Someone that is working with bleach on a guest hair should be extra careful. Mamduh should never work with hair, he lied and full of excuses from his own mistakes. Dont recommend!

Yesterday I brought friend from Asian country for haircut 💇‍♂️ for man and it’s was the worst experience in my life and I feel so sorry for bringing my friend there. Our hairdresser person was Eham. I came by recommendation as he is super good one they told me. Unfortunately it’s was the worst experience in my life and special I feel bad because I brought my friend there. Hairdresser is good maybe if u need cut hair for Arabic person but he don’t t have any idea of specific Asian people, hair was styled in Arabic style and instead of light brown color of hair its was almost black. And hairdresser told exactly his words “I have should done that..”. I’m sorry newer don’t do what people is not requesting. When haircut was done he didn’t removed hair which was cutted and went preparing color which we didn’t request. It’s not a college when we forget to do this, u can’t leave a client sit on chair with his cutted hair on him. For this unprofessionalism we pay 400 AED. Sorry photo of my friend I will not post it’s really not nice at all. We plan visit other salon to fix his hair color. Salon proposed to visit them again to fix it, but after such unprofessionalism I better visit other salon instead such experience we have there.2 reviews3 weeks ago I came without a plan to do any changes for myself. But till they make changes for my friend which was horrible I try contouring color. They told me it will not burn my hair and color will stay longer even if I mentioned more than 3 times that I wash my hair every day. Plus my hair very thin. And I already visit other salon for consultation how I can fix my hair and in other salon they told they more probably bad mix color which is cost broken 😞 hair from down. Before newer have broken hair there. Just see photo and video which I will attach. I’m highly not recommending this salon at all. Every day I use mask for 3-5 min otherwise it’s not possible to brush hair and after put even oil to it’s not look like burned. See attached pictures. This is my hair after only 3 weeks after them coloring. By the way in salon the hairdresser was leaving me and go work with other person and it’s more than unprofessional. Salon interest only to get your money. It’s not cost 800 AED to be burned. If u love your hair pls visit other salon. My big mistakes visit this salon. The most terrible experience in my life. 0 star for salon. Name of the hairdresser is Mohammed.

It was my first visit and the last, unfortunately, the reception was good and the staff were friendly , and I was very impressed with everything and comfortable. I even said that it would be my salon so I would continue to visit them, but the main disaster is that after treating my hair and wasting time from 4:30 to 10 pm just to bleach my hair and the surprise I find a very slight difference from the color of my hair, which makes it difficult to pay a large amount to find yourself disappointed. It is very strange, do they only care about their regular customers, or is it just luck that the colors come out? Anyhow I will not finish the rest of the story with them because it is long and frustrating.

I was there one day ago! I wanted a simple curly ponytail hairstyle, they didn’t know ho to do it , including the owner of the saloon , I stayed almost 3 hours there for a simple hair style and 3 different people tried to make it, and after all that they changed me incredible high price for a bad job, they should have made at least a discount for a bad and long job! Never again

Scammers. They attempted to overcharge me by more than double the regular price (1500 AED for a haircut and a blow-dry). They claimed it was due to New Years Eve, insisting that elevated prices are typical in Dubai without informing me of the price change prior to payment.

I cannot recommend everyone at Karim & Amin enough for the absolutely amazing service!Each and every individual listened to all my needs and my hair turned out better than I expected! 💘Of course I cannot forget the beautiful art that was done on my acrylics! 💞A big thank you to all the staff at Karim & Amin for the wonderful hospitality and the wonderful services! I always come here to get my hair styled and cut by their hairdressers. My hair tends to grow quickly when they cut it for me. I also decided to try their nail technician and she did Gel French Manicure. It was bomb 🔥🔥🔥

This salon is the worst salon I have been to in Dubai. First of, they took almost 5 hours for simple highlights for my friend. Second, the men there were extremely rude and didn’t treat me and my friends correctly even though we were paying them. Lastly, I kept asking what color they’re planning to do for my hair since I told them I want a balayage and they didn’t tell me and made my hair become extremely light even though I said I didn’t want it to be blonde-light. Overall rating out of 10 is a 1 and I’m never coming back there. Letting you all know to not go to salons with these types of people since they do what they want and not what you want. Worst experience of my life.

I have been with this saloon for almost 3 years , I would never change my hairstylist neither my nails technician as i would never see my self going to someone else cutting my hair except this saloon. Very professional and well behaved with customers . Theyre beyond and above expected .

They listened carefully to what I asked for and did exactlly what I wanted. Now 5 days after the chemical cut that the professional MAMDOUH did to my hair. Now I can clearly identify where the chemical cut was made on the top of my head where my hair was virgin, the others are hidden due to the fact that I put extensions in to disguise the destruction they caused.My hair is DESTROYED!!!!Ive been blonde for years and theres never been anything like this. What disappointed me most was the complete and total lack of care of the drive and the array. Conditioner and extensions dont solve my case!!!!

Beautiful eyelashes for the first two days, then scandals of hard work break out with the Vietnamese woman. For me, Karim and Amin Salon is the best hair salon in Dubai. It is impossible for me to go to another salon. The worst salon I have ever been to. I chose a certain haircut and had something else done entirely. I did a lot of haircuts for my hair even though I didnt ask for them to pay me more. I hope its worth it. After half an hour, its as if I didnt do anything, so my hair is a failure. I dont advise anyone to visit them.

Very, very bad. While I was making an appointment with Karim personally, I waited for two hours, and when every time one person started completing the other’s work, he was really busy and the work was bad, not professional at all. All hair is a spray that I would never recommend, and the Wi-Fi is bad for them.
