Almost spent half of my day at the Kairos Glam Salon taking all the services. The staffs are amazing,kind and helpful. The owner Alka mam is also very loving. The services provided are good. The people who stay near New Dubai side must visit the Salon atleast ones, you will love it. Thankyou Alka Mam and Team for your service ❤️.

I bought a spa package for my wife’s birthday, and she had an amazing experience! The staff was professional, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. She loved the Moroccan bath and the hydra facial, and the attention to detail really made her day special. We’ll definitely be back!

I called Kairos Salon and booked for a refill with french tips. Upon reaching the salon, I learnt that the nail technician was not confident in doing french polish (something I wish was informed to me over the phone prior to visiting!), so I was left with no choice but to do a refill with regular polishI would like to make note that the refill with regular polish was also not up to the mark, the staff seemed quite unhappy with her job but she was trying her best so I could still let it go had it not been for the manager Alka who made my experience beyond torturous.She was so rude to the staff, acted like she knows it all but in reality thats not the case. It looks like her role is to hand over products to the staff to use for each service but the staff and her had such poor coordination, not knowing what products to use.Its like they were doing a refill for the first time but that did not stop them from making any compromise on the price, she charged me AED 250 for a pedicure and refill and Ive never been more upset with my experience. I personally dont think this salon is going to last for a long time if this manager Alka remains at the salon. She was by far the rudest person Ive come across sitting on the reception chair as the face of the salon. Here is a picture of my nails.

Very convenient place and very sassy. The ladies there are very nice and professional. They know what theyre doing and as much as possible no pain at all. Did my nails perfectly.

I was excited for my Morocan bath as I read some good reviews about this place, however,1- I ended up having 40 minutes bath instead of 602- I got a very basic Morocon bath without additional scrubbing and body polish as these come with extra charges, which I didn’t have any issues with, it’s just the worker were pushing a lot to have these and pay extra.3- please expect that they will want to charge you 35 Dirhams for the loofah,which doesn’t make any sense, at least should’ve informed me earlier while booking the appointment or even before I started the bath, but they decided to tell me this after I refused the additional package4- The room was small, and doesn’t look clean, I wasn’t offered a clean towel nor slippers afterwards, the only towel that was there, wasn’t clean, so had to walk out dripping of water

Booked via Groupon, messaged on WhatsApp to confirm. When I arrived there are all these extra costs, over 100 added to the total. Dishonest in my opinion - Groupon should specify extras or they should have said on WhatsApp. I left and didnt take the treatment

First time visiting the salon as a gift from a dear friend. The location is convinientand was welcomed wil all smiles and the salon from looking clean, I ddint doubt the services I would get. The Moroccan bath which was my first time ever getting it... Wow, wow I can say it was worth the gifting, the lady in charge Sarah was super awesome, interactive and explaining the whole process, she made it worth a while. On the gift package included shoulder, neck and feet massage... It was extremely relaxing, the relaxation I was dreaming of for many weeks. Thank you so much ladies for the treat and ofcourse couldnt resist the Pedicure which was welldone too. Highly recommend booking and visiting Kairos Glam for your beauty services😍🥰🌹🙌👏

Both myself and my mum went here for the shoulder neck and head massage by Lyn and Samina and it was amazing! The place is so clean and the staff were very professional and I cant wait to go back for my Moroccan bath.I will highly recommend this salon to anyone who has any doubts.

Do not go here. We had a Moroccan hammam appointment, the salon was not hygienic, two people were in one small cramped room, the towels were dirty and it was suppose to be 60 minute hammam but she did it in 30 minutes and charged the full price. I would NOT recommend AT ALL. We had our booking for 4 people on 23/03/24 at 6.30pm this is not a fake review.

Excellent service. Halima gave me the perfect hair cut an style I’m so happy with her service. Hair colour is on point will definitely come back.

I went to Kairos Glam for waxing and was taken care of by Halima, who was so sweet, patient and professional with me. Thanks again Halima and will definitely try and come back to try the manucure/pedicure package someday !

Horrible morrocan bath. The worst experience I’ve ever had. There was only one bed for two people, the hammam was suppose to be 60 minutes for each person but she only spent 30 minutes for two people. She rushed everything without exfoliation. The water drain doesn’t work properly and the water was filling up on the floor, the place was dirty and there was hair everywhere. The towels were so dirty with obvious black stains. I wouldn’t go there again.

I tried the Moroccan bath today. The service was mediocre. The experience wasn’t calming or relaxing. I was charged an additional 50 bucks to add scrub in the Moroccan bath for which they just applied the scrub and I scrubbed myself. After the Moroccan bath was done they don’t apply any moisture to the body leaving ur skin feeling more dry. I had to rush home and apply body cream. If you want a genuine Moroccan bath experience I would not recommend this place at all. What I am very upset about is they charge extra for the material they use for the Moroccan bath and they only inform you when paying the bill. I felt completely cheated. For all those going to this saloon watch out for the hidden charges.More over instead of focusing on providing a relaxing experience they are focused on you taking more and more services so you end up paying more.But I must applaud Samina for a relaxing facial massage she gave. She took her time to make you feel relaxed and I actually fell asleep during her facial massage.Lyn did do a good job with the loofah but over all seemed like a very rushed process wasn’t very relaxing as expected.The salon definitely needs a renovation done. Moroccan bath area didn’t look pleasing or very clean as should be.For a salon on JBR would have expected a more promising service.Don’t recommend it.

I love their massage therapists especially Ujala very well mannered, listens to feedback and skilled, one of these times I actually fell asleep from how relaxed I was! Also Leen is very skilled at Moroccan bath my experience with her was excellent too. Kairos has great offers on there services usually. So besides their staff I very much enjoy that feature as well. Because otherwise their prices are quite high in my opinion. I’m now a recurring customer even though I live over 30 mins away.

A NIGHTMARE!!!Today I had a Moroccan bath, a facial, a manicure, a hair cut and a blow dry.A day that was supposed to be relaxing, turned into a nightmare!Their staff is multitasking and I can tell now that this is not working at all!Sameena did all the services for me except the facial, and she was only good with the Morrocan bath! She destroyed my nails while cutting and cleaning and she also cut my hair sooo badly, that even my 2 year old daughter could cut it better. The receptionist tried to fix the situation every time by asking another technician to repair what can be repaired, but the damage was already there, especially for the hair. I had to cut my hair very short and even the repair was not good at all and the blow-dry was also not good!The place is also old and smelly.This is not a place for relaxation or where you feel comfortable at all.Dont waste your money and time.

Please was dirty and very run down.But since i arrived with my child I didnt want to waste time and decided to stay….yet !the owner refused the service because my hair is longer that she expected, even though this was communicated to staff prior over the phone.Read the “fine print”. Even though she manipulate the information in the description. And you think you will get what they sell but you dont !IGOT MY FULL REFUND from Groupon though.

Absolutely awful service.Paid for 60 minutes of Moracon bath, but only 30 minutes.One spa bed but took me & my sister together.Staff had no idea what to do .Dirty place, used dirty Lufah, dirty black towels.

Visited Kairos for an impromptu facial yesterday. I was greeted by a pleasant lady at reception who explained the prices and services.My facial was done by Ujala.She was very knowledgeable in the facial she was doing and answered any questions I had. As she was doing the treatment she explained the products she was using and their benefits.She made sure I was comfortable during the facial and I was having a good experience.I left Kairos with a clean and glowing face.Would highly recommend Ujala and Kairos salon.

Been going here since it opened. Very friendly ladies. I enjoy getting the massages from Joanne as she is very knowledgeable. Malu does great mani/pedi, sameena is great at head, neck, shoulder massage and threading, Lyn does a nice mani/pedi and massage as well. Its become my go to neighborhood salon.

I had great experience at this salon. I had Moroccan hammam with body polish , hair mask and deep cleaning facial . Very professional and attentive therapists. Thanks a lot to hammam therapist Samina. She done 100% best service professionally and very politely . Also thanks to Malou-facial therapist. Very attentive lady also . Total atmosphere in salon is very relaxing and pleasant. Administrator on the reception is very welcoming and explains every detail .Definitely will come back again .

Terrible morrocan bath experience. The salon was dirty, unhygienic and it was suppose to last 60 minutes but they finished in 30 minutes. Would not go back again. We had our booking at 6.30pm for 4 people on 23/03/24.

Be aware of this place! Tried the Moroccan bath and not only they don’t use the actual moroccan clay that is essential, they also charge you 30 AED extra for the disposable loofa without telling you until after you finish! Also tried foot massage and had zero effect afterwards. Very bad experience never again!!

Really bizarre service with bizarre price points. They even have a Groupon which they failed to mention. The massage therapist was a nail technician and because they didn’t have staff for a massage they just made her do it. She was not vaccinated either. Hair service was poor and I was convinced I needed an add-on of Olaplex and my toning looks more like a hair color change altogether - I’ve lost all my amazing highlights! Very undereducated staff on what ‘needs’ to be done. The manager/owner promised a certain amount for a package and went back on her words when I showed up the next day. The nail technician claimed she knew her job better than anyone else and I’ve had the worst manicure/pedicure of my life. No permanent spot to sit and I was made to keep moving between chairs supposedly because they needed to ‘speed the service for me!

SCAM ‼️‼️Never and Ever again!! My wife went for pedicure and manicure. the indian owner forced her to pay more and not using her Group On voucher. And now she’s having an allergy in her hands she believes it’s from using uncleaned towels and tools. WE ARE SUING THE SALON

One of my most favorite salons in Dubai! The owner is so welcoming and the staff too. I always go here for waxing and getting my manicure and pedicure done. Malar and Naomi are my favorite two ladies. They always make me so so comfortable. I recommend you guys to go to Malar for waxing and Naomi for hair

Went for Moroccan bath at night , expecting that I’ll be using my voucher , she charges me 250 aed for a very quick random Morocan bath we were running couldn’t hold my breath and I even scrubbed many parts myself !!! Then at the reception surprised with the unjustified price .. at least the receptionist should have advised that at my booking but noo .. and while coming she kept calling every 5 min asking “ where are you loudly “ . The lady who did the bath for me is nice though even she’s still a learner ! The receptionist was rude !

I highly recommend Kairos Glam! From its convinient location In JBR with incredible prices and attractive membership options ....I am able to get good prices for very good services ! The salon is very clean and the staff are very professional yet friendly and they accommodate appointment requests.im a regular here and have tried almost all services ...absolutely love the morrocon bath, facials, massage and all other services too.... I went for a hammam, eyebrows, manicure and pedicure. The Hammam wasn’t really hot but the lady was very nice. Then for the manicure pedicure and eyebrows it’s was a nightmare. My manicure wasn’t done properly and the nail polish was a desaster I had to take it off by myself as soon as I went home. When I complained the cashier only took 10aed off the bill I had to pay 288 for 2 different eyebrows on my face for at least a month and a manicure and pedicure that I have to do again in another salon. RUN AWAY waste of time and money

Rather than provide value, I feel like they just kept trying to charge me more without telling me (like saying it was 30 mins when I said I only wanted 20 - I still paid for 30 minutes even though the massage was only about 20 plus many interruptions stopping and walking in and out the door asking me to add on services - I was invited in the room when I said I was fine with the chair but then trying to charge me for the in room price. It was actually stressful and left not really relaxed in the end and they should focus on providing value to customer if they want them to return not just trying to take as much money as possible and make customer feel cheated

I had a neck, shoulder and head massage. It was amazing. I arrived with immense pain in my shoulder. The therapist knew exactly what was required. Felt a lot better afterwards. Will definitely be going back.

Therapist was asking my wife to do few of the stuff by herself rather then they do it on you. Plus they use cheap products. Shampoo used was from miniso or MumusoUse better spa don’t go here trust me

I did a foot massage ... Apart from massaging my shin and calves, not much was massaged. And it is done in the middle of a hairdressing salon, as much to tell you that the moment of relaxation was not there. Bad experience.

The worst experience on Groupon ,the manager are sooo rude ,all of their employees are scared of her ,and inside the room smells so bad , I put the clothes in the closet, and after just half an hour, the clothes are all smelly….and they charge 30 aed extra for the bath loofah …but they won’t inform you when you arrive,they wait until you r in the shower room ….

I was there spontaneously and wanted a manicure, pedicure and root coloring. I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff and explained what I wanted. She called her boss and a price of 250 dirhems was quoted. Then at the end a total of 100 dirhem was charged for blow-drying and removing my acrylic nails. The boss said that this would be an additional service and is not included in the price quoted, which I dont mind at allcan imagine. The employees were very competent and friendly. Unfortunately I felt like I paid 100 dirhems more.

I took advantage of an offer on groupon, I must say that the manicure is not worth more than the price paid, the salon is not clean, the two professionals are very nice but seem fearful.... person who manages the place - I wont come back but I think the show wont last

Horrible experience, the boss wanted to charge me extra for a product that I didnt ask for, she prevented me from going out to the point of blocking the door (by damaging my not yet dry varnish) until my husband arrives and suddenly his attitude changed, afterwards his employees told us that she admitted to them that she had gotten the wrong product but that she thought it would be seen as tourists to pay such a supplement
