I recently visited Kacy Beauty Salon in JBR and, unfortunately, Im somewhat disappointed with my haircut. Despite providing a reference picture, the outcome was quite different from my expectations. While the scalp massage was enjoyable, the overall service fell short, and the staff didnt come across as particularly friendly. Im unsure if its related to cultural differences, as I didnt feel as welcomed, which was unexpected, especially considering the salons location in a hotel in JBR. In addition, I must mention that the fringes are not on point. The result makes me feel like I resemble Dora, and the bangs are quite bothersome. This aspect further contributes to my disappointment with the haircut at Kacy Beauty Salon in JBR.

The haircut was fine however, the manicure was not up to quality, they barely knew what they were doing, and they gave me two fingers cut and bleeding. They did not even have Band-Aids in case something like this would’ve happened, and it was quite unprofessional, I had to still pay full price

The experience in this salon is beyond horrible. It was a nightmare. I came thinking it is a good quality salon since it is located inside Sheraton JBR. The moment I entered, you can see that the salon is not doing well. So does the staff. Warm water to soak your feet and hands with to soften the nails is a standard in every salon and guess what, they do not have it. They used a cold water instead. From there, I know it was all gonna go down.There were two african ladies doing my nails. The one doing my hands, top level rude. Her hands was heavy and ended up with two bleeding fingers. Instead of apologizing, she told me it was my fault. The other lady doing my feet, made two of my toenails bleed as well and the other one was bleeding NONSTOP until I leave. I told them to stop already since its really painful and they have no idea in what they are doing. They look new, they are inexperience. They did not clean the nails properly. No proper equipments too. Such a bad experience.

I had a great experience with Kacy Salon. Hair services are amazing and prices are very really reasonable and affordable. Afif is one the best hair stylist I know. All the staff are very nice and friendly.

Afif did my highlights and Im happy with the result, one assistant didnt seem very interested in the work, while the other one was very kind and gave me a great head massage, Afif should have someone who could actually help him aroundbecause one of assistant was not in the mood to help.

Afif is a true professional, very happy with my haircuts. His hand is so great to hair that I thought of bringing my 5yo daughter. Amd she absolutely loved it, , not to mention the perfect haircut on her complex curly hair. Big thanks

I think I was not clear enough with explaining what I want. I came for a simple hair cut, they convinced me to do a hairlights, which I did not need. And now when I look at it, I do not like it at all. The price is very high. Haircut added 10 years to me and I will correct it tomorrow in the other place. Seriosly I am ready to cut it 0 instead of looking to this everyday until it will grow up again. Maybe I should show other photos, not only one to give better idea. I paid 400 AED for hair cut and colors (which I did not request and which I do not like at all) and feel absolutely unhappy with result now :((( While they were trying their best, I saw it. Maybe I need to go to master, who is more fashion, not classic style...

Hair cut, hair colour and their staff, loved absolutely everything from Kacy. Highly recommend it as Ive been colouring my hair for quite a bit but havent been this happy. Trust Osmat with your hair and youll be happy!

Not a bad place, but indeed prices could be better. They offer each and every customer some extra products to buy home, quite overpriced. I was forced to get totally different hair colour (one I personally have as natural and therefore dying the hair in another one) of what I was aiming for. It created extra homework for me as I did dye my hair in the colour I was initially asking to have my hair dyed in. Overall it is ok for ome time experience. They are on groupon, but somehow trying to revert you from buying the groupon voucher and promising same price. However, once agreed on that, youll find yourself forced for extra treatment with unknown prices.

The place is clean and has the best location in JBR. The Filipina staff were friendly but the owner who is also the stylist does not know what he is doing. I was not happy with the result, he cutted my hair really short and really far from what I wanted. I do not recommend this place.

I was at the salon today and I can’t relate at all to these bad comments here ...Hairdresser was really good everyone was super friendly and my hair looks amazingPlus no extra or hidden costs.So 👍🏼I can really recommend it .

Why is this place not shut done yet. Look at all the reviews. They’re on Groupon but charge you double the amount anyway. No respect and no shame while doing so. Only 2 “stylists” available and joining the other peoples reviews in saying that they are con artists.

The owner does the hair cut and dye himself,which is ok,but remember they over charge you.There is lots of hidden charges and even for blow dry they charge 50-75aed extra.Be careful as 200 extra per service is very normal on the top of agreed price.

I asked for bangs and Came out with an uneven hair cut! Plus he colored my hair without even bleaching it Wont!🤦🏻‍♀️ Wont recommend! Please save your money for somewhere else

This salon is a complete rip off. AED 1800 for a haircut, colour and some protein treatment Kacy forced down my mother’s throat. He even insisted she buy some of his salons products which thankfully she resisted.

Complete con artists! DO NOT USE! They not only listed one price and charged 4x that at the end (when you don’t have a choice) but didn’t do anything that I asked for. Dyed my hair (when I didn’t want it dyed) without patch testing me! I’ve had a severe allergic reaction and facial swelling. Lucky not to go into anaphylactic shock. I’m on steroids and my hair is nothing like what I asked for. They’re ignoring emails. I want a full refund and compensation! Don’t trust these people, they don’t know what they’re doing. They did the same to my friend too. They thought just because we’re from the UK we can afford to pay the ridiculous prices we were faced with at the end!

Kacy ruined my hair cut. Left side was completely different from another. Hairs on one side was longer and layer was sticking out. It seems that he has no experience at all, really ruined my hair style. Don’t recommend to go to Kacy for hair cut. Even I showed him photo of my previous hair cut and he couldn’t just repeat it. absolutely amateur!!!

A very, very bad salon that I would not recommend. I went to them to work, but Sabgha insisted on doing haircuts to make me pay extra, and other than that, my hair was burned and they saw the damage. They said, “I don’t look like my hair is tired. Eat, but it’s my job.”My hair, on top of that, was burned and broken. May God not help them. My hair fell and broke and was burned and cannot be healed.Very bad salon very very bad
