Horrifying bad service - manicure all in bubbles, thick layers of material that popped out in a week; as to the pedicure it’s even worse- I had to treat my toes as it was completely swollen. I also did brow and lashes lamination after which lashes were completely broken off and brows stuck out in different directions…

Amazing experience at KAMILA’S BEAUTY salon. The staff is very professional and attentive. I love the way they do gelish manicure and pedicure. Also eyelash extension. Will definitely keep coming back ❤️

Nail artist is very nice and professional! But the reception lady changed i used to come before and they were very welcoming and polite now she has attitude doesnt smile doesnt offer anything to drink and just being on her phone! So unprofessional since she is the first person you see when you enter!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards customers and their time. It happened already twice that I had to wait more than half an hour for my appointment because some other customers are late. The customer who is late should wait for the next available appointment, not the one who came on time. You need to have at least the courtesy to call your customers if there are any changes in the booking time and inform in advance, but not at the time I reach the salon and have to waste my time.

I did manicure and pedicure, the lady who did the manicure was so unprofessional, she cut my nail too short without asking what I want and nails were not the same shape. she cut my skin while doing cleaning. Also, Because she cut my nail too short it pains a lot. I don’t her name but I don’t recommend to go to this saloon.

I texted to make appointment and i explain i have groupon voucher.She informed that i have bought once before so i cant buy anymore.So what is the purpose to have promotional on groupon.

They are soooo unprofessional and rude specially the owner and the so called master jenia who is not even closer to professional..they ruined my whole face and took all money in advance and deny to fix it.... waste of money and time.... i will take a legal action against them its already in process.... specialy kamilaa who dont even know how to talk after taking the money...

Poor customer service, very unpunctual when it comes to appointments. Quality of gel polish is not the best, it was pilling after few days.

It’s not professional service I did keratin treatment and staff from saloon said for washing need to come next day after keratin but when I went staff from saloon said they don’t have any information about it and they ask me to go it’s really very bad experience I’ll never try this place again first and last I waisted my lot’s of time.

Honestly the quality of manicure was outstanding! The team is so lovely and I left with a big smile 😊

I was shocked to see some reviews - my experience was totally opposite! I really liked both manicure and pedicure! Girls were very professional and attentive. My technicians were Ramilya and Elima. I did services exactly a month ago and it’s time to refill but up till now it is looking good, no chipping or fallen polish. Reception lady was also very nice and attentive, I think her name was Karina but I’m not sure. The only thing I’d like to address - I’ve witnessed other technicians arguing with reception over appointments, it isn’t too nice to do in front of customers. Other than that my experience was nothing but great! Will rebook for sure

Get ready to read a long review about how your nails, skin and mood can be ruined before your vacation and birthday❗️I didn’t want to write a review here until recently, but when I woke up a day after the manicure and discovered that I had abscesses on 3 fingers and they hurt terribly, I can’t leave it like that!!I went to this salon for a year, was a regular and satisfied client, although each time I went to different masters! But then they decided to give me a “surprise” right in front of the plane. I had a manicure session on May 23 at 14:00, master Aika (new). And to say that I am shocked is to say nothing.1. The technician did not turn on the dust collector when removing it, removed the stand (why?), then another technician came up and installed it2. I hurt myself three times with the removal device because I turned it on to the maximum. I made a remark, the second time she only reduced the speed3. Again I hurt the cuticle treatment device, turned it on to maximum again, again made a comment to make it quieter, but it had already burned my finger4. Cuticle treatment is terrible (look at the photo, all fingers are cut)5. Applying the base: this is the first time I’ve seen this. They picked out the remaining varnish for me, and then spread one drop onto 5 fingers with a brush. As a result, the base was not applied uniformly, in clumps, in some places it was not there at all❌Until this moment I was silent and decided to see what would happen next. And complete trash happened. They applied the first layer of colored varnish to me (first photo) with gaps (this is not smeared, this is exactly how the master covered the nail). And then they say: dry it. I ask the master if she thinks it’s okay for her to apply the varnish.The masters answer: this is only the first layer🤯To this end, naturally, I called the administrator and asked to change the master, showing all the jambs. The second master was busy and the only thing they offered me was to wait another 2 hours until she was free. Let me remind you that I warned you that I have a plane and limited time!! ️ Why give a regular client a master without experience?!The master and the administrator persuaded her to “give her one last chance” and show with the example of one nail that she could change this horror. By the way, the second master, who was busy with a client, looked at it and said: I can’t change this))I had no choice but to continue working with the first master.She frantically began to redo her index finger, applied the varnish MORE LESS NORMALLY, and then forcefully began to “push” my hand into the lamp, NOT LETING ME SEE what she had done there. To which I pulled out my hand and made the 20th remark for aggressive behavior❗️Result: the manicure was still terrible. My cuticles are CUT, my fingers hurt and the polish is applied as if I painted everything myself with my left hand.This was the last time I used any services at this salon. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated greatly. I dont recommend going there❗️And here are a few more comments that will shock you too:6. Using an orange stick, I pressed very hard into the corner of my finger. Now the index finger on my left hand hurts (a day later, 3 fingers hurt and are red. I have to apply healing cream).7. I didn’t turn on the lamp three times, once I turned it on myself8. The sides of the nail plate are not painted over even after redoing.9. I wiped the injured (by the master) finger with a dirty napkin covered in nail polish and dust from the nails (although before that I looked for a clean one, saw it on the next table, but was too lazy and didn’t take it)10. SMOKED electronically in front of me (this is not normal, as a non-smoker I cannot stand it).11. Appearance: jeans with the button undone and partly fly at work - is this your dress code?12. ⁠She took off her gloves in the middle of the manicure and rubbed it on me with her bare finger.13. And most importantly: they didn’t show me how to open a bag of dry heat, that the tools were processed!! ️ I only thought about this after all the trash that happened.

I didn’t want to write a review, I thought they would somehow solve my issue. But no. Good location, beautiful salon. But the master is terrible. Firstly, there was no dust collector and all the dust flew at me. And they didn’t even offer me a mask. At first I didn’t pay attention, but then I saw that the master was working without gloves and her blood was flowing from under her nail, all over her finger, and at that moment she was treating my cuticle. To which she apologized and put on gloves as if nothing had happened! Without treating my hands! Instead: give me a second pen, please, they poked me with a finger on my hand every time (it’s not pleasant), the next day my cuticle was inflamed and very painful. The owner of the salon called to apologize and somehow solve this unpleasant situation, they offered a new manicure to a better specialist, since I had been dealing with this terrible thing for 2 weeks, they said the administrator would contact me, but apparently they forgot. I called myself, the administrator promised to find a convenient time, but never called back) and I also asked for a medical certificate about the master’s health, because it was dangerous for my health. More than a month has passed, nothing. I dont recommend this salon, unfortunately.

Average. I would like the salon to pay attention to the following:1. There were three screaming/crying and running children, I don’t know whose they are, but in the salon they were everywhere... this prevented me from relaxing and it was uncomfortable, not like I came for a pedicure, but as if this wasn’t a salon and what Im at their house2. The master did not take into account that I have thin and sensitive, dry skin on my legs and that my heels are dry, she performed a completely dry pedicure - it was hellishly painful and unpleasant for me, I winced in pain every time every 30 seconds!!!3. I was cut (the master didn’t even tell me about it, on the big toe of my left foot), it was unpleasant to see it in the end after payment. Cut the cuticle until it bled4. Normally, the master didn’t even take off her mask, she tried to find out what her name was, I still didn’t understand - I wanted to know her name in order to become her regular client, but no thanks!5. My friend recommended this salon to me, but in my case I would not recommend it to youThe masters name was Aiperi Toli or something like that, so she never deigned to introduce herself properly. They charged me 240 AED for a pedicure - it hurt so much and I wanted to run away faster that I even forgot my bag there and came back later

It was my first time at Kamila’s Beauty salon to get a coated manicure from master Mona. I am very pleased with the result, the manicure was done delicately and neatly, the length and shape of the nails were beautifully chosen, and the coating was thin and even, just the way I like it. The master took into account all the wishes and helped with choosing the desired shade. I thank Mona for the high quality of the work performed and the pleasant conversation during the procedure. Polite staff and a pleasant atmosphere in the studio help you relax and enjoy your stay in this salon. The room is bright and cozy, decorated in pleasant colors, good music plays and a choice of tea or coffee (very tasty). I will definitely come to the salon again for other services, thank you!

This was my second time with the girls for a manicure and pedicure. This is one of my best experiences in Dubai. The girls are friendly and attentive. The instruments are sterile and antiseptic is always used. A large palette of colors, there is plenty to choose from. The salon is conveniently located, pleasant interior. They will always offer coffee and tea. 5+ out of 5👌

I went to this salon yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was done poorly, the shape was made almond, although I initially asked for an oval, but this is not the most important thing. All nails are filed crookedly and obliquely, on some fingers the base is poured beyond the nail. No questions about pedicureAnd it wouldn’t be bad to warn the client in advance that if he previously had a manicure and pedicure elsewhere, then there will be an additional fee for the withdrawal, because in the profile header on Instagram it says 269aed and nowhere is it indicated for the withdrawal. Customer focus is 0, they just apologized. Nightmare service! I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
