min till they can accept me ! Hallo !?! We are working people !?! Not everyone has the free time to wait and go around salons . No one at the salon said they r sorry for the inconvenience, for not reaching out to em , or for not sharing the exact location . Pooor pooor costumer service ! Thai place have been recommended to my by a friend ! Will make sure to inform her about this and hope she won’t visit there either !

Not a good experience at all.. if you dont know Arabic they will even not listen to you.. and give importance to other clients and you have to wait alot unless they dont have any other client except you..

Probably the worst salon I’ve ever been to. The salon is very outdated and they don’t even put a plastic cover while doing hair cut.. After the hair cut got done, my face and cloths are full of hair..If you are looking for hair cut services, go somewhere else!

Very very very bad experience, I don’t recommend at all, imagine that the treating way of the owner lady (Tunisian) is very rude and bad, while sitting doing my nails actually all kinds of insects walks at me, the salon had e very bad smell which the staff opened the door all time and all walking people were looking inside, more than that which is very shame i asked to put a one line only on one of my fingers as a design I wanted it straight line she asked for extra 20 AED…Is there more than that??? And when i asked the lady why that much expensive for just a line she started shouting and making bad effect with her eyes….Very very very bad

I got used to going to this salon every two weeks for almost 2 years, and the last time they was asked to pay in advance before starting and I was really shocked and sad and one answered me about the new regulations 😢 and 5 minutes later there was a customer who had come, no one asked her to pay in advance since that day I stopped going thereThat very very bad and sad cuz I feel like embarrassing in front of all customer 🛑

However my friend had recommended me this salon at work and when i visited i was surprised.Gina is amazing with mani/pedi also Ganga.Kushi with entire body waxing. i would also recommend their Morocon bath with Massage. In all i woul rate them 10 out 10.This is my 3rd time visit and their service gets better everytime. 👍👍👍😘

Worst saloon ever!!! 🥶🥶 I have never ever seen this bad customer service in my whole life…. The owner is so rude and unprofessional…. Doesnt even know how to deal with clients professionally. I was told to be careful with the towel coz its expensive lol 😂😂🤣🤣 (and the towel is from day To day)….Staffs are nice but the owner doesn’t have proper way to handle clients… It was a big disappointment for me 😡 so i dnt recommend at all ! 👎
